预约一位合格的医生竟然要等两个多月？这在美国的大城市怎么可能？

孙医生是一位非常好的人。他非常聪明、友善，而且医术精湛。这位出色的医生发现了我的癌症，并迅速将其切除。我对孙医生和他的团队感激不尽。我原本应该在宾夕法尼亚大学医学中心拉德诺分院接受治疗，但他们却完全漏诊了！孙医生是一位非常棒的人，他富有同情心和同理心，会耐心解答你所有的问题，而且从不敷衍。他从不隐瞒任何事实。我给孙医生五星好评。我强烈推荐这位医生！我非常感谢他对我的耐心和无微不至的关怀。在我看来，他真的是一位非常棒的人。显然，他是一位非常优秀的泌尿科医生！他两次在下班后给我打电话，一次是在周末！自从70年代以来，我就没见过像孙医生这样尽职尽责的医生了。我非常感激和幸运能有孙医生这样优秀的医生！如今很难找到像他这样高水平的医生，我感到非常幸运。谢谢孙医生和他的团队。

Came in for an appointment May 21st 2025 after confirming I'd be covered by insurance. Both through them and my insurance. A couple days before the end of the year, I get a surprise bill for $395 from them. I'm apparently not covered for the type of visit I came in for. And now that I'm asking for codes and summaries and trying to understand why my visit isn't being covered when it should, I get radio silence and a short, "Go talk to your insurance". Unfortunately, I need information from them in order to appeal my claim properly and they're running out my clock. And on top of that $395 for a 15 minute conversation in the office?... I was already doing what the doctor recommended. I'd be more than happy to rewrite my review if they give proper assistance helping me with this issue as my visit and care I received should be covered by insurance. Edit: Thank goodness I canceled my follow-up appointment, or they would have told me that all my blood test results were normal and then found ways to make me spend more money.

Terrible experience. I had the procedure at a different hospital. Jefferson quoted me a total out-of-pocket cost of $256.00. They are now charging me $781.08. This is a very dishonest bait-and-switch. From now on, I will go anywhere except Jefferson.

The doctor is great, but everything else is terrible. I scheduled an appointment, and they changed the time on the same day. I could not attend, and they told me that I had canceled it.

I am extremely grateful for this office. By the time I arrived here, I had experienced urinary problems for nearly a decade. I was 22, had no diagnosis, and the problems kept recurring. My doctor, Dr. Hubosky, worked hard to determine what was happening after everything before him had failed. He gave me a diagnosis, and although it was an unfortunate one, I found some peace in finally knowing. He is not only an amazing doctor but also an amazing person. He never makes me feel like a number and remembers details about me. He showed me this again when I underwent another procedure with him on April 7, 2023. His bedside manner made all the difference, and I have tremendous respect and gratitude for him. As for the office, I have never had any problems. Nurse Oksana has known me for many years and is very kind and helpful. Many people think my health condition would make me afraid to visit this office, but I am not, because I know they will help me. Dr. Hubosky never rushes me, always answers my questions, and gives me confidence. I am an adult, but I have cried in front of him about my health and never felt judged or uncomfortable. I tell everyone with similar problems to see him. He is so good that even doctors in other states where I have lived have told me I would not find a better doctor. I believe them.

I scheduled a new-patient telephone visit online for my father-in-law several weeks in advance. The system accepted the appointment. On the day of the online visit, the provider was late. After waiting half an hour, the office called and said I needed to schedule an in-person appointment. This caused unnecessary driving and waiting time. Patients should be notified before the appointment, and the system should not allow new-patient visits to be scheduled as telephone appointments.

I have been a patient for years. It takes some time to adjust to their scheduling, but the doctors and their teams are excellent! Dr. Gomella is one of the most intelligent and kind doctors I have ever met. Dr. Hubosky and Dr. Lalos are equally outstanding. They have a first-rate clinical team; Oksana and Erica are stars! I highly recommend being patient with the scheduling.
