Dr. James P. Lin is a respected U.S. reproductive specialist experienced in diagnosing infertility of varied causes and applying assisted reproductive technologies. He has extensive clinical experience and expertise in optimizing IVF medication protocols and individualizing care for complex and recurrent treatment-failure cases.

Dr. Lin comes from a medical family and grew up and was educated in the United States. After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in Biochemistry in 1992, he pursued his MD at Chicago Medical School.

    It was wonderful working with Dr. Lin and Alex! They were very responsive and proactive. I had many questions and concerns, and they were always thorough and easy to reach. I had excellent results after just one egg retrieval and one frozen embryo transfer. Highly recommended!

    I do not even know where to begin. The staff at Incinita truly are my angels on earth. Every staff member, whether assigned to my case or not, was attentive, kind, sensitive to my needs, and helpful. First, I want to recognize my coordinator, Lily. She has been incredible throughout my journey and has become far more than a member of my medical team. Since we first met, she has been our strongest advocate and cheerleader. She is responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. We feel incredibly fortunate. I also have to thank Alex. Although she did not manage my case, I cried my hardest in her arms, celebrated victories with her, and she always checked on me. I will be forever grateful. I must also recognize Dr. Lin and Mr. Stetson. I always felt genuinely supported and cared for. They worked tirelessly to make the process as easy as possible. The road has not been easy and there is still a long way to go, but Incinita's staff have truly become family, so we are ready. If you are looking for more than just a clinic, come here. You will not regret it!

    My only dealings with this clinic involved supporting a friend who flew in from overseas for several rounds of IVF egg retrieval. Under the guise of poor management, they pushed objectively unnecessary services, collected full payment from third parties for services the clinic required, and then failed to pay those outside providers, who mistakenly tried to charge the client again. My friend was distressed by the earlier rounds. Dr. Lin entered a meeting room, evaded the first question, and proclaimed that he was ‘the best egg retriever in the world...’ ...I hope this conveys how this company operates...

    I went through egg retrieval, embryo development, transfer, pregnancy, and delivery. There were certainly a few minor issues along the way, but I learned to expect the unexpected with fertility treatment and surgery. Dr. Lin was very attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

    My husband and I are very satisfied with Insyte. You feel welcome as soon as you enter, and the reception area is beautiful. From the receptionists, patient liaison Charlie, our nurses Lily and Allison, to Dr. Lin, all staff encouraged and helped us tremendously throughout IVF. They were supportive and accommodating with every question and need. Another first-class feature is that everything is done in-house, so you never need to go elsewhere. I am also delighted to report that my husband and I are pregnant! We are thrilled!

    I am very glad we found Inception Fertility Center. My wife and I had previously visited two clinics without making any progress. We only had consultations, which wasted time and initial consultation fees. At Inception, we were fortunate to be assigned the best team, Dr. Park and Nurse Donna. Nurse Donna was wonderful and guided us through the entire IVF process. She answered every concern and question we had. We encountered many issues, such as taking the trigger shot an hour late and losing our progesterone medication during a trip to Japan, but Donna and Dr. Park helped keep us on track. The billing team stayed on top of everything, and insurance was never a problem, making the process less stressful and smooth. Even after we completed the process and had a successful implantation, Nurse Donna contacted us about the low progesterone result from the blood test performed at our last appointment. Even after completion, they still cared about our well-being and happiness. We are pleased to announce that we are currently 3.5 months pregnant with twins. Thank you, Dr. Park. Thank you, Donna :) I hope to see you again in 2 years.

    Anyone considering IVF should stay away from this place. The doctor is arrogant, and the team is incompetent. My wife and I are healthy and in our twenties and came here to preserve our fertility, yet only one embryo passed screening. After consulting my medical team, I learned that this clinic's treatment protocol was full of flaws and the doctor was extremely unprofessional. It was a waste of time and money. This doctor presents a false persona and has an immature mindset, unlike a mature adult. STAY AWAY.

    The best place ever. I struggled with infertility for more than 13 years. They took time to ensure the best plan was developed. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and am incredibly excited. This clinic took excellent care of me throughout the process and worked with me very patiently. I never thought this was possible. My husband and I are overjoyed, and I cannot thank them enough.

