An excellent medical team. Every staff member at Morgan Hospital provided outstanding, attentive, and respectful care. From the moment I met Morgan, I felt positive energy. I was closely monitored throughout the testing process, results came quickly, and thank God my surgery was very successful. Thank you; I know God worked through you to bring us the miracle we dreamed of.

I am so glad I found this wonderful group of people. Dr. Morgan and his team guided me throughout and never left us to figure things out alone. Nurse Tabatha was truly a blessing. If I ever face a similar situation again, I will definitely return to Dr. Morgan's clinic. If you want a warm, honest, proactive, compassionate, and helpful team, this is the place. Thank you, Dr. Morgan and team!

Be very careful with this clinic. They only made me spend money. Money is all they care about. They do not advise or explain things at the beginning, only after you have spent almost all your money. Be very careful with this clinic.

This feels like sales before medicine. I scheduled an appointment to discuss infertility options and a special promotion for lower-cost additional testing. We became pregnant before our first appointment. Our initial conversation with the doctor seemed excellent. We explained our concerns about recurrent losses and my history of two autoimmune diseases. He assured us that these could be evaluated during early pregnancy to see whether anything might improve the outcome. We were unable to speak with the doctor again after that appointment, and the experience quickly deteriorated. I was placed on low-dose aspirin, and basic laboratory and genetic testing were completed. The genetic testing could have been ordered through any LabCorp by any obstetrician-gynecologist. Another office likely would also have processed insurance correctly, avoiding a $2,700 laboratory bill. I had to submit the claim myself, and correction took a month. My other laboratory tests could not be completed at LabCorp because its records showed that I owed $2,700. After three ultrasounds, we learned that I had miscarried again. Within minutes of leaving the ultrasound room, nurse practitioner Kristen R. told us that our ONLY option was IVF and that they had a session the next month. She described their small practice, why they do what they do, IVF timing, the anesthesiologist, and the anesthesia process. We were still processing that our baby no longer had a heartbeat and were in complete disbelief, but she continued discussing the practice's IVF services and policies. I told the office I no longer wanted to work with Kristen and wanted to speak only with the doctor about follow-up, but they did not respect this. Throughout the miscarriage and my subsequent questions, they repeatedly redirected me to Kristen. I asked whether my autoimmune disease could have contributed to the recurrent miscarriages, as previously discussed with the doctor. Kristen ordered the wrong laboratory tests even though I tried to explain exactly what was required for this uncommon autoimmune condition. I notified the office that the laboratory slip was incorrect, and she replied that they would not order that test. She ordered an Epstein-Barr panel but omitted the early antigen test needed to assess recurrent infection. It only required adding a code to the laboratory form, but she still refused. When I asked about other testing, she referred me to a clinic in Connecticut and again said they did not perform it. I repeatedly requested the referral form needed to complete the additional testing with that clinic but never received it. I tried to schedule follow-up with the doctor, but the appointment was canceled. I was told to wait several weeks until he returned and that, because I had already spoken with Kristen about the 'miscarriage,' I would have to pay cash out of pocket to see him. Immediately recommending IVF without first testing for causes of recurrent loss did not seem appropriate to us. IVF is profitable...and IVF was recommended.

Fertility challenges can feel overwhelming and emotional, but Morgan Fertility made me feel supported, understood, and cared for at every step. From the beginning, the staff were kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They took time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make me feel that I was not facing it alone. What stood out most was their level of care and attention to detail. They clearly care about their patients and want the best possible outcome for everyone who enters their clinic. The office is warm and welcoming, and the entire team makes a difficult journey feel less burdensome. I am very grateful for my experience with Morgan Fertility and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a clinic that combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine compassion.

My wife and I made our first IVF attempt at Morgan Fertility Center. Although Dr. Olcha was kind, the clinic itself was disappointing and provided much poorer service than better clinics in the area. The greatest problem was the support staff, particularly billing. The billing coordinator hung up on us, and Dr. Morgan's daughter, Karen Morgan, repeatedly promised to follow up but never did. We provided my insurance information multiple times by text, phone, and email, but they never tried to resolve the issue. Instead, after we repeatedly supplied the correct billing information, they tried to send us to collections. Reaching a doctor was nearly impossible. Staff obstructed communication with doctors and clearly lied in the process: one person would say she had spoken with the doctor, while another said the doctor was not in that day. Our treatment at Morgan Fertility ultimately failed. We later went to IRMS in Livingston and quickly became pregnant. If you need more than intrauterine insemination (IUI), choose a better medical provider. Because of inadequate clinical care and extremely rude, unprofessional support staff, I strongly advise against Morgan Fertility.

I lived at Lakewood Nursing Home for several years. The doctors and nurses were good, and I never had a problem. However, Karen in billing is the most unprofessional and unkind person I have met. She is extremely rude and arrogant. I would not say I do not recommend the facility, but be cautious when dealing with Karen.

I chose Dr. Morgan because they offered financing and flexible payment plans. I had two egg retrievals and became pregnant after my first intrauterine insemination. The staff were wonderful, and I mainly visited the Edison location. Thank you, Dr. Morgan, for an excellent experience and for making a seemingly expensive process affordable. Update: My baby boy was born in June 2024, healthy and adorable, weighing 7 pounds 1 ounce (about 3.2 kilograms).

The biggest scam. They only want your money. They quote a price of “x” for certain procedures but do not disclose that all the extra tests and examinations add up to over $1,000. Do not fall for it!! Their supposedly “mandatory” genetic testing is also a complete scam. If anything appears in your results, your partner must also pay out of pocket for testing. One doctor told me the child might die within the first year and tried to frighten me into ensuring my husband also had genetic testing. This approach is terrible, and I definitely do not recommend wasting your money.

I genuinely tried to avoid writing a review because I am very private and attempted to resolve this privately with the practice, but they have shown that they deserve every negative review they receive. I conceived naturally once but unfortunately miscarried. After trying for a year following the miscarriage, we sought treatment. Dr. Morgan ordered bloodwork, and my prolactin was flagged as high. When I asked him about it—his only role in my journey at the practice—he said it was not a major concern. Years later, an endocrinologist and my primary-care doctor told me it is actually very important for fertility. Red flag #1. Dr. Morgan could not be bothered to investigate and was apparently only interested in money. Unfortunately, by the time we began asking around and heard terrible stories about Dr. Morgan from friends and colleagues, we felt too invested to leave. I will not share those stories because they are not mine, but they were frightening. Still, we remained hopeful. With the help of Dr. Orcha, who fortunately is no longer at this practice for obvious reasons, we became pregnant. Our remaining embryos have been stored there since 2021. We have been on a monthly payment plan with automatic payments ever since. Occasionally, I received letters, texts, emails, and calls from Karen Morgan claiming we had an overdue balance and threatening “embryo abandonment.” Over the past year, these communications increased to monthly. Every month I had to contact them to ensure they would not destroy my embryos. Karen gave me the runaround. She is clearly very incompetent and is employed there only because she is family. We finally had enough, so I went in and said I was done with them and would transfer my embryos elsewhere. Because their ongoing problems were clearly not being corrected, I believed it was fair for them to pay transportation to the new facility. Dr. Morgan refused to pay $350, even though I offered to drive them myself at a discounted cost. When I asked operations manager Sam for a list of embryo-storage providers, he only brought a letter stating that Dr. Morgan charged a $500 handling fee. People who refuse accountability are disgusting. Go to RMA.

After years of trying, Morgan Fertility Center finally helped my wife and me conceive. After trying another fertility center that did not seem to even know who we were, this facility made us feel important and provided excellent one-on-one care.
