To everyone looking for a fertility clinic: do not go here! Like anyone longing to become a parent, we often feel lost and unfamiliar with the process and end up placing our trust in others and their services. An agency referred us to this clinic, and we thought we could trust them. At first, they were very friendly and happy to answer questions. Once we signed the contract, however, they became terrible. They did not return calls, and most of the time when you called, they had no idea what was happening. We were preparing for an embryo transfer, but they canceled the procedure the day before. We had found a gestational carrier and spent a considerable amount on various screenings and examinations. They found a uterine polyp and said she needed surgery to remove it. We paid more than 2 times ten thousand dollars for this. They said we could proceed with the embryo transfer after surgery, but the day before the transfer, they suddenly ended their work with us and said we could no longer use the gestational carrier. They care only about money and nothing else. We learned about this through an email they sent to the screening agency, not even directly to us. They kept changing staff during that period, so you could never reach the same person. I later learned that I was not alone and that a group of people had experienced very similar situations. I hope my experience helps other prospective parents.

This place has changed a lot, but it looks like they have finally gotten it right.

Five stars are not enough to express how satisfied we are with this center. From the moment we walked in, the professionalism and genuine care far exceeded our expectations. The facility is excellent, clean, and runs smoothly. From the receptionists to the knowledgeable nurses and highly skilled doctors, the entire team creates a supportive and hopeful atmosphere. Renata, the Director of Operations, is always warm, professional, and positive. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is the best possible experience. Working with the New England Fertility Institute has been a wonderful experience. They are the gold standard in fertility care!

This place is amazing! The staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. Their service seems much better than before. I would recommend New England Fertility Center to anyone looking to build a family.

Anna was amazing! So was the lovely woman sitting at the computer in the middle of the front desk. I did not get her name, but she was very kind. Anna was also excellent at drawing blood. She made me feel relaxed, and it did not hurt at all. You can tell she truly loves her work!

None of my emails received a response. I do not recommend this company.

The embryo donation experience was terrible. There was no follow-up, and emails and phone calls went unanswered. I had to take time off work and go to their office in person just to get a response. Once there, I waited another 25 minutes to speak with the person in charge. Even though we donated our embryos, they charged excessive embryo storage fees. Again, there was no follow-up. IVF was painful enough. Years later, I decided to donate the embryos because I believed it was the right choice, only to relive the pain and anguish of losing children because these people lacked even basic courtesy. I am extremely angry and disappointed.

My husband and I had an embryo transfer at NEFI in 2022. Our experience was good until this year. NEFI seems to stop caring about your clinic experience and journey once it receives your money. We recently contacted them to discuss embryo donation, but reaching them was extremely difficult. We finally received a response just days before we were due to be charged for another year of storage. NEFI said it would postpone the payment until we signed the embryo donation documents. Several weeks passed without a response, and this morning we were charged for another year of storage. Of course, NEFI still has not responded to our messages. We will contact our bank first thing tomorrow to dispute the charge. We are very disappointed that their customer service changed completely after we paid a substantial amount for our embryos.

Everything was excellent, from the office staff to the medical team. As someone who had been pregnant five times, I received excellent care and became pregnant during my first IVF cycle. Thank you, Melissa M.

I had an appointment with them today for medical clearance for surrogacy. As an experienced surrogate and a woman who has been pregnant four times, I have never had a better experience, from the front desk to the clinical staff. Timeliness, professionalism, organization, and genuine kindness were all 10/10. I cannot say enough good things. If you need a clinic, do not hesitate! I am so impressed.

Thanks to NEFI, we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl. The results speak for themselves :)

This was the worst experience of my life. We in 1998 were told that it was crucial to order donor sperms to meet an ability for 8 eggs from drugs and then we're told 2 days later that my husband and I were overfertile. It was rushed with poor communication from the center and now 22 years later still being billed for sperms storage which we told the clinic in 1998 to destroy the sample and it was not done. We are angry and do not plan to get threatened with fees which we sent notorized info about this incident in 1998 to now 2025.

Everyone at the practice made the experience absolutely incredible. Highly recommended.