    At the beginning of this year (2024), my husband and I decided to find a new fertility clinic for a frozen embryo transfer (FET). We had already completed IVF at another facility in Redondo Beach but paused the process after several failed FETs. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Park at Incinta Fertility Center to learn about her approach and explain my medical history and fertility journey. My husband and I spoke with Dr. Park for about an hour. She answered all our questions and explained her approach, the FET protocol, and the reason for each medication very clearly. Dr. Park made an excellent first impression on us. That day, I also met with a financial counselor and an IVF clinical coordinator. Diane was assigned as our IVF clinical coordinator and was very supportive. She provided important information at every stage and answered all my questions promptly. In November 2024, we completed the FET, and two weeks later I learned that I was pregnant! After a 6-week ultrasound, we confirmed that I was carrying fraternal twins! My husband and I were overjoyed. Overall, despite some communication issues, my experience at Incinta Fertility Center was positive. Dr. Park and Diane were wonderful, the other staff were very friendly, and most importantly, I became pregnant with twins!

    Incinta Fertility Center was a beacon of hope during one of the most challenging journeys of our lives. From the moment we entered, Ashley at the front desk greeted us with a warm, friendly smile. She always made us feel welcome and set a positive tone for every visit. Our clinical coordinator, Diane, went above and beyond to support us at every step. She treated us like family, encouraged us, and ensured we felt cared for at every milestone. Our physician, Dr. Park, was truly exceptional. Her thoroughness, expertise, and compassion gave us the clarity and hope we needed to keep moving forward. Under her guidance and care, we always felt we were in the best hands. Throughout the process, Charlie's kindness and encouragement meant so much to us.     After years of struggling with infertility, completing testing, and three failed IUIs with our primary healthcare provider, my wife and I decided IVF would give us a better chance. We knew it would cost much more, but hoped it would also be more successful. We chose Incinta because we had heard positive things and the location was convenient. We had no IVF insurance coverage and had to pay for all treatment ourselves, so choosing the right fertility specialist was very important. We felt good as soon as we arrived. The receptionists were kind and welcoming, and seeing them became one of our favorite parts of our appointments. Our first consultation with Dr. Lin reassured us that we had made the right decision. He was knowledgeable and caring and took great pride in his success rate. His confidence made us feel better about our choice. Although Dr. Lin was wonderful, everyone at Incinta was excellent—friendly, helpful, and seemingly always focused on your best interests. When we transferred to Incinta, much of our prior fertility testing was too old to use, so we had to complete many new tests before beginning IVF. Although Incinta offered these tests, they did not pressure us to use their services and instead encouraged us to complete them through our primary healthcare provider to save money. Incinta also offered IVF and transfer packages and a teacher discount, and the financial team explained the costs well. Charlie in finance is a sweetheart and always took time to check in when she saw us. Our IVF coordinator, Diane, was wonderful. She was responsive and helpful, and it felt as though she was beside us at every step. Our IVF journey had many ups and downs, but Diane was there throughout. From waiting for fertilization results after my wife's egg retrieval, to genetic testing, to the beta test after transfer, Diane seemed as eager for the results as we were. She was proactive and always looked for the best way to help her patients. When our first transfer failed, Diane helped us through the disappointment by sharing Dr. Lin's recommendations for the next transfer cycle. We followed those recommendations, and the transfer succeeded! My wife and I hope the pregnancy continues, but we know that whatever happens next, Incinta will be there for us.

    I have been coming to Incinta since February of this year. I had previously visited several other clinics but did not feel comfortable continuing my fertility journey with them. During my time here, I believe I have received top-quality care in a genuinely state-of-the-art facility. Everyone at Incinta is very knowledgeable and kind and always does their best to help you make the right decisions toward achieving pregnancy. Special recognition goes to all the hardworking nurses, especially Lily and Donna, who patiently answered all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. Dr. Lin truly is the best doctor you could seek for fertility treatment. As with any medical clinic, there are some unavoidable issues, such as occasionally having limited time with the doctor or longer waits in the morning. However, the journey has been entirely worthwhile for me: after three years of trying, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant with my first child following my first round of IVF. I highly recommend Incinta for your fertility needs.

