Please reconsider egg freezing or IVF unless it is absolutely necessary. I had no idea that hormone injections could potentially lead to hormone-driven breast cancer. A mammogram is recommended 1-2 months after the procedure; this should be part of routine care, and doctors should inform every patient beforehand. The bathrooms and patient rooms were also not very clean. The equipment and monitor used to assess follicles and fertility were covered in dust and looked dirty, even though the doctor touches this equipment while evaluating each patient's follicles and fertility. They should have cleaners perform a deep cleaning at least once a week.

My son was just born, and I can confidently say it was all thanks to the entire team at Peak! I had consulted many IVF clinics before, but something never felt right. When I walked into Peak, the kindness of the entire staff put me at ease. They also made sure I understood the different options, treatment steps, and the overall process. Whenever I needed help, they promptly returned my calls or messages. I highly recommend Peak.

Omg the anxiety I had for my first HSG was insane I did all the research on TikTok and ladies don’t do that!! Dr Rivika Darrison the ANGEL you are I swear. God sent. She eased my worries immediately with her beautiful bubbly happy soul. Literally the minute she stepped in the room and started talking to me my worries eased up a lot she was so beyond caring, gentle, patient with me. I was so scared of the pain but she helped me feel calm and walked me through the procedure which took literally less than 5 mins it felt. Deff ask for the laughing gas and take some pain meds before coming and if you can ask for her only. I trust her with my life 💜😭 thank you Dr Rivika gorgeous soul!!!!! ALSO the pink aspects in the building helped soooo much. So girly it feels like a safe feeling. Like yall are such girls girls and it shows 💘💘💘💘

I was very afraid of IVF, but Dr. Reed and her team were caring and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. Although IVF is stressful, they made it a wonderful experience. I waited a year to write this review: with their help, we conceived, had a healthy pregnancy, and welcomed our beautiful baby boy last month. We love him dearly and are immensely grateful for everything this clinic did for us.

After extensive research, my wife and I chose Peak Fertility, and we are very glad we did. Dr. Reed was wonderful and communicated very professionally. She presented every option objectively without pressuring us, simply stating the facts and allowing us to decide. The nursing staff were also outstanding—10 out of 10. Special thanks to Megan, who was amazing. We are deeply grateful to everyone for helping us have our beautiful daughter. One additional note: there are some negative reviews here, particularly from men. I admit that we did feel somewhat awkward in this situation, but the staff truly did their best to make everything as easy as possible. These women are wonderful.

Beyond achieving what seemed like an unlikely success, I was extremely pleased by the skill, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness of everyone at the clinic.

Something must be done for Dr. K. I do not know whether she should receive an award or a medal, have a portrait commissioned for a reproductive endocrinology hall of fame's “rock star” section, or have a hall of fame built with her portrait in it. What I do know is that anything currently being planned is nowhere near enough. This woman has done so much for me that thinking of her nearly brings me to tears with gratitude. Every time I look at my son, I think of her. This doctor and her team do more than care for patients—they are passionate advocates who will fight for you.

Dr. Reed and her team are amazing. Every infertility journey is different, and they genuinely give their all to every patient. Dr. Reed is always warm and positive, and her team is kind and communicates exceptionally well. I feel very fortunate to have three beautiful IVF babies because of them. Infertility is difficult—my journey was especially epic—but Dr. Reed supported me every step of the way. I cannot praise Peak Fertility enough!

Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, but this clinic creates an environment of trust, compassion, and hope. We will always be grateful for the care we received and the wonderful team who accompanied us on this journey. They changed our lives, and we highly recommend this clinic.

Working with Dr. Klimczak and the Peak Fertility team was wonderful! Every question I asked received a detailed answer, so I always understood the reason behind the treatment plan. Even when I asked questions through the portal, I always received a quick response. I was also very anxious about my hysterosalpingogram (HSG), but Rivka performed it with tremendous compassion and kindness. After I became pregnant, I developed concerning symptoms less than two weeks after ovulation. Dr. Klimczak's team arranged blood tests, reviewed the HSG results, and had a prescription ready within about 2–4 hours. Without this attentive care, I truly do not know whether I would still be pregnant. Thank you so much, Peak team!

