I highly recommend SGF. They are truly first-rate. Dr. Kallen and his nurse Jordan are absolute angels. My husband and I initially tried intrauterine insemination (IUI), but it was unsuccessful, so we moved on to in vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Kallen and Jordan adjusted my treatment plan, and we are now successfully approaching 14 weeks of pregnancy. People often contact me to ask about my IVF experience and where I received treatment. I always tell them SGF and express how grateful I am to everyone there. I recommend SGF to everyone. Despite the pain of infertility, I have only wonderful memories of my time there. Thank you again, and I will always be grateful for everything you did.

We came to SGF after a terrible experience at another fertility clinic, and the difference was remarkable! The SGF team was responsive, compassionate, and informative. We felt supported throughout this emotional time. We had been worried about the timeline, but Jordan, Dr. Kallen, and their team were exceptional and kept the entire process on track. We went from struggling with infertility to welcoming our little angel 1 year later, and we could not be happier. Thank you so much for helping us build our family.

Dr. Kallen and his team have helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents to 4 healthy babies. We have worked with Dr. Kallen since 2017 and have felt comfortable returning several times, with very successful results. Dr. Kallen is caring and considerate, listens to every concern, and answers all questions so you feel well informed. He is passionate about helping families facing fertility challenges and understands how sensitive the experience can be. He personally called me several times to help me decide how to move forward. When we became pregnant, he called again to celebrate with me. His nurses and staff are also wonderful and caring. Jordan in particular was very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend Shady Grove to anyone who needs fertility care!

I worked with Dr. Kallen and his team and was able to have a healthy baby girl! They could not have been kinder throughout the process. I felt heard and informed at every visit. Managing the medications was easy because the team always made themselves available. I cried when I graduated, and I still think about the people in this office to this day.

I cannot say enough good things about SGF's downtown office. This is my second treatment here, and the staff is genuinely considerate and supportive. They respond quickly, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen—usually I am seen immediately. Dr. Kallen is also wonderful. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and I came to Shady Grove Fertility hoping for compassionate treatment, but the staff were cold and dismissive. The doctor rushed through the consultation without explaining our options. After spending thousands of dollars on treatment, we felt more like numbers than patients. The experience left us frustrated and hopeless.

Shady grove has been an overall wonderful experience . Walking in early mornings I was always greeted by Brooke’s wonderful smile and warm welcoming energy. Alicia and Brooke made difficult appointments just that much easier. Dr. Kallen was an absolute delight to work with. Everything was always explained in detail and any minor setback we faced I trusted his expertise and judgement to reach our end goal! I cannot thank Center City office enough for making this process and journey just that much easier!

Throughout this challenging experience, Jordan (RN) was our guardian angel. Her exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism helped turn our entire fertility journey around. I will always be grateful that she joined my care team!
No matter how early the morning, Brooke always had a smile and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She was a bright spot throughout my monitoring and SGF's greatest “guardian”!

Dr. Kallen worked with us for nearly two years before we finally became pregnant. It was a very difficult journey with many unpleasant surprises, but Dr. Kallen did not give up on us. He was confident and encouraging and gave us tremendous support when needed. Everyone at the Center City office was wonderful to us. Brooke and Alesha were kind and friendly at every visit and genuinely made me feel important. I will always be grateful to everyone at Shady Grove.

Thank you, Shady Grove. After 10 years of trying and failing, we finally succeeded. Dr. Kallen, Brooke, Carly, Aliyah, and all the other staff encouraged me to keep going, and I never gave up. I had dreamed of becoming pregnant for years, and despite my PCOS, they helped me achieve that goal. I highly recommend this place.

Beware! The staff quoted the wrong price, leaving you responsible for thousands of dollars. They said testing would cost less than $300. I received three bills from three different places totaling more than $1,500. The staff could not even tell me which companies would bill me. I honestly do not understand how this is legal. This was with insurance.
