Reproductive Fertility Center belongs to Linfertility IVF Network. RFC was established in 2005 and has grown steadily over the years. It now has 4 locations and a medical team of more than 50, making it one of the better-known mainstream assisted reproduction providers in the United States. Since its founding, RFC has helped more than 6,000 families worldwide pursue parenthood.

RFC's 7 infertility and assisted reproduction physicians hold professional credentials from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), and American Medical Association (AMA). RFC has two U.S. government-certified doctoral-level high-complexity laboratory directors (HCLDs), a qualification held by relatively few reproductive medicine institutions in the United States. All laboratory embryologists hold MD degrees and average more than 16 years of experience.

RFC's experienced professional team also includes third-party reproduction, egg donation and surrogacy coordinators, genetic counselors, acupuncturists and psychotherapists. All staff are prepared to provide comprehensive, attentive service.

RFC places great importance on the patient experience. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Reproductive Fertility Center for making our dream of becoming parents come true. Today, we are blessed with our precious baby boy, who is almost 4 months old. Special thanks to Paula, Yaretzi, Ai, Lori, and especially Dr. James Lin. Paula is simply the best—always incredibly responsive, attentive to every detail, and quick to answer all our questions while keeping us updated on lab work and results. Dr. Lin took the time to explain every step thoroughly, shared an incredible wealth of knowledge, and gave us complete confidence throughout the journey. The entire team made us feel welcome, supported, and cared for every step of the way. After two unsuccessful IUI cycles, we moved on to IVF. We were blessed with just one embryo, and by God's grace, that embryo became our beautiful son. Our journey was filled with uncertainty, hope, and perseverance, making him our little miracle. Trying to conceive is an emotionally difficult journey. I have never felt so understood or heard. My journey is not over, but I am nearing the end and praying for the best outcome. Whether or not I ultimately welcome a baby, I know I have received the best care! My coordinator, Katherine, always patiently explains everything and answers all my questions! The ladies at the front desk are also wonderful. They are sincere, remember your name, and ask how you are doing! In my 32 years, I have never found such a caring place! This is the only clinic I will choose from now on!

I highly recommend Dr. Lin at Hoag Hospital Irvine for anyone considering IVF. His professionalism and attention to detail are remarkable. Very unprofessional practices. Daniel Williams was cold and unethical. They use Natera for genetic testing, which sends bills for widely varying amounts and makes it difficult to have insurance cover the correct charges.

From the start of my IVF journey through pregnancy, every visit was met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses, coordinators, and front desk staff went above and beyond to make this challenging journey easier and more positive. They patiently answered every question, took every concern seriously, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout. I had a checkup at RFC yesterday and had a very good experience. The medical staff were friendly and highly skilled. Blood draws are usually difficult for me, but the nurse succeeded on the first try, which really impressed me. Dr. Lin was very thorough, took the time to explain the entire process, and helped me clearly understand what to expect. I now feel very confident about continuing treatment at RFC.

I am in my early thirties and have some ovarian function issues, especially an AMH level below 0.4. I previously underwent an egg-freezing cycle at another facility, but the result was disappointing: all the retrieved eggs were poor quality and could not be frozen. I was devastated. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Lin, and I am deeply grateful. From the first consultation, Dr. Lin impressed me with his thoroughness and the wealth of information he provided. He patiently explained everything and made me more confident in my options. I decided to begin treatment immediately and am now very glad I did. Throughout treatment, Dr. Lin and his team were professional and thoughtful and always available to answer my questions. Their rapid responses were crucial to my experience. I am pleased to share that I successfully froze 6 eggs during my first cycle! I am now undergoing my second cycle and feel very confident about the process. If you are struggling with diminished ovarian function, I sincerely recommend Dr. Lin. His expertise and thoughtful approach truly make a meaningful difference.

Our nurse coordinator, Paula, and all the staff played an essential role throughout our pregnancy. Paula patiently and clearly guided us through every step and provided timely help whenever we needed it. At every visit, the staff's genuine warmth and calm manner were deeply reassuring, whether we were having blood drawn or an ultrasound. They celebrated our progress with us and offered unwavering support throughout. Now that we have transferred to an OB-GYN, we can feel the difference—we truly miss visiting RFC.