Healthcare professionals can sometimes be the most difficult patients, but Dr. Reed made my experience entirely different. I consulted several clinics in Dallas, and Peak Fertility was clearly the best. The standard of care is exceptional, and every detail has been carefully chosen to provide the highest-quality medical care—from the staff, in-house laboratory, and advanced technology to the clinic's decor. Although diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) limited my options, Dr. Reed was always kind, smiling, genuinely supportive, and willing to accommodate my schedule. She truly went above and beyond to give me a fair and thorough opportunity for treatment. I still have a long road ahead, but I feel very well cared for. I highly recommend this clinic. I am writing this to encourage people to consult other doctors, hear their opinions, and compare them with what Dr. Reed says. Our consultation with Dr. Reed was acceptable. We told her we were not interested in IVF and only wanted intrauterine insemination (IUI). She did not seem to listen and kept trying to convince us that IVF was the best choice. I repeated our position, but she merely shrugged it off. The next appointment was a transvaginal ultrasound. I reminded her that I had stage III endometriosis, but she was rough and showed no compassion throughout the exam. After that ultrasound, I experienced severe nerve pain for seven months. During that 4-6-minute ultrasound, she told my husband that my fallopian tubes were clubbed and completely covered in scar tissue, leaving almost no chance of conception. She abruptly pulled out the ultrasound probe and told us to start IVF medications that night. She gave me no time to process the news that I was almost unable to conceive naturally. I was shocked, confused, and in excruciating pain...and felt enormous pressure to agree to start IVF. After she left, my husband and I cried in the room, and the checkout staff member began selling us prescription drugs. I am very glad I had the courage to say, “We want to think about it.” They agreed, but for the next few weeks they called every week to ask when I would start the medication. I finally told them I would contact them if I wanted to begin and asked them to stop calling. Later, I saw a natural fertility doctor who performed a selective hysterosalpingogram (HSG). It showed that my fallopian tubes were completely open and 100% healthy, with no scar tissue. We conceived naturally after the HSG! I am very glad I did not simply believe Dr. Reed. Concluding from a 4-minute ultrasound that my ovaries and fallopian tubes had scar tissue was certainly not a reason to begin IVF. Seek a second opinion. Before starting IVF, consider having an HSG. This may prevent many health problems, emotional stress, and financial losses. I believe Dr. Reed is skilled in IVF, but pressuring vulnerable people to undergo something they clearly said from the beginning they did not want is unethical. In my view, making a definitive diagnosis based only on an ultrasound instead of performing other tests to assess the fallopian tubes is also unethical. I am glad we ultimately had a happy outcome, and I understand that IVF is the only option for many people. But before telling women it is their only option, there are other ways to help determine what is actually wrong. The IVF industry seems unwilling to spend substantial time and effort finding the root cause of infertility and instead moves directly toward the most profitable area. IVF is not the only way to overcome infertility.

Peak Fertility was outstanding when I used them for outside monitoring. My fertility clinic was out of state, so I needed a reputable local clinic for ultrasounds. I had struggled to find a local clinic willing to work with me until I contacted Peak. From the first phone call, I knew this was a special place that truly cares for patients during such an emotional time in their lives. The front-desk staff were always friendly and professional, and the entire team showed the same attitude at every visit. I was nervous about my scans because my ovaries are difficult to locate, but Rivka found them easily every time. She is kind and efficient, and I highly recommend her! If you need fertility care or, like me, a trusted place for outside monitoring, this is the best choice.

I came for testing to see whether they could help my husband and me start a family. Fortunately, they were able to help us with IUI. The team was wonderful, and after all the testing and results, I finally became pregnant. I am now 7 months pregnant and due in October. I am so glad they helped me have a family of my own.

As a man I could tell that this is a pretty terrible place to do your tests. The appointment scheduling was fine. The fun started when I arrived there. On the reception was some arrogant, mean and ignorant lady. She was so unfriendly, that I wanted to run as soon as I entered the building. She said to follow here, and then she just left me without saying a word... Ok. No one gave any instruction nothing. I was waiting a week for the results, which is too long for a simple test. Then the doctor called me a week after the test, I said that I can't talk and she asked to call her back. I called back like 10 minutes after her call, no one picked up a phone. I left a message as and asked to call me back. No one ever called me back. This was an absolute waste of my time and money. Do not ever go there, because they don't care about you. Terrible place to let them help you with such sensitive part of your life, like fertility.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Peak Fertility. They prioritize your comfort in a way that I have never experienced with another doctor. I am a highly anxious person so I really stress out about medical procedures but my HSG, transvaginal ultrasounds, and IUI have all been as comfortable as humanly possible. They have nitrous oxide available for the “scarier” procedures and that makes it so much easier. I was completely terrified of having an HSG but it was truly a breeze. It felt like minor menstrual cramps and lasted maybe a minute. Also, everyone who works here is so kind and encouraging. This is exactly the type of place you want to go when you are struggling with something as difficult as infertility. Highly recommend.
