    My experience at NYC IVF was excellent. My husband and I chose IVF to preserve our fertility so we would have more time to consider starting a family. From the initial consultation through regular follow-ups, Dr. Elasser was personally involved throughout and performed the procedure herself. This created a meaningful sense of reassurance and trust. The team always communicated promptly, and I began my next cycle soon after the initial consultation. They were also very transparent about costs and guided us through the insurance process, which was reassuring and greatly reduced our burden. Compared with larger clinics, I felt I received more frequent and personalized follow-up here. They took my questions, concerns, and any discomfort or pain after retrieval seriously. I completed the entire cycle shortly before turning 36, achieved an excellent result for my age, and did not need a second cycle. It is clear that this clinic focuses on high-quality outcomes and tailors each patient's stimulation-medication protocol rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. IVF is mentally, physically, and emotionally demanding, but I felt genuinely cared for by the entire team throughout. I would absolutely recommend NYC IVF to anyone considering fertility preservation.

    Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Elassar and her team. I recently went to her for egg freezing/fertility preservation, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything felt highly personalized. The clinic was warm and comfortable, and the staff genuinely made me feel welcome and cared for. Every step was explained very clearly—and repeated when needed—and all my questions received prompt, thoughtful answers. Everything proceeded smoothly and on time, which is essential in a process that can be very stressful. I previously had a similar procedure at a much larger organization, where I felt like just a number. This experience was completely different. Here, everyone knows you and genuinely cares about you.     This is the most professional IVF clinic I have seen. They have their own dedicated laboratory and can fully ensure the procedure’s success rate. The staff are warm and attentive, and my wife received excellent care. Dr. Elassar is also very responsible toward her patients. The environment is excellent and very relaxing.

    Dr. Elassar and the team at NYC IVF are truly among the best in the field. After several unsuccessful attempts at other clinics, we decided to transfer to NYC IVF on the recommendation of several friends, some of whom had also been through lengthy IVF journeys. We ultimately succeeded on our first attempt there. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team. They were responsive, highly supportive, and caring, and it was a pleasure working with them. The team also developed a personalized treatment plan based on some of my complications, and routine blood tests and scans went very smoothly.

    From my first inquiry through egg retrieval, the entire NYCIVF team was kind, diligent, and informative.     My experience at NYC IVF was outstanding. The entire team is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. After your first appointment, they remember you and do not even need to ask your name when you enter. I had terrible consultations at several larger egg-freezing practices, but NYC IVF was completely different. At the first consultation, Dr. Elassar sits with you, explains the entire process in detail, and answers every question. You then meet with billing to review out-of-pocket costs. They also schedule hands-on medication instruction, whose importance may not be clear until your first injection. Other practices only send videos, but NYC IVF brings you in and guides you step by step while allowing you to record the demonstration and ask questions. The experience deserves a perfect score. I have recommended NYC IVF to every friend considering egg freezing or needing a fertility specialist. Thank you, NYC IVF!

    New York IVF is the only fertility clinic I have used, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them. Like most people, my fertility journey was filled with stress, anxiety, and regret that I had not started sooner. But everyone here—Dr. Elassar, Dr. Jeff, Ms. Tamar, Ms. Annie, Ms. Elena, Ms. Isabelle, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Needa, Ms. Kimberlyn, and Mr. Abdel—was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. They always ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every stage. Everyone remembered my name and made me feel like family. Dr. Elassar personally attended every appointment and treatment, and I could truly feel how much she cared. I loved that she called me “my dear,” and now I wish every doctor I meet could be like her. The medical team explained my medications and treatment plan clearly and patiently, ensuring I always knew what to do. They encouraged me at every step. Dr. Jeff had seen me only once in the operating room, yet remembered my name in the elevator, which touched me greatly. Of course, he also took excellent care of my embryos. Scheduling was always smooth and flexible, which I greatly appreciated, especially after hearing that other clinics are not always so accommodating. The finance team patiently explained every billing and insurance detail. Numbers are not my strength, so I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I felt exceptionally well cared for. I only wish they also provided routine obstetric care! I will definitely return for my second child. They deserve more than five stars!

