We were very impressed by the staff’s professionalism throughout the complex fertility treatment process. Dr. Yeko is highly skilled and personable. No matter what challenges arose during treatment, we felt reassured throughout.

During the process, I visited their Brandon, North Tampa, and South Tampa clinics, and every staff member I met was kind and professional. Coordinating my insurance through Progyny was also seamless. I especially want to thank Dr. Yeko. He is an excellent doctor, and I highly recommend him!

Working with RMG was a wonderful experience. Many questions arise when you begin an IVF cycle, and even while treatment is underway. The clinic was consistently thorough, without a single oversight. It is rare to find a doctor who combines exceptional medical expertise with genuine compassion, but Dr. Feferkorn does both effortlessly. At every visit, he brings the latest research, explains each treatment option in detail, and tailors every decision to your specific circumstances. What truly sets him apart is that he understands this journey is not only physical. Without being asked, he recognizes the emotional strain, checks in, listens, and makes you feel understood even during the hardest moments. We never left an appointment feeling overlooked, rushed, or hopeless. If you need reproductive medicine care and want a doctor who treats you as a whole person at every step, Dr. Feferkorn is the one. We feel very fortunate to have him!

I went through this organization's egg-freezing program last year, and every step was a nightmare. Dr. McCormick herself was kind, but that was only a small part of the process. Calls were rarely returned, institutional billing problems consumed enormous amounts of time, communication went in circles without clear expectations, medication instructions were vague, nurses were rude and cold, pelvic exams were rough and painful, and my veins were blown several times during blood draws—even though my veins are good, as the nurse specifically noted before damaging my arm. They ultimately had to use my hand because rushing had created such a mess. If you need help—and you will, or at least need questions answered—no one at the clinic wants to assist. I eventually had to appear in person and fill the lobby to get anything done. Sometimes I had to cry in the lobby before finding someone willing to help. Even paying the storage fee took two hours on the phone. They have now changed systems again, and all my medical records and documents have disappeared from the app. I had to retrieve hundreds of documents to reconstruct my history. When I went to the office today, not one call came in, so I am nearly certain they route all calls elsewhere. Given all the prior complaints about communication, I am amazed they do not leave the phones ringing. They seem severely understaffed, and those working appear exhausted. My experience here made an already stressful and difficult situation far worse. Go elsewhere to avoid the same frustration, where people will treat you like a person and show empathy. *Update: After working with them to ship my eggs to another clinic for thawing, I learned that domestic egg shipping was as bad as every other step with RMG. They were unresponsive, never answered the phone, and, as they admitted by email, were “understaffed.” This delayed shipment by several months and cost $6000. Of the 12 eggs I froze at RMG, only 2 survived thawing according to RMG's instructions; the rest had degenerated and were unusable. Before considering this clinic, ask about its experience with egg freezing and its thaw survival rates. My extremely low survival rate was likely due to RMG's inexperience and improper freezing. If I could give RMG negative 10 stars, I would. Do not waste your time or entrust your most precious gift—your fertility—to them.

If you want a child, do not choose these people. It is a waste of time and money! I spent two years and a great deal of money and got nothing!!!

My experience at RMG was excellent from start to finish. I am very grateful for the staff’s attentiveness, the kindness of the physicians, especially Dr. Yeko, and the whole team’s approach to my treatment. Fertility treatment is never easy, but RMG made the process as simple as possible. I always felt well cared for. I would recommend RMG to anyone undergoing infertility treatment.

Dr. Timothy Yeko is an exceptional physician. After multiple miscarriages, he helped us achieve two successful pregnancies. His expertise, attention to detail, and calm confidence made an extremely difficult journey manageable and hopeful. His skill is reassuring and makes you know you are receiving the best care. The entire team showed the same level of excellence. Lisa is an outstanding ultrasound technician: compassionate, highly skilled, and always able to comfort us during anxious moments. Yani is an excellent nurse: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Yeko and his team. If you are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate physician, Dr. Yeko is the right choice.

This was only the first call, and it immediately gave us zero confidence. The doctor literally just told us something we already knew, and the call lasted no more than 30 seconds. This company is a complete scam. All they did was that very short phone call where the doctor just said “hello” and told me I needed to do a sperm test. That’s it. No real consultation, no diagnosis, no treatment, no exam, NOTHING. Honestly, that’s something anyone with common sense already knows without needing a doctor. Then, out of nowhere, they sent me another bill for almost $800. For what exactly? There was no service provided. When I called them to ask about the charge, they refused to give me any information. They just kept saying they couldn’t disclose anything, which makes zero sense. Instead of explaining, they immediately moved the charge to collections. It’s very obvious that their only goal is to make money by pushing unnecessary charges and making up services that were never actually provided. We didn’t receive any treatment, any testing, or any real medical service. This is dishonest, misleading, and feels like a straight-up scam. I would strongly warn anyone to stay away from this company.

