We have struggled with infertility for the past three years. Now, we are finally beginning our journey to parenthood. During our very first consultation, Dr. Allen Wood gave us a great deal of valuable insight and information, helping us better understand the journey ahead. I look forward to the future with hope and firmly believe this process will provide all the information and support we need to succeed.

The only positive thing I have to say is that Dr. Taylor/Kachi is amazing! She communicates well, is understanding, and truly treats me like a person. This clinic was run much better three years ago. Unfortunately, I decided to give it another try. This time, it was completely different. They switched to an absolutely terrible communication system that relies entirely on text messages, and you cannot reach a real person. I later needed surgery before trying intrauterine insemination (IUI) again. Because time was limited, Dr. Taylor/Kachi wanted to schedule me as soon as possible. But they failed to notify me in time, so I lost an entire cycle and had to wait 30 days before I could proceed. They emailed me the date and time of the surgery and told me not to eat, drink, or take aspirin beforehand. But they provided no specific timing. 23.5 hours before surgery, I received a notification from Prelude, the awful app they force you to use for communication. Only then did they tell me not to take aspirin for 7 days before surgery or, for 10 days beforehand, GLP-1 medications. What kind of communication is that? This is potentially life-or-death information, yet they failed to provide it in time. Two weeks earlier, I had also contacted them to confirm that I was financially prepared. They quoted me one amount two weeks ago, then added another $50 for a total of $1165. Within 24 hours of surgery, they sent another message through the app saying I needed to contact my insurance company to confirm the total cost. At the last minute, they also told me that anesthesia and operating room fees were not covered by insurance because their anesthesiologist was a third-party provider who did not accept insurance. Had I known this earlier, I would certainly have asked to have the surgery at a facility and with an anesthesiologist covered by my insurance. What is going on? This clinic is terrible. I will be sharing this on every review site I can. I do not know what happened to this clinic, but its communication with patients, trustworthiness, and compassion have clearly declined.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Kachi. I have cancer, which is why I came to IVFMD. Dr. Kachi was very understanding and compassionate about my situation, and she made sure my husband and I fully understood all our options. Our IVF coordinator, Dulce, was also very helpful and supportive. However, the excellent care from these two staff members could not make up for our poor experiences with the other staff at IVFMD. First, because of poor communication from the clinic, we missed the best time for our initial testing. This placed our testing too close to my surgery and other treatment, and we ultimately had to forgo an IVF cycle before my cancer treatment. In addition, the staff had difficulty finding a vein during multiple blood draws, which had never happened to me before. We waited more than 45 minutes after every appointment, not in an exam room but on a bench in the hallway. Finally, they charged us twice for an IVF cycle that we ultimately did not undergo. When I requested a refund for services not provided and the duplicate charge, they told me it would take 12 weeks. I understand that refunds for services not provided take time to process, but refusing to refund a duplicate charge immediately is unethical and may even be illegal. I am now dealing with many different healthcare providers and clinics, but none has come close to the extreme dissatisfaction IVFMD has caused me.

This was a very disappointing experience. We scheduled a “free second opinion” consultation advertised on their website because we wanted to transfer care. It took enormous effort to finally book it, although the consultation itself was productive. Afterward, we encountered serious communication problems. They delayed responses to urgent matters and repeatedly transferred us by phone. Their phone system is a nightmare—cumbersome and inefficient. Because of poor communication, we missed the optimal timing for insemination, which was extremely disappointing. Our care coordinator never returned my two voicemails, and she appeared to work at the Miami location. I still have not heard from them. Worse, two months after the free consultation we received a bill. I called billing and wasted 45 minutes, only to be told, “We do not offer free consultations or second opinions.” The representative argued that my file never mentioned a free consultation, even though I explicitly requested a free second-opinion consultation when booking. This is textbook gaslighting. I sent them the IVFMD website link, which still advertises free second opinions, and am now waiting for a callback. Overall, the process was extremely frustrating and full of deflection and hassle. I strongly do not recommend them.

