We completed 3 cycles with them, all unsuccessful. After each cycle, they gave a different reason for the failure and suggested more tests and examinations. They focus heavily on money, continually charging more than advertised and billing us without insurance approval. Each month, they charged more than they should have. I had a terrible experience with these people, both medically and financially. I would not recommend them at all.

Morgan Fertility has been amazing for all three of my children. The nurses, billing team, and everyone else are professional but also very caring and invested. I am glad I returned to them over the past nine years for each of my children.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire nursing team at Morgan Fertility, from the nurses drawing blood to the ultrasound team! Thanks to Dr. Morgan and his team, this wonderful experience produced two embryos, and both reached full term—a boy and a girl.

I had an experience similar to other reviewers, and I am writing in the hope that other women, plus-size or not, do not endure the same heartbreak. As others said, I completed all the tests but never received a personal explanation of the results. For something as sensitive as family planning, I expected compassion or at least respect. I was wrong. When I finally met Dr. Morgan, I encountered insensitivity and hostility. After a painful, unsuccessful procedure, he lectured me about my eating habits and said I needed to go home immediately and start eating salads because I was obese, as if I were a child. Besides the fact that I was not there for weight-loss care, he is not a weight-loss specialist, and I had not asked his medical opinion on it. My primary OB-GYN confirmed that weight is only one factor in fertility, so I was seeking advice on all the other factors. I do not recommend this facility.

We had a wonderful experience at Morgan Fertility Center! The staff were knowledgeable, and we greatly appreciated the personalized care they provided. Overall, our experience was very positive. Thanks to Dr. Morgan, we successfully completed IVF and are delighted to have welcomed a new member to our family.

After four unsuccessful treatment cycles, we sought further evaluation and recommendations. Routine checkups identified no clear cause for the failures. Treatment felt rushed and created a financial burden of thousands of dollars without a definitive diagnosis or plan. Our medical and financial experience with this provider was negative, and we strongly advise against using its services.

I want to thank the entire Morgan Fertility team for being with me and supporting me throughout the process. After several failed attempts, I had almost lost all hope because my body rejected the embryos, but I thank all of you, especially Amarilis. I will never tire of thanking her for always being there and keeping me from giving up. I also want to thank Maria, who always offered the best words of encouragement. Honestly, they never gave up on me and were always there to support me. I thank Rachel and Fatima for their care and kindness, and Dr. Morgan and Dr. Robin for working to find every reason I could not become pregnant. Apart from blocked fallopian tubes and endometriosis, all the tests they performed indicated that everything was fine, but they did not give up until the final attempt. Thank God 👏🏼 everything went well. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and so far everything has gone smoothly! That is why I advise you not to give up and to trust God, especially Dr. Morgan and his team, because they will do everything possible to make your dream come true. ❤️💞❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you 🥰😘

Morgan Fertility Center's practices are unethical and unprofessional. They wasted my first cycle by giving me such a low dose. I am 41 with low ovarian reserve, and Dr. Robin prescribed 150 units of Follistim and 75 mL of Menopur without increasing my dose from beginning to end. When I asked the nurse why they were not increasing it, she said they did not want me to waste medication. I only now learned how low the dose was after seeking a second opinion. My doctor at RMA prescribed more than twice what they gave me and did not understand why my dose had been so low given my age and low ovarian reserve. I should have left when billing changed my price to almost $3,000 more than the amount originally quoted. They informed me before I began medication but after I had completed all testing, ultrasounds, and bloodwork. When I asked why the price had changed, Karen in billing said it was because they were currently “negotiating” with my insurance company. When I called my insurer, they said Morgan Fertility was in network and did not know what “negotiating” meant; an office is either in network or out of network. I then asked what my insurance did not cover, but it was impossible to determine because no one at Morgan Fertility had called me or submitted any prior authorization to my insurance. When I contacted billing to ask who had contacted my insurer and when, I received no response. Only one or two weeks later, after my husband contacted them, did they say they would honor the original price. Because my follicles did not grow, we ended my first IVF cycle without an egg retrieval. The nurse told me this cycle would not count as one of my insurance-covered cycles because no retrieval was performed. I later learned that it did count as a cycle under my insurance. More lies. I will absolutely not let Morgan Fertility take another cycle from me. In April, I contacted billing manager Amarilis to cancel the prior authorization for a second IVF cycle through my insurance. Today I learned from my insurer that they still have not canceled it. Morgan Fertility is now preventing me from undergoing another cycle. It is clear that Mortgan Fertility's primary concern is financial gain. They will use all your insurance-covered IVF cycles and then lead you to believe they offer the best self-pay prices compared with other fertility clinics. I hope my review saves others from all the deception and frustration Morgan Fertility caused me.