    I completed my second egg-freezing cycle at New York IVF and cannot say enough good things about their care. From start to finish, the entire team was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. I genuinely felt cared for throughout. Everything was smooth and highly personalized. They were always available to answer questions and made adjustments as needed, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a comfortable one.     I froze my eggs at New York City IVF (NYCIVF) and was very pleased with the team. I had greatly underestimated how involved the process would be, but they guided me through it step by step and helped me adjust. I also have small veins that phlebotomists often struggle to find, so I worried about the frequent blood tests. Nurse Tamar was excellent—skilled, gentle, and thoughtful—and made blood draws easy. Dr. Elassar was equally excellent and approachable, and the whole team was wonderful. Overall, they made a process I had dreaded feel manageable, and we achieved excellent results—far above average for my age. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

    I cannot say enough good things about New York City IVF. Through multiple treatment cycles, I consistently felt fully supported and cared for. Dr. Alyaa Elassar is exceptional. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is warm and approachable, making a challenging treatment process much easier. She developed a personalized plan that kept me confident and informed at every step. The entire team is wonderful. Tamar, Annie, Victoria, Maeve, Needa, Rhea, and Elena were always welcoming, attentive, and encouraging.     We transferred here after a terrible experience at Northwell Fertility. The entire clinic—the nurses, front desk staff, clinical coordinator Abdel, and Dr. Elassar—was outstanding! They were highly skilled, thorough, kind, and considerate. They treated us with great respect, and you could tell they genuinely cared about us!     I worked with Dr. Elassar for about five years. I froze my eggs with her when I was 35, almost 36. A few years later, at 38, I created embryos, and at 40 I decided to transfer my only beautiful embryo. I was very frightened and deeply in debt, but they were always patient with me. Tamar was consistently helpful and tried to reassure me. Dr. Elassar loves her work and is always professional. I want to thank the entire team because I was surely their most difficult and indecisive patient, haha. I was anxious and afraid for years, but finally chose a natural-cycle transfer. I am now 14 weeks pregnant, the baby is growing healthily, and the pregnancy is going smoothly. I can only thank everyone for their patience and dedication. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.     If you are undergoing IVF and want more personalized care, I highly recommend NYC IVF. The clinic is not large, but it is friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated seeing the same care team every time. It was the first and only clinic my husband and I visited because of the positive online reviews. I was initially concerned because I am very skeptical of doctors, but I am glad we took the chance and did not go elsewhere. Dr. Elassar is knowledgeable and caring. The entire team—Ms. Tamar, Annie, Kim, Needa, and everyone else—is wonderful. I love them all. Appointments are always on time.     The IVF process can involve complex emotions, but working with Dr. Elassar, Tamar, and the entire care team truly made me feel at ease. This clinic feels more boutique than large institutions such as NYU or Cornell. They are personable, calm, compassionate, and highly organized throughout the process. We followed the schedule precisely, and thanks to their accuracy and expertise, I had an unexpectedly high number of eggs retrieved. I fully trust this team to care for my embryos. I chose surrogacy to build my family. Once I found a surrogate, the clinic approved her in less than a week, greatly accelerating our embryo-transfer timeline. The transfer went very smoothly and was successful! What impressed me most was their ability to stay on top of everything. They reviewed scans and bloodwork the same day and provided clear, actionable next steps. They also replied quickly to emails, which is crucial in the time-sensitive surrogacy process because every day can affect scheduling.     After five years of being unable to conceive with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), I decided it was time to see Dr. Elassar (DR ELASSAR), and I had an excellent experience at New York IVF. From the first appointment, the staff seemed caring, organized, professional, and experienced. Dr. Elassar always shared her expertise in a way that reassured me. I had complete confidence in her and the plan she created for me. Nurse Tamar also deserves recognition, along with the lovely medical assistants, front desk manager, and finance/insurance specialist. Words truly cannot describe the staff there. Everything is available on-site and easy to access. This was the first and only clinic I visited, and I am grateful that everything went so smoothly. Thanks to New York IVF, I am now 4 months pregnant after our first intrauterine insemination (IUI), and my husband and I will always be grateful to Dr. Elassar and her team.

    I just completed my first egg-freezing cycle at NYC IVF and obtained an unprecedented 15 mature eggs at age 42. Although some of this is due to my own genetics, it also reflects the precision and expertise of Dr. Elassar and her outstanding team. I cannot imagine completing my second cycle anywhere else.

    I just completed two egg-freezing cycles at NYC IVF, and honestly, I could not be more grateful—especially at age 39, nearly 40. I arrived knowing nothing and full of fear and doubt, but after a close friend's recommendation, I decided to proceed, and I am so glad I did. The clinic is never crowded, is always spotless, and is located right on Fifth Avenue. Everyone on the team knows your name, and you feel cared for rather than like an anonymous patient. Dr. Elassar personally performs all scans and examinations. During my retrievals, I felt exceptionally well cared for, and the entire team—thank you, Tamar, Annie, Needa, Isabelle, Maeve, and everyone else—made these major moments surprisingly easy. NYC IVF is a small boutique clinic where everyone, from the administrative staff and nurses to Dr. Elassar herself, knows your name. I chose this clinic for a more personalized and tailored experience, and it was everything we hoped for. My appointments were always on time, and all my questions were answered promptly. They were also highly supportive, and I felt that the entire team was invested in my success. This was very important to me and, I believe, contributed to my successful IVF experience. The clinic provides in-house services, including an operating room for egg retrievals and transfers and very convenient acupressure services.
