Our experience with the CFI clinic in Mooresville was extremely frustrating. We spent months coordinating with our primary care physician and the clinic to obtain a referral, so we were already disappointed before we even walked through the door. Communication was a major problem—it was extremely difficult to reach the clinic staff. Calls always went unanswered; we were repeatedly told to leave a message, and callbacks were often delayed, sometimes by a day or more. This lack of responsiveness made an already challenging process even more stressful. If staffing issues are preventing the clinic from addressing patients' needs promptly and professionally, perhaps the structure and performance of the front desk team should be reassessed. Although our interactions with the administrative staff were unpleasant and ultimately forced us to look elsewhere, the doctor herself was very kind, sincere, and seemingly knowledgeable. My husband and I both liked her, but to avoid the repeated inconvenience of dealing with the front desk, we ultimately chose another clinic for our infertility treatment journey. I am writing this review some time after transferring to a new provider. However, we recently received a bill from the previous clinic and had to call them directly to make a payment because we could not access the patient portal. Unfortunately, we once again reached an automated message asking us to leave a voicemail—the same communication problem we had experienced before. We are more than willing to pay the outstanding balance and formally bring our relationship with this clinic to a close.

The staff here are caring and professional! Six months after our first visit, we successfully became pregnant, all thanks to CFI Mooresville. Words cannot express our gratitude, and we are so glad we chose this clinic.

Words cannot express how highly I regard the Mooresville location of Carolina's Fertility Institute. Our first IVF journey was very successful, so we chose them again in the hope of having a second baby. Once again, they exceeded our expectations. This time, we worked closely with Caitlyn Coates at the Mooresville location. She was wonderful—kind, attentive, and immensely supportive throughout the process. The entire team made us feel comfortable, reassured, and confident. Our second embryo transfer was also successful and was performed by Dr. Yalcinkaya. His expertise and precision never cease to amaze us. His guidance throughout both IVF journeys was exceptional. We are overjoyed to announce that we will welcome our baby boy this October, thanks in large part to your outstanding team. If you are considering IVF, I wholeheartedly recommend Carolina's Fertility Institute (CFI). Two successful IVF journeys have convinced us that they are the only team we trust.

I cannot put into words how much CFI, especially the Mooresville location, helped us throughout treatment. From the first day, we felt cared for and supported. My experience at this clinic, especially with physician assistant Caitlyn Coates, has been excellent. She always listens patiently to my concerns and answers every question thoroughly and honestly. She cares about her patients and their recovery. Her outstanding expertise and thoughtful bedside manner are first-rate.

If office staffing problems prevent patients’ needs from being handled promptly and professionally, the front-desk structure and performance may need reevaluation. Although our administrative experience led us to seek care elsewhere, the doctor herself was kind, genuine, and seemed knowledgeable. My husband and I liked her very much, but we chose another fertility clinic to avoid the ongoing difficulty with the front office. I wrote this review shortly after transferring care. We recently received a bill from the former clinic and, because we cannot access the patient portal, were told to call to pay. Once again, an automated message asked us to leave a voicemail, continuing the same poor communication pattern. We are ready to pay the balance and formally end our relationship with the clinic.

Many people recommended CFI to me, and I understand why. Since our first visit, we have received nothing but support, respect, and kindness. This is a sensitive subject, to say the least, but CFI, Caitlyn Coates, and the Mooresville team kindly answered every question and explained how the various processes work, often more than once.

We underwent IVF, and I cannot say enough amazing things about CFI-Mooresville! PA Kaitlyn Coates is the most incredible person! She is kind, thoughtful, and caring. She genuinely cares about your experience and emotional journey and makes sure you fully understand every step of the IVF process. The entire clinic staff was outstanding from beginning to end. I cried at my final appointment and begged them to let me remain a patient instead of transferring to a regular OB-GYN. I cannot wait for the next round!