As a healthcare professional, I am extremely disappointed with this facility. My entire fertility journey there was a nightmare. For my first transfer with the facility, I was given the wrong protocol and had to check with several people to correct it. If I were not a nurse, I would not have caught this alarming error. I miscarried at 6.5 weeks. I had one phone call with the doctor that lasted exactly 5 minutes. After that, there was complete silence; no one called to ask how we were doing. We had only one embryo left. I did not want to move it because of the cost, as I was paying 100% out of pocket. We proceeded with my final transfer. The doctor prescribed medication I did not need, saying my ultrasound showed no follicle. Then I was scheduled with a doctor I did not know, without explanation. Then transfer day arrived. I waited more than an hour beyond my appointment time. When I was ready for the transfer, I was told my husband could not come in. This was not my first experience. My husband had always held my hand. No! If I had received a call or even a conversation while waiting that day to say this would not be possible, I would have been okay, but I was not even given that courtesy. So I had to undergo the transfer alone and in tears with a doctor who seemed finished with her work. She could not position the catheter correctly and took a very long time to complete the procedure. The final straw was that there was no ultrasound image. I could only walk back to my husband with a terrible feeling. This experience has kept me awake at night, and I cannot remain silent. This is an exhausting journey, and these problems could have been avoided with clear communication and some care. But to this facility, I was a number, not a person.

I want to thank Dr. Karen at the Lakewood office and Linda at the Englewood office for their thorough explanations of the entire process. Linda resolved my concerns quickly with such care and understanding. Thank you for your diligence, Linda! It is truly appreciated.

I wish I could give this place a negative-star rating! As a patient at this fertility clinic, I was disappointed with my experience. First, there was no private room for my husband to collect a specimen; we had to bring it from home, risking inaccurate test results because of weather or timing. In addition, the insurance situation was a nightmare. They assured me by phone that my insurance would cover my testing, with only a small copayment. However, after my insurance covered only a small portion, I received a bill for one thousand dollars. This misleading information created unnecessary financial stress. Even worse, despite calling the doctor, we never received the results through their malfunctioning portal. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Find a facility with a private room where you can provide the specimen directly to a nurse or doctor, especially for such expensive tests.

I wish I could give a negative rating. This place has no private room for clients to collect semen samples; you must bring the sample from home, risking inaccurate results because weather or time may affect its quality. Before the appointment, they told me by phone that insurance would cover the test and I would only pay a small copay, but insurance covered only part and I received a $1,000 bill. Even after speaking with the doctor, I never received results through their portal; it is useless and does not work. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find somewhere with a collection room where you can provide the sample directly to a nurse or doctor, especially for such expensive tests.

Today I spoke with Danielle, the receptionist at Morgan Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Center, and she was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Although they do not accept my insurance, I have never felt so well cared for over the phone. She went out of her way to point me in the right direction when I felt completely hopeless. I truly felt hopeless before calling, but she has now given me hope. Anyone reading this, please be kind to Danielle because she is genuinely kind. Thank you! She is a wonderful person. Happy holidays! Danielle Scott

After years of trying, Morgan Fertility Center finally helped my wife and me conceive. After trying another fertility center that did not seem to even know who we were, this facility made us feel important and provided excellent one-on-one care.