    We had been trying to conceive for over 10 years. Before deciding on IVF, we even underwent 5 IUIs, had two miscarriages, and had a D&C. Once we made the decision, we interviewed 3 IVF clinics starting in 2018. When we moved to Torrance in 2021, my husband and I looked for the best IVF clinic close to home. We interviewed one but did not feel entirely comfortable, then found Incinta Fertility Center, and we were very fortunate. The moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Lin, we knew he was the one. My husband and I felt very comfortable and confident with him. He explained every detail of IVF and our chances given my age. He is highly experienced, and his expertise is first-rate. I appreciate how thorough and careful he is with every process and procedure. Another thing I want to highlight is my care team. Lily and Donna were wonderful. Sometimes Lily had to perform my ultrasound because I was usually only available in the morning. She was very gentle and took excellent care of me. My nurse coordinator, Donna, is an amazing person. She truly made sure I was cared for and made us feel well looked after. She went above and beyond. She answered all my questions promptly and even responded to my emails after hours. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. We are grateful to everyone at Incinta, from the front desk and finance department to patient relations and the medical team.     My journey with Incinta Fertility began in 2024, when my husband and I made the major decision to seek Dr. Lin's expertise and undergo IVF. We hoped to build a family with their support. After one IVF cycle, we were fortunate to obtain several normal embryos, and I had a transfer cycle at the end of the year. Two weeks ago, we heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time—an indescribably joyful moment at age 37! Although we drove an hour to get here, every step and every minute was worthwhile. My medical experience was very smooth. I did not experience the pain or nausea I had read about, and the injections were not as bad as I expected. Emotionally, however, it was not easy, but the support I received made all the difference.     In China, my husband and I struggled with unexplained infertility for four years and became physically and emotionally exhausted after several failed IUIs and two painful IVF cycles. We ultimately made a major decision: to seek treatment abroad. We placed our hopes and life savings in the United States, particularly IFC Reproductive Hospital. They heavily marketed themselves online to international patients, especially Chinese couples, promising ‘cutting-edge technology,’ ‘personalized care,’ and ‘outstanding success rates.’ Instead of the treatment we dreamed of, however, we faced a nightmare of incompetence, poor communication, high costs, and ultimately devastating disappointment. Every step of the process was deeply flawed.

    My partner and I began our fertility journey at Incinta in fall 2024. From the moment we entered the clinic, the staff welcomed us warmly. They were knowledgeable and never pressured us to commit. The clinic was spotless, and after some research, one of the things that most attracted us to Incinta was its on-site laboratory. We learned that not every fertility clinic has one. I was 39 that fall. After consulting Dr. Lin, we planned an egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer (FET). On retrieval day in November 2024, the eggs were immediately passed through a window to the embryologist for cleaning and fertilization. Amazing! Before transferring our only high-quality, genetically tested embryo, we decided to take a break over the holidays and during a busy work period. When we were ready for transfer in May 2025, the Incinta team was there for us. Lily and Laurene were consistently supportive, patient, and caring. We underwent the FET on May 29. Dr. Lin’s confidence and calm during the transfer reassured us on such an important day. He kept us positive and guided us through every step. I am now 6 weeks pregnant and deeply grateful to the Incinta team. We look forward to graduating in the coming weeks and hope to work with Incinta again in the near future!

    I am honored to be a surrogate, and this is my first surrogacy journey. After matching successfully with intended parents, I went to Incinta (IFC) for medical screening. I initially passed, but Incinta later told me there were additional issues on my side and that we could not proceed for the time being. I later learned that the intended parents had moved their embryos to another IVF clinic. My surrogacy agency told me I needed to undergo medical screening again at the new clinic. I understood this was a normal part of the process and agreed to cooperate. However, two days before my appointment at the new clinic, an Incinta staff member called and asked whether I was interested in becoming a surrogate through their company. They promised a quick match and even offered compensation $10,000 higher than my current surrogacy fee. This made me very uncomfortable. I believe Incinta's conduct was inappropriate. My surrogacy agency has always treated me with respect, and my communication with the intended parents has always been smooth and positive. I had no intention of changing agencies this way—it is simply not how I conduct myself. I informed my surrogacy agency what had happened and left them to handle it.