Do not go to this clinic! I wish I could give zero stars because the pain they caused me is beyond words. Dr. McCarthy recommended an invasive surgery I did not need and falsely claimed I might have scar tissue when I did not. Worse, they cost me thousands of dollars in duplicate testing and sent me to another doctor for an exam, who also said I did not need surgery. Although they had told me all costs would be self-pay, they also billed my insurance, leaving me to pay both ways. After a year and a half, I finally had a healthy baby through IVF at another clinic. That clinic never treated me this way, charged outrageous prices, or ordered unnecessary tests. I have never written a negative review before, but as a healthcare professional, I believe this reflects poor medical care and appalling handling of fraudulent billing. I would advise any patient or friend seeking a fertility specialist to avoid this clinic. Going there will waste your time, subject you to invasive testing, and leave you with charges ten times higher than expected.

I cannot praise this clinic enough. All the nurses, doctors, and medical assistants were wonderful and helped me throughout the process. During this very difficult time for patients, they were all kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Dr. McCarthy is a highly skilled physician, and we were fortunate to find him.

Awful experience. Luckily we had only gone through initial testing. The staff is horrible, from finance, front desk, and our 3rd party consultant. Getting a simple question answered was like pulling teeth. We were going to keep moving forward since we had already started with IVFMD. The last straw was when we were told our doctor (Dr. Bauer) had suddenly “moved out of state”. They told us in order to see another doctor in their practice that we would need to pay a new patient consult fee (about $500 for the two of us). Seriously?! We decided to instead pay the fee to consult with a different clinic. We are happily patients of this new clinic and also surprised to see the difference in cost. IVFMD- no need to respond with your “apology and understanding” template.

Dr. Taylor and her entire team are wonderful. I feel fortunate to have had such a great experience at IVFMD Jupiter. Highly recommended!

I was charged $335 for a consultation without any prior notice. Worse, they weighed me in front of other patients because everyone was seated in the hallway. This clinic is disorganized, rude, and in violation of the No Surprises Act. I will contact an attorney. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

The reception and administrative departments at this clinic are unbearable. It is extremely frustrating. Dr. McCarthy herself is good, but you have to tolerate being unable to reach anyone and long waits for every appointment.

My wife and I were fortunate to find this clinic. We are normally selective about doctors, but after meeting Dr. Bower and her team, we knew we had made an excellent choice. Harper always welcomed me and made me feel at ease, especially when my wife could not accompany me. They were patient and thorough. The entire process took about 4–5 months from beginning to end, and our first IUI resulted in twin girls! Even the front desk staff celebrated with us. We had a wonderful experience with their guidance and support. I recommend Dr. Bower and her team at the Jupiter office to anyone who needs fertility care. They truly care!

Absolutely wonderful and such a caring team! Nicole was outstanding and repeatedly went above and beyond for us, making an anxiety-provoking situation much easier!

I highly recommend IVFMD Jupiter! Dr. Bauer, her team, and all office staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. After a difficult pregnancy and miscarriage, Dr. Bauer quickly diagnosed PCOS and developed a preconception plan to optimize my health. Under her guidance, we eventually conceived naturally. Although we experienced an ectopic pregnancy, her team’s support helped us through a difficult period. Thanks to Dr. Bauer, we no longer need further fertility treatment, and I am very grateful for her care and support!

☆☆☆☆☆ (0 stars) If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with IVFMD was devastating emotionally, financially, and mentally. This clinic failed me at every turn. Communication was unbelievably poor. I sent message after message, sometimes about urgent medical concerns, and rarely received a response. When someone finally replied, it was days later and never provided the clarity or care I needed. I felt ignored, dismissed, and completely unsupported throughout. I developed no relationship or trust with my physician. Nurse Melanie connected with me more than the doctor did. Her genuine care and humanity only highlighted how cold and perfunctory the practice was. I was treated like a case number, not a patient with real feelings and dreams. Even after my doctor approved IUI, they made me undergo ridiculous hurdles that seemed designed only to delay treatment. They then betrayed my trust by scheduling my IUI in Miami with strangers—nurses who did not know me, my case, or care about it. Worse, they performed sperm separation without my consent and did not tell me until two days later. This was more than poor communication; it violated trust and medical ethics. When my HCG test was negative, one of the hardest moments of my life, their first response was not compassion but, ‘Do you want to try again? We can have finance calculate it.’ No humanity or care, just another sales pitch. As a Black woman, the medical system is set up to fail us, and IVFMD did exactly that. During one of my most vulnerable periods, I felt ignored, dismissed, and abandoned rather than supported. I would never recommend IVFMD, especially to anyone pursuing parenthood through an already physically and emotionally exhausting process. They care only about money, not people. A hopeful journey became a heartbreaking nightmare. IVFMD should be ashamed of how it treats people, particularly those who entrust it with their dream of parenthood.