I do not recommend this clinic and strongly urge caution when choosing RMG. During my care, their billing department caused numerous problems and frustrations. They overcharged me without telling me there was a credit on my account for future treatment, applied my payments to services other than those I actually received, and even tried to charge me for services I never received. After initially being told I could receive a refund, they later said only 20% could be returned after nonrefundable fees. Choosing a clinic is a major decision and financial investment, yet this clinic deceives its clients and is poorly managed at best.

We had the best experience at Reproductive Medicine Center. Everyone was warm, kind, and attentive. They kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our questions patiently and promptly. We are very happy with the outcome and will return when we are ready for baby number two!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Yeko and the entire RMG team! Everyone went above and beyond to make an overwhelming process feel manageable and hopeful. I am successfully pregnant with my second IVF baby and have “graduated” from RMG again!

I know there are some poor reviews about phone communication and similar issues, but I have been a patient at this clinic for more than ten years, have had two babies, and am now pregnant. I can confidently say the staff always respond quickly through their portal. Over the years I have also heard about other practices, but I still believe Reproductive Medicine Group has the best reputation and facilities! The staff are always thoughtful and attentive. I especially appreciate Lisa, the ultrasound technician in South Tampa, who is very careful and considerate during every scan, and the on-call nurse Sonya, who always makes sure urgent issues are handled promptly and effectively—for example, when the pharmacy sent me the wrong medication! My doctor is Dr. Yeko, and he is excellent. From the beginning, I felt fully supported, informed, and cared for. His extensive knowledge, clinical skill, and thoughtful treatment plans made us feel reassured at every step of our fertility journey. I have always trusted his guidance and felt confident in every direction he recommended. Beyond his medical expertise, he provides clarity and genuine compassion, which are essential during such an emotional and vulnerable process. Dr. Yeko helped me successfully complete three IVF cycles and achieve my dream of pregnancy. I will always be grateful for his care and highly recommend him.

Dr. Yeko is absolutely the best! This journey was extremely difficult, but Dr. Yeko always showed us understanding and compassion. When we did not conceive as quickly as we had hoped, he always had a treatment plan ready. I clearly remember an appointment after a failed frozen embryo transfer when Dr. Yeko took time to discuss everything with us in detail before explaining what we could try next. He never treated us coldly or as a number on a spreadsheet. Thanks to his hard work, we are now parents to a wonderful 2-year-old. Amy said he was waiting for and watching my results until she saw them. We returned a few months ago to try for a second child and succeeded on the first attempt. In addition to everything positive I can say about Dr. Yeko, the staff at the Brandon and South Tampa locations were also very friendly. They were always on time, which was essential for appointments before work.

About a month ago, I requested my medical records through their portal. I received the records directly from Silvia Aleman. After reviewing them, I found that many scans and other laboratory results were missing, so I contacted her because she had sent the records. I had to follow up several times before I finally received them, along with the unpleasant response below. I found the bold text and excessive emphasis passive-aggressive and unnecessary, apparently in response to my noting the long response time. The original request was submitted through the portal, so I do not understand why the process I had already followed correctly needed to be emphasized again. Likewise, she had emailed the initial records to me, so contacting the person who sent them seemed most reasonable. Egg freezing costs more than $10,000 and is a time-consuming process. Patients should not encounter this kind of unprofessional behavior from the outset. I have other reservations about my experience at this clinic and will update this review later.

I recently graduated from RMG and am delighted to share that I am 9 weeks pregnant after a successful first IVF cycle. I began treatment with them last August and have been very pleased with the support I received over the past year. The staff were always kind and responsive, and they were easy to reach through the patient portal. I initially saw another excellent physician at the clinic, but after seeking other opinions, I switched to Dr. Yeko. His protocol and approach were a better fit for me and my fertility journey. What impressed me most was that he never recommended the easiest or most beneficial option for the clinic—he always prioritized my interests and offered the best options for me. That was essential. I highly recommend RMG to anyone beginning a fertility journey. I am very grateful for their care and for helping me achieve this dream.