    The doctor, Lin was so knowledgeable and explained the treatment options in detail, which my wife and I appreciated a lot. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is generally professional and helpful. Especially Diane took care of very well.     I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I made the mistake of walking into this clinic when we began our fertility journey. From the first meeting, their focus was clearly not why I could not conceive, but how quickly they could get us to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Charlie “warmly” welcomed us, but his entire role seemed to be steering patients toward expensive treatment plans with no guarantee of success. I was not the only one who suffered. My husband had to complete a routine semen analysis, and with all respect, it was one of the most distressing experiences he has had. He is calm, easygoing, and not easily shaken, yet he left the clinic disturbed and shocked. That alone shows how poorly this clinic handles sensitive, vulnerable procedures. My breaking point came in February during an HSG scan. The procedure was traumatic. I was in extreme pain, shaking, sweating, vomiting, and experiencing severe abdominal pain. Instead of appropriate medical intervention, the doctor handed me an anti-nausea tablet, held an alcohol pad under my nose, and asked, “Do you know why I am doing this?” as though my knowledge of anti-nausea medication mattered more than my medical distress. The blood pressure cuff did not even fit my arm, although I am petite. While vomiting in pain, I had to tell them to take my blood pressure on my thigh. I had to instruct the medical staff how to care for me, showing how little control and awareness they had. Afterward, my husband and I were left in the room for 30 minutes while I remained in severe pain. I barely calmed down enough to crawl into my clothes and could hardly stand as I left. No one stopped to ask if I was all right, and no one at reception showed concern or even said goodbye as my husband supported me past them. There was no follow-up and no call to check on me. Nothing. I vomited from the pain for 14 hours and ultimately went to the emergency room. When my husband finally reached the doctor, the response was, “She is among the 5% whose vagus nerve is activated during the scan.” That was all. No accountability, care, or concern—just dismissal. This place feels like an assembly line designed to take your money rather than offer compassion or care. The Yelp reviews I just read match my experience exactly, and I wish I had seen them sooner. Fertility is already an emotional and physical struggle. No one should also endure harm and dismissal from people who see them as a dollar sign. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, stay away.

    Everyone at Incinta has been so helpful, so kind, and so caring. Their constant availability to answer questions and offer support has been unmatched in my fertility journey.     I underwent IVF at Incinta in April. The embryo was transferred on September 11. Today's ultrasound confirmed success.     If you are having an HSG to confirm that your fallopian tubes are open, be sure to take probiotics or vaginal probiotics. They previously prescribed me a strong antibiotic that destroyed my beneficial uterine and vaginal flora. I then developed a severe yeast infection followed by persistent bacterial vaginosis. They should prescribe or recommend vaginal probiotics before and after the procedure. Otherwise, it may begin a cycle of persistent vaginal infections. Aside from that, the experience was good.

    I joined this clinic's mailing list as a requirement for my son to participate in an activity the clinic offered at the Liberty Station Halloween event on October 26, 2025. While I understand that waiting in line is part of such events, the staff at this clinic's booth wasted my time and did not even give my 3-year-old son a piece of candy. They watched a large group of teenagers run back and forth between their line and another booth's line, slowing everything down. I registered for the mailing list while waiting so I would not inconvenience those behind me, yet the teenagers' father was allowed to sign up only after his children reached the front, even though he had not been in line himself. You were happy to give the teenagers prizes and handfuls of candy, but when it was my son's turn, they just glared at him impatiently. If I see this clinic's booth at a similar event again, I suppose I will simply cut in line and grab a handful of candy, since they clearly accept and encourage others to cut in line at the expense of everyone else trying to enjoy the event. In general, I support the work organizations like this do because I have also struggled with infertility, but given how this organization's representatives treated my son and me at this Halloween event, I cannot in good conscience support it in any way.

