We could not be happier with the attentive care and warm support provided by Dr. Perkins, Anna, and the entire staff at West Coast Fertility Centers. From beginning to end, we felt exceptionally well cared for. The doctors and staff patiently answered our many questions, and we are extremely grateful. If you need fertility services, this is absolutely the place to go!

The medical care is excellent. The doctors are kind and truly care about their patients, and so does the staff. We especially love our coordinator, Beth!

We are deeply grateful to Anna, Tara, Michelle, and Dr. Perkins. When we began our IVF journey, we felt overwhelmed and uncertain, but meeting the team reassured us and gave us hope. We were first impressed by their transparency about costs. Every fee was clearly explained, with no hidden charges, which is uncommon at other clinics. I was nervous when the cycle began, but Anna encouraged me while also giving me an objective assessment of how I was responding to the medication. She was consistently supportive and promptly answered my emails and calls. On egg retrieval day, Michelle and Tara were very caring in the operating room and helped me stay calm. Dr. Perkins checked on me before the procedure and made me feel valued. The wait after the transfer was difficult, but when we received a positive result, it was so reassuring to see how excited and supportive Anna, Tara, Michelle, and Dr. Perkins were for us. We truly felt that the West Coast Fertility Centers team cares deeply about its patients and treats everyone with warmth and respect. That personal care meant so much to us. I had an excellent experience at this clinic and highly recommend the team. Dr. Perkins is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and fully understand my treatment plan. Special thanks to my cycle coordinator, Lupe. She is organized and responsive and made the entire process easy and smooth. I felt fully supported here.

I called both numbers for this clinic, and honestly, the front desk staff's laziness and incompetence were shocking. I asked a very basic question: Do you accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance? Without properly checking, they simply said no. I then called the Orange County location and spoke with Denise, who also sounded impatient and reluctant to do her job. When I questioned the answer, she became condescending and defensive, saying that even if they accepted it, they could not be sure I was covered. Seriously, who calls a specialty clinic without knowing whether their insurance applies? Patients are not asking the staff to solve world hunger. We are simply asking them to verify insurance, which is part of their job. Dr. Kushnir, if you are wondering why prospective patients leave before scheduling, this is why. Your front desk treats patients like a nuisance. If they cannot handle a simple insurance verification without hostility and obstruction, it raises serious concerns about how chaotic billing and claims will be once treatment begins. Your clinic is not losing patients because of insurance. It is losing them because your staff makes the experience feel like dealing with a DMV employee who is about to quit.

The staff and doctors here are wonderful. They truly care about patients and are very supportive and understanding. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this clinic for IVF treatment. Dr. Kushnir and his team are wonderful. My entire treatment at WCFC went smoothly, and I felt exceptionally well cared for and supported. Dr. Kushnir is very knowledgeable and always made sure my questions were answered before each step. Annie and Cindy organized my treatment schedule and explained my medications in detail. Beth also gave us valuable guidance on injections and postoperative care. My husband and I are very grateful to the entire WCFC team.

So far, we have had a very positive experience with Dr. Kushnir, Dr. Perkins, and their team. The entire staff, especially Wendy, has been very patient and responsive throughout our treatment.

I have not visited this location, but I went to the Fountain Valley office and believe they operate similarly. The Fountain Valley staff was extremely responsive and answered every time I called. If I left a message after hours, they called me back within 10 minutes. All procedure and medication instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this clinic!! The final result remains to be seen, but everything looks good so far!

West Coast Fertility Center is excellent. The team was warm and professional, the office was clean and welcoming, and I felt treated as a person rather than a number. The prices were also more reasonable than at other fertility clinics.

For an experience that felt frightening and intimidating, we could not have chosen a better clinic for treatment. Dr. Kushnir, Linda, and the rest of the WCFC team were incredible throughout the process. Every question was answered, every fear was addressed, and we received all the information we needed to know we were making the right decisions. The result was amazing: after more than five years of trying, we are now expecting our first child. The clinic is also very affordable compared with many other places in the area, yet we still felt we received five-star treatment. If you are seeking help with infertility or want to build a family, I highly recommend them. We are so happy and grateful to West Coast Fertility Center!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with West Coast Fertility Centers. After consulting with several fertility centers to help conceive my second child, I chose Dr. Kushnir—and it was the best decision I could have made. His expertise in male factor infertility and advanced maternal age (I'm 43) truly stood out. On top of that, the affordability of his services (nearly half the cost of other centers) made this journey possible for me.