Dr. McCarthy and the entire IVFMD team far exceeded our expectations. Having worked in a medical clinic, I understand the coordination, dedication, and commitment a team like theirs requires, and I was impressed. We are still on our path to parenthood, and when our journey took an unexpected turn earlier than planned, Dr. McCarthy went above and beyond to explain everything and remain transparent. This made the bad news easier to accept because we did not have to endlessly search Google. Thank you, Dr. McCarthy, for making us feel heard and cared for. Thank you to the entire medical team for answering our endless questions and always being just a chat message away. Thank you also to Stephanie and all the administrative staff, who were always there with smiles and positive attitudes when I needed them most. I would not wish infertility on anyone, but if you need support, IVFMD will do everything possible to provide the best care.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! The billing problems never end. Be prepared for unexpected overcharges. There is no upfront communication and surprises everywhere. I am glad I did not complete treatment with them. This place is a scam trying to take your money. Beware!

I had my egg retrieval yesterday. I was nervous, but everyone there made me feel at ease. I always recommend IVFMD!

The staff and Dr. Nichols were wonderful. Proactive communication and scheduled outpatient follow-ups made such a sensitive treatment process easy and convenient. I highly recommend working with IVFMD during your fertility journey.

The doctor was very kind and patient and explained the entire process. The front desk staff and nurse practitioners were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. They helped us through every step and also provided financial assistance.

Their billing practices are completely unethical. Our transfer was canceled back in October 2024, and they withheld more than a thousand dollars, claiming they needed to wait until the insurance claim was complete. The claim has been finalized, and it is now July 2025, but we still have not received a refund. They escalated the matter to the corporate office, and we waited patiently, only to learn that they had called the corporate office and instructed them not to issue the refund because they would handle it themselves. This has been extremely difficult, and their billing practices are unethical. I will add that we truly liked Dr. McCarthy while we were there.

I recommend IVFMD Jupiter 100%! Their entire team, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, is wonderful. Everyone is very kind, and whenever I need help, they do their best to assist me. Dr. McCarthy is amazing! She is very patient and reviews every detail carefully. She truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Nichols are both exceptional—compassionate, thorough, and always took the time to explain each step of the process. The nurse was consistently kind, responsive, and supportive, making a stressful journey feel manageable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-ins and scheduling seamless. Highly recommend this team for anyone seeking fertility care.

Update: I emailed you three days ago. Unfortunately, no one in leadership has replied. This clinic made an already painful fertility journey even harder. I was repeatedly overcharged, misled about insurance coverage, and left to discover billing problems myself. Instead of refunding my overpayments, they reallocated them without notifying me. All this happened while I was trying to build a family. I deeply regret entrusting my care to them.

The staff at Jupiter IVFMD are wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and generally on time. Given how emotional the process is, they were very reassuring, kept me informed at every step, and put me at ease. Thank you!

Dr. McCarthy and the entire staff at IVFMD Jupiter are the most compassionate and professional medical team I have worked with. From the beginning and throughout the process, they were there to explain everything and keep me informed. I truly cannot describe how wonderful they are. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt supported and welcomed. Special thanks to Dr. Joelle Taylor for her expertise and knowledge. She guided me through every step with such professionalism and compassion, making a potentially intimidating experience manageable and hopeful. I also want to thank Dr. Enrique Soto at the Miami location for working with the embryologists to retrieve my eggs successfully, along with the nurse anesthetist and the entire staff! Dr. Soto devoted considerable time and effort to ensure that all my eggs were retrieved safely. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Makayla at the front desk. Her friendly manner and helpful smile made every visit pleasant. Those small things make a difference! I also cannot forget to mention the outstanding nursing staff. Many thanks to Ms. Ashley and Ms. Alena for their consistent, excellent support and care throughout my journey. They were always there to answer my questions and guide me on everything I should and should not do. Whenever I needed them, they provided comfort, encouragement, and reassurance. I cannot imagine going through the process without them! Finally, I highly recommend IVFMD to anyone considering IVF.