    I am currently about six weeks pregnant after completing my first IVF cycle at Incinta Fertility, and my husband and I are overjoyed.     What a wonderful place. At Incinta, I felt supported immediately, beginning with my first phone call with Charlie. I was extremely anxious and had many questions. Laurene and Lily were fully prepared to welcome me. My husband and I are overjoyed because we are expecting a baby. I always felt that I clearly understood what to do. IVF treatment is physically and emotionally exhausting. Even when I repeatedly asked the same question, the team always encouraged me to speak freely and answered promptly.     I chose this clinic for secondary infertility treatment. I transferred six embryos from my hometown to this clinic. Four underwent PGT-A testing, while the remaining two were untested. PGT-A showed that two embryos were normal, which was a tremendous relief. Because of my age, I wanted to proceed with the transfer as soon as possible, and the clinic did its best to accommodate my schedule. I was initially concerned because my endometrium was not thickening well, but with the doctor's guidance and medication adjustments, it became thick enough for transfer. During the transfer, I could even watch the embryo being placed, which was very reassuring. On test day, I received a positive result. Honestly, I did not expect the first transfer to succeed, so it still feels unreal. I was so surprised that I could not fully express my joy in front of the coordinator, but I am truly very happy! I have not yet passed the early stage of pregnancy, so I am naturally anxious, but I sincerely hope the pregnancy progresses well and the baby is born safely. When it comes to infertility treatment, I believe results matter most. Incinta helped me achieve that goal, and I am extremely grateful.

    I received treatment at this clinic. My first IVF cycle failed, and when I tried to begin a second cycle, they never answered my calls. They contacted me only when I asked about other options. Thank God my second IVF cycle was successful, but I never expected the devastating news that the transferred embryo had a genetic syndrome. The embryo had undergone genetic testing at the clinic, and they assured me it was healthy. Unfortunately, it was not, and I miscarried. I strongly do not recommend this clinic or its genetic testing laboratory. Their services are not fully reliable and caused a devastating loss for my husband and me. They completely shattered our hopes.

    Me and my husband tried several years but didn’t get a baby so we decided to try IVF. I accidentally went through Incinta from Google and decided to give it a try. And it’s worthy. I’m 1 month pregnant now and so glad I have Dr Lin and Hong. Dr Lin is fantastic. I didn’t feel any uncomfortable during or after surgery. Hong is always caring and follow up with me each step. You will get a tour of the whole facility the first arrival. Incinta is not like some other center that you need to go here and there for ultrasound etc. They have all things you need there! I live in West Covina and never regretted I choose Incinta.

    We had an excellent experience with RFC. Dr. Alice Park and the staff were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional, guiding us through the IVF process over several months. We were fortunate to succeed after one cycle, and 9 months later I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy thanks to IVF. We are grateful for this medical technology and for the people at RFC who helped bless our family. IVF is expensive wherever you go, but what better way could there be to spend the money? We have no complaints, only gratitude.

    The team at Dr. Lin's Reproductive Fertility Center is amazing! Consultations at other clinics left us feeling hopeless and lost, but then we met Dr. Lin. He made us feel heard and important. He explained everything very well and gave us options and a plan. After two and a half long years of trying, we left his office feeling excited! The entire team was always welcoming and helpful. They always fit us in when needed and made IVF feel manageable rather than overwhelming. We cannot say enough positive things about this center and its people. I am deeply grateful that they helped us through the process and delighted to announce that it succeeded. Graduation day was bittersweet. We were happy to move forward but sad to leave. Thanks to the Reproductive Fertility Center team and Dr. Lin, we cannot wait for our future. We will return for more babies!

    One day, I had to have an injection at the office. The nurse who gave me the subcutaneous injection was terrible. Either her technique was poor or she simply did not care. She pressed the syringe plunger with too much force, and the medication shot out of the tip like fireworks. She said, “Oops!” Only a small amount of medication remained in the syringe. She did not even apologize for her mistake. I immediately regretted not giving myself the injection. I would have been more careful and would not have wasted the medication. That was the worst cycle I experienced at this center. The center is also all about money. Prices are extremely high compared with some other places, without necessarily delivering the best outcomes. The staff did not clearly explain the costs at each step, creating confusion. When I asked for clarification, she blamed me and said I had signed the forms and should have understood better. After paying so much money, that was not the attitude I expected. I am giving 2 stars because the woman at the front desk who checked me in was always pleasant. If I could choose again, I would not choose this center. Stay away! They only care about money.

