Beware! This clinic's finance department is terrible. They never told me the price of genetic testing, and I have now learned that Myriad billed my insurance—even though I was initially told the test was not covered—for nearly $5,000. That is almost more than the total cost of a complete IUI cycle. Had I known the test cost $5,000, I never would have agreed, especially because it tested only me and not any embryos. I carefully reviewed every email from CCRM. They never mentioned the cost, only that the testing would be outsourced. Failing to disclose a $5,000 test fee is criminal! I will report this under the No Surprises Act. A clinic with so little integrity cannot be trusted. This complaint concerns only the financial side; I could write another review about the clinic, including its clinical nurses, but it would be three pages long. My advice is to use a clinic in another country. It is cheaper, more compassionate, more successful, and far less deceptive.

My egg-freezing experience at CCRM Miami was wonderful and went smoothly from beginning to end. Dr. Potts and his team were very professional and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable throughout the process. I rarely write reviews, but I felt this experience was important to share. I have health anxiety, so I was nervous about giving myself injections and worried about possible mood changes or discomfort afterward. By the second day, however, the injections became much easier, and the entire process went very smoothly. I experienced no mood changes before or after the injections, gained only a few pounds, and felt only mild discomfort on the day of the procedure. Fortunately, the entire process was very easy for me, although I know everyone is different. I am glad that I decided to freeze my eggs and that I did it with Dr. Potts at CCRM. Highly recommended!

I just started my fertility journey at CCRM. I am 32 years old... I have been having women's health exams since I was 18, and I always left the gynecologist feeling discouraged, upset, or afraid. This is the best fertility clinic in the area. We were fortunate to find Dr. Potts and her team, who guided us through every step with exceptional professionalism and care. Their service was outstanding—attentive, compassionate, and focused on every detail. The facility is new and thoughtfully designed, with coffee and snacks that mattered during such an emotionally challenging journey. We genuinely looked forward to each visit and were almost sad to leave when we graduated with the happy news that we were expecting. I firmly believe our success came from the team's expertise at every stage. We had visited other clinics before, and this experience was entirely different. Costs were transparent and reasonable, and customer service was always helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

It feels like a money-making machine. We scheduled a virtual consultation and soon received a call asking for insurance information. They said they did not accept my insurance and immediately requested my credit card, stating the consultation cost $360. When I asked what the fee included and whether any labs or other tests were required, the representative said no and that the doctor would ‘create a treatment plan’ during the consultation. How can a doctor create a treatment plan without testing? It is like paying a mechanic to diagnose your car without opening the hood. I did not understand what I would be paying for. They said, ‘That is our process.’ I realized I could get the same advice from artificial intelligence for free. We canceled. I recommend staying away; they seem interested in charging as much as possible rather than helping patients.

After unsuccessful treatment at other clinics, I had the best possible outcome at CCRM. I had high hopes but low expectations because of my previous experiences. AMH: 1.61, endometriosis, and recurrent miscarriage. Cycle results: 16 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, 11 normally fertilized, 10 embryos biopsied, and 9 healthy euploid embryos! Dr. Potts genuinely cared about and understood me; he truly has his patients’ best interests at heart. He explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Tianna managed my care with seamless coordination. Devyn responded quickly, was very kind, and even helped complete forms for fertility medication discounts. She stayed in touch throughout and was always on my side, like a friend who understood me. Rachel held my hand at every monitoring appointment, explained everything she saw on the screen, and always made sure I was informed. They even provided vaginal wipes before appointments. Five-star care! Amanda made sure I had everything I needed and was the glue keeping my cycle on track. Esther and Ashley were always warm and smiling, asked how I felt, and genuinely wanted to hear the answer. Chelsea played videos during appointments to keep this nervous patient calm. Caroline and Mandy laughed with me during daily blood draws, and I never bruised! The pink bandages were cute too. Nurse Aly called with daily updates, gave clear instructions, and is bilingual!! Although I thought I had no IVF coverage, Nichole contacted my insurer and discovered I had $15,000 in coverage plus PGT-M coverage. This saved us a great deal of money, and she persisted even after I had declined. She did an excellent job, like everyone here. The next morning, Nurse Aliza even gave me my second trigger shot because I was alone and could not do it myself. She kindly did it without hesitation, and it was the least painful trigger shot of all. At egg retrieval, Wendy, Aliza, Tzivia, Devyn, and anesthesiologist Dr. Sarue made me very comfortable. Because I have an arrhythmia, anesthesiologist Dr. Sidash gave me a thorough consultation and created a heart-rate plan. Wendy checked on me before, during, and after retrieval and even called when I panicked about the trigger shot. She is the most caring nurse I have met, and I have met many. I completely trusted the whole team. CCRM’s lab is incredible. My embryologist, Debbie, reviewed the entire plan with my husband and me, explained everything perfectly, and answered all my questions with humor and confidence. My husband’s embryologist, Richard, eased his nerves. They laughed together, carefully reviewed the plan, confirmed every detail, and even had him initial the label on the specimen cup. Everything was very thoughtful. We were fortunate to have Debbie and Richard. Sasha called with our fertilization results, which were much better than expected, and explained what would happen next. I could hear her smile over the phone. At the end of my cycle, Tanya called with our PGT results, and we laughed and cheered together. She told me how she spoke to my embryos during biopsy, called them beautiful, and said they were the perfect matches for my future baby. Knowing my embryologists spoke to my embryos, prayed for them, and were genuinely excited for us was more healing than I ever expected. When our first PGT-M lab failed, CCRM lab director Alex personally called to comfort me and help create a new plan. Devyn and Dr. Potts both supported me in finding another genetics lab rather than giving up. The new lab reviewed my case immediately, and Alex and Dr. Potts both offered to communicate with them personally. They told me CCRM fully supported our reproductive choices, especially reducing the risk of passing on a genetic disorder, and I felt they meant it. In an ideal world, I would have gone to CCRM first and avoided heartbreak. Without CCRM, my family would never be complete. Thank you all.