A friend referred me to RFC, and I am truly grateful. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Lin, my husband and I chose IVF. Dr. Lin is not only highly skilled but also kind and considerate. During my first retrieval, he collected 32 eggs and produced 8 high-quality embryos, leaving us delighted and confident. Every appointment with Dr. Lin was very positive. This clinic is amazing! We worked with leading professionals here. We left our San Diego clinic and chose to drive to Irvine, and the difference was night and day. They listened carefully to our concerns and treated us like family. Thanks to Dr. Lin and Dr. Williams, our first IVF cycle gave us twins. Special thanks to Florrie Pan in finance for taking such good care of us, and to Annie, Makayla, Yaretzi, and the other women who felt like sisters. I will miss your beautiful faces. I have been an RFC patient for years and never left a Google review, mainly because everything went so smoothly that I never felt the need. But after a recent insurance authorization experience, I had to share how exceptional this team is. Throughout my fertility journey, Florrie has been my first choice for every insurance matter. Her knowledge and experience dealing with insurers are unmatched, and she truly understands how to maximize patient coverage. Recently, despite prior approval for a cycle, my insurer contacted me only days before treatment and threatened to cancel coverage unless an application was submitted that day. Florrie and Erika acted immediately, coordinated everyone involved, and helped me submit everything within hours. Their prompt action and dedication restored my approval and saved me thousands of dollars. Florrie and Erika genuinely care about patients. Even the hardest insurance issues are handled professionally, skillfully, and kindly. Anyone who has dealt with insurance knows how frustrating it can be, but with these two supporting you, you can feel secure. Clinically, Abby has supported me from day one and is my favorite clinical leader. She is experienced, compassionate, and dedicated—undoubtedly one of the best in the field. The staff are all women and understand how you feel, but the receptionist showed no concern at all. The nurse's clothes and shoes were dirty, and her uniform even had holes in it! She looked like a child who had been playing soccer outside for hours. I do not understand why a nurse at a healthcare facility would be unclean.

Dr. Lin is wonderful and very skilled! I had 18 eggs retrieved and hardly felt any pain. I transferred from another hospital, and communicating in Chinese is much easier. My nurse, Michelle, also gave me a great deal of help and support, which helped me relax. My transfer is tomorrow—wish me luck!

We sincerely appreciate Dr. Lin's support and guidance throughout the IVF process. Dr. Lin is not only professional and experienced, but also explained every stage patiently, helping us feel reassured during a stressful and uncertain process. From the initial consultation and treatment plan through ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and transfer, every step was arranged clearly and methodically. We especially appreciated that Dr. Lin promptly adjusted the plan based on my physical response and listened carefully to our thoughts. We never felt like just another patient, but were treated as a real family with emotions and hopes. IVF is not easy, but having a professional and patient doctor greatly reduced our anxiety and gave us more confidence. One of my partner's ovaries had almost no eggs, yet we ultimately obtained four high-quality embryos that passed PGT-A. We were amazed! We also want to thank Michelle. Because of the time difference between China and the United States, she sometimes replied to our messages late at night and was always available to answer our questions. We were deeply touched!

Last December, during the holidays, my brother and sister-in-law received IVF treatment from Dr. Lin at RFC. After visiting another clinic in San Diego, they ultimately chose Dr. Lin because they felt confident in his experience and approach to treatment. During IVF, they came to the clinic for injections almost every day because my sister-in-law was afraid of needles. They ultimately obtained 12 healthy embryos that passed PGT-A testing, with transfer planned for August this year. We are very grateful to Dr. Lin for helping them through their journey to have a boy—our whole family cannot wait to meet him! Special thanks to our coordinator, Michelle, who was warm and extremely supportive throughout the process. She answered all our questions, even after hours, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We wanted to share our experience because Dr. Lin is absolutely worth it, and we hope more families can receive the same help.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Lin, Michelle, and the entire RFC team. From the beginning, Dr. Lin showed incredible warmth, care, and dedication. He personally performed my ultrasound at every appointment—even at 6 a.m.—which made me feel truly valued and supported. This was completely different from my previous clinic in Irvine, where only nurses performed ultrasounds. As a natural-cycle patient, I really appreciated Dr. Lin taking the time to explain every step clearly and thoroughly. She followed my progress throughout and kept me informed, helping me remain confident and calm during what can be a very emotional journey. My coordinator, Michelle, was also wonderful. She was responsive, helpful, and always there for me—even for early appointments or late-night questions. Her kindness and dedication made a tremendous difference. Thank you so much, Dr. Lin! The IVF journey was full of challenges, failures, and unexpected turns. Fortunately, a close friend recommended Dr. Lin's clinic. Although my AMH was only 0.52 and I had just 10 follicles in total, we succeeded in one cycle. We ultimately obtained two healthy male embryos that passed testing. I am overjoyed! I am very grateful to Dr. Lin. He is not only highly skilled, but also kind, charming, and humorous. He made my family feel complete and gave my partner and me the chance to have a boy. I highly recommend RFC—they are truly worth it!