    Communication from the staff was extremely poor and confusing, and it was difficult to reach anyone to discuss the next steps. When we finally spoke with someone, they clearly did not provide accurate or clear information, causing delays and wasting the time and money spent on several previous tests. We were so disappointed with the poor communication that we decided to start over at another fertility clinic.

    If you do not have infertility problems and have money to burn, RFC is the place for you! But if you are infertile, I would avoid this place at all costs! These people spent 5 months performing various ultrasounds and laboratory tests on my husband and me without producing any results. The ultrasound and laboratory technicians were inexperienced and often missed my veins or could not find follicles. I was told that a “hormonal cyst” delayed my treatment. I was told I was a “poor responder.” We spent several thousand dollars. We finally started stimulation medication, but all the doses were wrong for my body. The extremely high doses caused my FSH to surge, which they did not even monitor, and then they blamed me and my body for “not responding.” I left every appointment in tears. I finally had enough. I trusted my instincts and changed clinics. The new clinic had no issue with the occasional cysts that commonly occur during IVF. They never blamed my age or my body. They prescribed medication suited to my body and specific ovarian function. We were able to afford 5 retrievals and now have 6 embryos ready for transfer in January! If you have a low AMH level or age-related infertility, go to Life IVF Center in Irvine and save yourself time and money.

    Dr. Lin and his team truly are the best in the world. From the beginning, Dr. Lin treated me like family, with fatherly care and concern. I came to him with an AMH of 0.3 and felt hopeless, but he gave me the hope I needed. Throughout the process, he provided thoughtful, personalized care and went above and beyond to help me. After only a few months under his expert guidance, I am now pregnant! Without question, Dr. Lin is the most caring and dedicated doctor you will find. I highly recommend him and his outstanding team!

Although my AMH was only 0.52 and I had just 10 follicles in total, we succeeded in one cycle. We ultimately obtained two healthy male embryos that passed testing. I am overjoyed! I am very grateful to Dr. Lin. He is not only highly skilled, but also kind, charming, and humorous. He made my family feel complete and gave my partner and me the chance to have a boy.     Last December, during the holidays, my brother and sister-in-law received IVF treatment from Dr. Lin at RFC. After visiting another clinic in San Diego, they ultimately chose Dr. Lin because they felt confident in his experience and approach to treatment. During IVF, they came to the clinic for injections almost every day because my sister-in-law was afraid of needles. They ultimately obtained 12 healthy embryos that passed PGT-A testing, with transfer planned for August this year. We are very grateful to Dr. Lin for helping them through their journey to have a boy—our whole family cannot wait to meet him!     We sincerely appreciate Dr. Lin's support and guidance throughout the IVF process. Dr. Lin is not only professional and experienced, but also explained every stage patiently, helping us feel reassured during a stressful and uncertain process. From the initial consultation and treatment plan through ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and transfer, every step was arranged clearly and methodically. We especially appreciated that Dr. Lin promptly adjusted the plan based on my physical response and listened carefully to our thoughts.     The staff are all women and understand how you feel, but the receptionist showed no concern at all. The nurse's clothes and shoes were dirty, and her uniform even had holes in it! She looked like a child who had been playing soccer outside for hours. I do not understand why a nurse at a healthcare facility would be unclean.

But after a recent insurance authorization experience, I had to share how exceptional this team is. Throughout my fertility journey, Florrie has been my first choice for every insurance matter. Recently, despite prior approval for a cycle, my insurer contacted me only days before treatment and threatened to cancel coverage unless an application was submitted that day.     I am in my early thirties and have some ovarian function issues, especially an AMH level below 0.4. I previously underwent an egg-freezing cycle at another facility, but the result was disappointing: all the retrieved eggs were poor quality and could not be frozen. I was devastated. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Lin, and I am deeply grateful. From the first consultation, Dr. Lin impressed me with his thoroughness and the wealth of information he provided.     We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Reproductive Fertility Center for making our dream of becoming parents come true. Today, we're blessed with our precious baby boy, who is almost 4 months old. A special shout out to Paula, Yaretzi, Ai, Lori, and especially Dr. James Lin. Paula is simply the best always incredibly responsive, on top of every detail, and quick to answer all of our questions while keeping us updated on lab work and results. Dr. Lin took the time to thoroughly explain every step, shared an incredible wealth of knowledge, and gave us complete confidence throughout the entire journey. The entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. After two unsuccessful IUI cycles, we moved on to IVF.     When you call, they will not provide pricing for any service unless you pay a consultation fee. This is ridiculous because most people pay out of pocket and the prices are fixed. Many other places are financially transparent.