Hi, I want to share our experience. After completing all the paperwork, receiving insurance approval, and waiting months for an appointment, we got a call saying we had to pay because they had now decided our insurance was unfavorable to them! Completely unprofessional and very disappointing. I would never recommend them to anyone!

My criticism is directed at CCRM's finance and billing department, which is a disaster. They lack basic customer service, empathy, responsiveness, and any sense of accountability. I had an egg retrieval last year that was paid through a third party. It took them three months to make the payment, and afterward I kept receiving notices that I owed the full amount. Every time I contacted finance, they told me to 'ignore it' because my account should have been paid in full. Then, one month ago, I received a debt collection letter saying I owed the full balance and had never paid. This is completely unacceptable. I contacted CCRM immediately, and they took three weeks to 'investigate.' After three weeks, there was still no accountability, resolution, or even an apology. Worse, I still have not received the proof of payment I repeatedly requested, and no one has called to explain professionally what happened. This is more than incompetence—it is negligence. It caused unnecessary stress and damaged my credit standing. I have no complaints about my treatment. The doctors and nurses who treated me were wonderful and helpful.

This is the most unethical and uncaring clinic I have encountered. First, I was charged $1,000 for blood tests at Quest because they did not submit the physician authorization correctly, and they refused to help when I asked. Second, my previous doctor, Dr. Bados, abruptly left the clinic on the day the announcement was made. Only one doctor remained afterward. Do not trust them; they constantly make mistakes. Third, they repeatedly gave me incorrect instructions with complete confidence, delaying my treatment. I could explain the fourth, fifth, and other reasons in detail. In short—if you value your life and time, do not go there. I tried to resolve our issues privately and amicably, but that failed, so I had to let others know.

10/10! Everyone at the clinic played an important role in making an otherwise unpleasant experience positive. From Dr. Potts's patience, knowledge, and compassion to the entire nursing and operations team, every detail was excellent. Highly recommended!

CCRM is wonderful! Everyone is very kind and helpful. I also appreciated that everyone—the nurses, phlebotomists, and Dr. Potts—was always on time for appointments. I value a punctual clinic! Having to send messages through the app instead of calling was a little frustrating, but IVF MD works the same way, and everyone here replied quickly through the app. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

The entire CCRM staff is wonderful. Amanda was extremely helpful throughout my experience and runs an excellent office. She always responded immediately and made my experience at CCRM very smooth. I feel lucky to have met her. Caroline is an exceptionally kind and patient nurse, as is everyone who works there. I was very nervous about this experience and introducing so many hormones into my body through injections, but everyone at the CCRM clinic made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. I’m convinced this place is a SCAM. My husband and I had one consultation via zoom. They instructed me to call the nurse once my cycle started. I called and left two voicemails, my calls were never returned. They since tried charging us over $500 for “therapeutic care” when all they have done was give us a consultation…. Any time you try to call you only get the voicemail. Thank god they don’t have our credit card on file. Hopefully after writing this review we will get our phone call returned about the charges we are getting

CCRM has been wonderful throughout my journey. They are always accommodating and work around my busy schedule. All the doctors are excellent, but I especially like Dr. Potts. He is wonderful, has an excellent bedside manner, and clearly cares.

As an OB-GYN who interacts with many reproductive endocrinologists in the area, I rank Dr. Potts as my first choice. We just had a consultation while I was extremely discouraged. He provided much-needed relief during the process. Being a patient while working in the field is difficult: you must give up control but also want every aspect assessed, and I felt that happened here. What stands out is that the doctor personally performs stimulation scans, so you are likely to receive greater oversight and concierge-style care, supported by an excellent laboratory. I look forward to seeing where our fertility journey leads.

Amanda and the finance team were transparent about pricing from day one and shared different financing and health-insurance options. Communication: I live out of state and flew in for treatment. The doctors and nurses were highly flexible and easy to reach. The Salve app is easy to use, shares appointment information and lab results, and offers chat access to nurses and the front desk. Even from out of state, I could meet with the doctor by telehealth. Beyond five-star service, the staff make you feel like family. The process is difficult from the start, so being welcomed with a warm smile at every appointment makes the journey worthwhile! We look forward to continuing to grow our family through CCRM 💕

The best clinic in Miami! Every time we schedule an appointment, we deal with highly professional people, and the process is so quick and easy! Dr. Bados is absolutely wonderful and very sensitive and respectful toward every patient. Highly recommended!

The office is certainly beautiful, but I found the lack of billing transparency very concerning. Because the office does not accept most insurance, I had to pay out of pocket and received a sheet listing self-pay fees. Shockingly, they decided to change the price to 5 times what I expected and did not honor the pricing sheet they had provided. Although we liked Dr. Bados, the lack of transparency made us distrust this office and seek another center that accepts our insurance.