Dr. Lin and his team truly are the best in the world. From the beginning, Dr. Lin treated me like family, with fatherly care and concern. I came to him with an AMH of 0.3 and felt hopeless, but he gave me the hope I needed. Throughout the process, he provided thoughtful, personalized care and went above and beyond to help me. After only a few months under his expert guidance, I am now pregnant! Without question, Dr. Lin is the most caring and dedicated doctor you will find. I highly recommend him and his outstanding team!

They are very nice when taking your money. You have to beg them to send your records. I had to call five times to obtain a copy of my results. This happened on two separate occasions. A very inhumane approach to treatment.

If you do not have infertility problems and have money to burn, RFC is the place for you! But if you are infertile, I would avoid this place at all costs! These people spent 5 months performing various ultrasounds and laboratory tests on my husband and me without producing any results. The ultrasound and laboratory technicians were inexperienced and often missed my veins or could not find follicles. I was told that a “hormonal cyst” delayed my treatment. I was told I was a “poor responder.” We spent several thousand dollars. We finally started stimulation medication, but all the doses were wrong for my body. The extremely high doses caused my FSH to surge, which they did not even monitor, and then they blamed me and my body for “not responding.” I left every appointment in tears. I finally had enough. I trusted my instincts and changed clinics. The new clinic had no issue with the occasional cysts that commonly occur during IVF. They never blamed my age or my body. They prescribed medication suited to my body and specific ovarian function. We were able to afford 5 retrievals and now have 6 embryos ready for transfer in January! If you have a low AMH level or age-related infertility, go to Life IVF Center in Irvine and save yourself time and money.

Communication from the staff was extremely poor and confusing, and it was difficult to reach anyone to discuss the next steps. When we finally spoke with someone, they clearly did not provide accurate or clear information, causing delays and wasting the time and money spent on several previous tests. We were so disappointed with the poor communication that we decided to start over at another fertility clinic.

One day, I had to have an injection at the office. The nurse who gave me the subcutaneous injection was terrible. Either her technique was poor or she simply did not care. She pressed the syringe plunger with too much force, and the medication shot out of the tip like fireworks. She said, “Oops!” Only a small amount of medication remained in the syringe. She did not even apologize for her mistake. I immediately regretted not giving myself the injection. I would have been more careful and would not have wasted the medication. That was the worst cycle I experienced at this center. The center is also all about money. Prices are extremely high compared with some other places, without necessarily delivering the best outcomes. The staff did not clearly explain the costs at each step, creating confusion. When I asked for clarification, she blamed me and said I had signed the forms and should have understood better. After paying so much money, that was not the attitude I expected. I am giving 2 stars because the woman at the front desk who checked me in was always pleasant. If I could choose again, I would not choose this center. Stay away! They only care about money.

The team at Dr. Lin's Reproductive Fertility Center is amazing! Consultations at other clinics left us feeling hopeless and lost, but then we met Dr. Lin. He made us feel heard and important. He explained everything very well and gave us options and a plan. After two and a half long years of trying, we left his office feeling excited! The entire team was always welcoming and helpful. They always fit us in when needed and made IVF feel manageable rather than overwhelming. We cannot say enough positive things about this center and its people. I am deeply grateful that they helped us through the process and delighted to announce that it succeeded. Graduation day was bittersweet. We were happy to move forward but sad to leave. Thanks to the Reproductive Fertility Center team and Dr. Lin, we cannot wait for our future. We will return for more babies!

We had an excellent experience with RFC. Dr. Alice Park and the staff were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional, guiding us through the IVF process over several months. We were fortunate to succeed after one cycle, and 9 months later I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy thanks to IVF. We are grateful for this medical technology and for the people at RFC who helped bless our family. IVF is expensive wherever you go, but what better way could there be to spend the money? We have no complaints, only gratitude.