I genuinely tried to avoid writing a review because I am very private and attempted to resolve this privately with the practice, but they have shown that they deserve every negative review they receive. I conceived naturally once but unfortunately miscarried. After trying for a year following the miscarriage, we sought treatment. Dr. Morgan ordered bloodwork, and my prolactin was flagged as high. When I asked him about it—his only role in my journey at the practice—he said it was not a major concern. Years later, an endocrinologist and my primary-care doctor told me it is actually very important for fertility. Red flag #1. Dr. Morgan could not be bothered to investigate and was apparently only interested in money. Unfortunately, by the time we began asking around and heard terrible stories about Dr. Morgan from friends and colleagues, we felt too invested to leave. I will not share those stories because they are not mine, but they were frightening. Still, we remained hopeful. With the help of Dr. Orcha, who fortunately is no longer at this practice for obvious reasons, we became pregnant. Our remaining embryos have been stored there since 2021. We have been on a monthly payment plan with automatic payments ever since. Occasionally, I received letters, texts, emails, and calls from Karen Morgan claiming we had an overdue balance and threatening “embryo abandonment.” Over the past year, these communications increased to monthly. Every month I had to contact them to ensure they would not destroy my embryos. Karen gave me the runaround. She is clearly very incompetent and is employed there only because she is family. We finally had enough, so I went in and said I was done with them and would transfer my embryos elsewhere. Because their ongoing problems were clearly not being corrected, I believed it was fair for them to pay transportation to the new facility. Dr. Morgan refused to pay $350, even though I offered to drive them myself at a discounted cost. When I asked operations manager Sam for a list of embryo-storage providers, he only brought a letter stating that Dr. Morgan charged a $500 handling fee. People who refuse accountability are disgusting. Go to RMA.

The biggest scam. They only want your money. They quote a price of “x” for certain procedures but do not disclose that all the extra tests and examinations add up to over $1,000. Do not fall for it!! Their supposedly “mandatory” genetic testing is also a complete scam. If anything appears in your results, your partner must also pay out of pocket for testing. One doctor told me the child might die within the first year and tried to frighten me into ensuring my husband also had genetic testing. This approach is terrible, and I definitely do not recommend wasting your money.

I chose Dr. Morgan because they offered financing and flexible payment plans. I had two egg retrievals and became pregnant after my first intrauterine insemination. The staff were wonderful, and I mainly visited the Edison location. Thank you, Dr. Morgan, for an excellent experience and for making a seemingly expensive process affordable. Update: My baby boy was born in June 2024, healthy and adorable, weighing 7 pounds 1 ounce (about 3.2 kilograms).

I lived at Lakewood Nursing Home for several years. The doctors and nurses were good, and I never had a problem. However, Karen in billing is the most unprofessional and unkind person I have met. She is extremely rude and arrogant. I would not say I do not recommend the facility, but be cautious when dealing with Karen.

I had a very good experience at Morgan Fertility Center. Dr. Olcha is knowledgeable and gives you her full attention while addressing all your concerns and questions.
    Oct 6, 2023
My wife and I made our first IVF attempt at Morgan Fertility Center. Although Dr. Olcha was kind, the clinic itself was disappointing and provided much poorer service than better clinics in the area. The greatest problem was the support staff, particularly billing. The billing coordinator hung up on us, and Dr. Morgan's daughter, Karen Morgan, repeatedly promised to follow up but never did. We provided my insurance information multiple times by text, phone, and email, but they never tried to resolve the issue. Instead, after we repeatedly supplied the correct billing information, they tried to send us to collections. Reaching a doctor was nearly impossible. Staff obstructed communication with doctors and clearly lied in the process: one person would say she had spoken with the doctor, while another said the doctor was not in that day. Our treatment at Morgan Fertility ultimately failed. We later went to IRMS in Livingston and quickly became pregnant. If you need more than intrauterine insemination (IUI), choose a better medical provider. Because of inadequate clinical care and extremely rude, unprofessional support staff, I strongly advise against Morgan Fertility.