    One day, I had to take this injection at the office. The nurse who gave me the subcutaneous injection was terrible. Either her technique was poor or she simply did not care. She pushed the syringe plunger with too much pressure, and the medication shot out of the tip like a firework. She said, “Oops!” Very little medication remained in the syringe. She did not even apologize for her mistake. I regretted it immediately. Even if I had never injected myself before, I should have done it myself; I would have been more careful and would not have wasted medication. That was the worst cycle I experienced at this center. The center is also all about money. Prices are extremely high compared with some other places, without necessarily producing the best results. The staff did not clearly explain the cost of each step, causing confusion. When I asked for clarification, she blamed me and said I had signed the forms and should have understood better. That is not the attitude I expected after paying so much money. I gave 2 stars because the woman at the front desk who checked me in was always nice. If I could choose again, I would not choose this center. Stay away! They care only about money.

    Communication from the staff was extremely poor and confusing, and it was difficult to reach anyone to discuss the next steps. When we finally spoke with someone, they clearly did not give us accurate or clear information, causing delays and wasting the time and money spent on several previous tests. We were very disappointed by the poor communication and decided to start over at another fertility clinic.

    If you do not have infertility issues and have money to burn, RFC is the place for you! But if you truly have infertility, I would avoid this place at all costs! These people spent 5 months performing various ultrasounds and laboratory tests on my husband and me, with no results. The ultrasound and laboratory technicians were inexperienced; they often missed my veins or could not find follicles. I was told that my “hormonal cyst” delayed treatment. I was told I was a “poor responder.” We spent thousands of dollars. We finally began stimulation medication, but every dose was wrong for my body. Extremely high doses caused my FSH to spike, which they did not even monitor, and then they blamed me and my body for “not responding.” I left every appointment in tears. Finally, I had enough. I trusted my instincts and changed clinics. The new clinic had no problem with the occasional cysts that are common during IVF. They never blamed my age or my body. They prescribed medication suited to my body and specific ovarian function. We were able to afford 5 retrievals and now have 6 embryos ready for implantation in January! If you have low AMH or age-related infertility, go to Life IVF Center in Irvine and save yourself time and money.

    They are very nice when taking your money. You have to beg them to send your records. I had to call five times to get a copy of my results. This happened on two separate occasions. A very inhumane approach to care.

    Dr. Lin and his team truly are the best in the world. From the beginning, Dr. Lin treated me like family, with fatherly care and concern. I came to him feeling hopeless with an AMH of 0.3, but he gave me the hope I needed. Throughout the process, he provided thoughtful, personalized care and went above and beyond to help me. After only a few months under his expert guidance, I am now pregnant! Without question, Dr. Lin is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors you will find. I highly recommend him and his excellent team!

    Thank you so much, Dr. Lin! The IVF journey is full of challenges, setbacks, and unexpected turns. Fortunately, a close friend recommended Dr. Lin's clinic to me. Although my AMH was only 0.52 and I had just 10 follicles in total between both ovaries, we succeeded in only one cycle. We ultimately obtained two healthy male embryos that passed testing. I am overjoyed! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Lin, who is not only highly skilled but also kind, charming, and humorous. He made my family feel complete and gave my partner and me the opportunity to have a boy. I highly recommend RFC—they are truly worth the cost!

    Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Lin, Michelle, and the entire RFC team. From the beginning, Dr. Lin showed incredible warmth, care, and dedication. He personally performed my ultrasound at every appointment, even at 6 a.m., which made me feel truly valued and supported. This was completely different from my previous clinic in Irvine, where ultrasounds were performed only by nurses. As a natural-cycle patient, I especially appreciated that Dr. Lin took the time to explain every step clearly and thoroughly. He monitored me throughout and kept me informed, helping me remain confident and calm during what can be a very emotional journey. My coordinator, Michelle, was also wonderful. She was responsive, helpful, and always there for me, even for early-morning appointments or late-night questions. Her kindness and dedication made a tremendous difference.     Last December, during the holiday season, my brother and sister-in-law underwent IVF treatment with Dr. Lin at RFC. After visiting another clinic in San Diego, they ultimately chose Dr. Lin because they felt confident in his experience and treatment approach. During IVF treatment, they came to the clinic almost every day for injections because my sister-in-law is afraid of needles. They ultimately obtained 12 healthy embryos that passed PGT-A testing, with transfer planned for August this year. We are very grateful to Dr. Lin for helping my brother and sister-in-law move successfully toward having a boy. Our whole family cannot wait to meet him! Special thanks to our coordinator, Michelle, who was warm and extremely supportive throughout the process. She answered all our questions, even after business hours, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We wanted to share our experience because Dr. Lin is absolutely worth it, and we hope more families can receive the same help.

    We sincerely appreciate Dr. Lin's support and guidance throughout the IVF process. He is not only professional and experienced but also very patient in explaining every stage, which reassured us during a stressful and uncertain process. From the initial consultation and treatment planning through stimulation, egg retrieval, and transfer, every step was arranged clearly and systematically. We especially appreciated that Dr. Lin adjusted the plan promptly based on how my body responded and listened carefully to our thoughts. We never felt like just another “case,” but were treated as a real family with emotions and hopes. IVF is not easy, but having a doctor who is both skilled and patient greatly reduced our anxiety and gave us more confidence. One of my partner's ovaries had almost no eggs, yet we ultimately obtained four high-quality embryos that passed PGT-A, which was an incredible surprise!     Dr. Lin is wonderful and highly skilled! I had 18 eggs retrieved and hardly felt any pain. I transferred from another hospital, and communicating in Chinese is much easier for me. My nurse Michelle also gave me a great deal of help and support, which helped me relax. My transfer is tomorrow—wish me luck!

    The staff are all women and should understand how you feel, but the receptionist showed no concern at all. The nurse’s clothes and shoes were dirty, and her uniform even had holes in it, like a child who had been playing soccer outside for hours. I do not understand why a nurse is unclean in an institution responsible for people’s health.

    This clinic is amazing! We worked with top professionals here. We left our San Diego clinic and chose to drive to Irvine, and the difference was remarkable.     I came to RFC through a friend's recommendation and am truly grateful. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Lin, my husband and I decided to pursue IVF.     I have been an RFC patient for years but never left a Google review, mainly because everything went smoothly and I never felt the need. After a recent insurance authorization experience, however, I had to share how outstanding this team is. Throughout my fertility journey, Florrie has been my main contact for all insurance matters. Her knowledge and experience with different insurers are unmatched, and she truly understands how to maximize patients' coverage. Recently, although one cycle had already been approved, my insurer contacted me just days before treatment and threatened to cancel coverage unless an application was submitted that day. Florrie and Erika acted immediately, coordinated everyone involved, and helped submit everything within hours. Thanks to their quick action and dedication, my approval was restored, saving me thousands of dollars. Florrie and Erika genuinely care about their patients.     I am in my early thirties and have some ovarian function issues, particularly an AMH below 0.4. I previously attempted egg freezing at another facility, with disappointing results: all the retrieved eggs were poor quality and could not be frozen, leaving me very discouraged. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Lin, for which I am deeply grateful. From the first consultation, Dr. Lin impressed me with his thoroughness and the wealth of information he provided. He patiently explained everything, giving me greater confidence in my options. I decided to begin treatment immediately, and I am now very glad I did.     **Edited** This clinic ignored me for two months and responded only after I filed a lawsuit. Unfortunately, this delaying tactic is very effective against traumatized victims who are already exhausted. As a former patient, I wish I had known about their other pending lawsuits, publicly available in Riverside County court under case numbers CVRI2501147 and CVRI2403049. Once this matter is resolved, I will post a complete review of my experience.

    I had an excellent exam at RFC yesterday. The medical staff were kind and highly skilled. Blood draws are usually difficult for me, but the nurse succeeded on the first try, which impressed me.     Very questionable practices. Daniel Williams is cold and unethical. They use Natera for genetic testing, which sends bills for widely varying amounts and makes it difficult to have insurance pay the correct charge.