Fertility challenges can feel overwhelming and emotional, but Morgan Fertility made me feel supported, understood, and cared for at every step. From the beginning, the staff were kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They took time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make me feel that I was not facing it alone. What stood out most was their level of care and attention to detail. They clearly care about their patients and want the best possible outcome for everyone who enters their clinic. The office is warm and welcoming, and the entire team makes a difficult journey feel less burdensome. I am very grateful for my experience with Morgan Fertility and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a clinic that combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine compassion.

This feels like sales before medicine. I scheduled an appointment to discuss infertility options and a special promotion for lower-cost additional testing. We became pregnant before our first appointment. Our initial conversation with the doctor seemed excellent. We explained our concerns about recurrent losses and my history of two autoimmune diseases. He assured us that these could be evaluated during early pregnancy to see whether anything might improve the outcome. We were unable to speak with the doctor again after that appointment, and the experience quickly deteriorated. I was placed on low-dose aspirin, and basic laboratory and genetic testing were completed. The genetic testing could have been ordered through any LabCorp by any obstetrician-gynecologist. Another office likely would also have processed insurance correctly, avoiding a $2,700 laboratory bill. I had to submit the claim myself, and correction took a month. My other laboratory tests could not be completed at LabCorp because its records showed that I owed $2,700. After three ultrasounds, we learned that I had miscarried again. Within minutes of leaving the ultrasound room, nurse practitioner Kristen R. told us that our ONLY option was IVF and that they had a session the next month. She described their small practice, why they do what they do, IVF timing, the anesthesiologist, and the anesthesia process. We were still processing that our baby no longer had a heartbeat and were in complete disbelief, but she continued discussing the practice's IVF services and policies. I told the office I no longer wanted to work with Kristen and wanted to speak only with the doctor about follow-up, but they did not respect this. Throughout the miscarriage and my subsequent questions, they repeatedly redirected me to Kristen. I asked whether my autoimmune disease could have contributed to the recurrent miscarriages, as previously discussed with the doctor. Kristen ordered the wrong laboratory tests even though I tried to explain exactly what was required for this uncommon autoimmune condition. I notified the office that the laboratory slip was incorrect, and she replied that they would not order that test. She ordered an Epstein-Barr panel but omitted the early antigen test needed to assess recurrent infection. It only required adding a code to the laboratory form, but she still refused. When I asked about other testing, she referred me to a clinic in Connecticut and again said they did not perform it. I repeatedly requested the referral form needed to complete the additional testing with that clinic but never received it. I tried to schedule follow-up with the doctor, but the appointment was canceled. I was told to wait several weeks until he returned and that, because I had already spoken with Kristen about the 'miscarriage,' I would have to pay cash out of pocket to see him. Immediately recommending IVF without first testing for causes of recurrent loss did not seem appropriate to us. IVF is profitable...and IVF was recommended.

Be very careful with this clinic. They only made me spend money. Money is all they care about. They do not advise or explain things at the beginning, only after you have spent almost all your money. Be very careful with this clinic.

I am so glad I found this wonderful group of people. Dr. Morgan and his team guided me throughout and never left us to figure things out alone. Nurse Tabatha was truly a blessing. If I ever face a similar situation again, I will definitely return to Dr. Morgan's clinic. If you want a warm, honest, proactive, compassionate, and helpful team, this is the place. Thank you, Dr. Morgan and team!

An excellent medical team. Every staff member at Morgan Hospital provided outstanding, attentive, and respectful care. From the moment I met Morgan, I felt positive energy. I was closely monitored throughout the testing process, results came quickly, and thank God my surgery was very successful. Thank you; I know God worked through you to bring us the miracle we dreamed of.
