About the Center for Reproductive Medicine

When you come to the Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM), you are not just a patient, you’re part of a team committed to helping you achieve your goal.

Every member of your CRM team is committed to providing compassionate, respectful and high-quality medical care. Your team includes talented doctors, embryologists, andrologists, nurses, psychologists, geneticists, laboratory technicians and support staff who work with you to give you the best chance for a healthy pregnancy.

History of CRM

The Center for Reproductive Medicine was established in July 1987.  CRM is dedicated to excellence in the treatment of infertility and committed to compassionate patient care.

How Does The Teamwork At CRM Impact Patient Success?

An accurate diagnosis is key to an effective treatment plan

Whether you’re just starting a family or you’re struggling to have another child, our fellowship-trained reproductive medicine specialists have significant expertise diagnosing why you are having trouble conceiving — including why past attempts with IVF may have failed.

Comprehensive fertility treatments provide every conceivable chance for success

A simple problem may have a very simple, noninvasive solution. When more complex issues affect your fertility, your doctor will go over all your treatment options and review the associated risks, costs, and odds for success for each one. We’ll work together to determine a treatment plan that will be effective and appropriate for you.

Since opening our doors in 1987, we’ve worked hard to be the best at what we do. We offer a full range of advanced reproductive medicine treatments so that we can customize plans for each patient. All our treatment options are proven to be effective. Plus, CRM welcomes all individuals and couples and does not discriminate in any way.

We are proud of the positive results our patients enjoy under our care. Our IVF success rates are among the best in Minnesota and speak for themselves.

Two locations for your convenience and comfort

We have two beautiful and comfortable offices in Minneapolis and St. Paul for your convenience and comfort.

We perform ultrasound and hormone evaluation during ovulation treatment cycles as well as inseminations. We’re always available to answer any concerns you have.

Excellent. The doctor was highly skilled and explained everything clearly. The nurse was also wonderful, very kind, and like a friend.

All the staff were very friendly. Dr. D'Amario made sure my partner had an interpreter at the appointment. The woman who drew blood was very kind and funny. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to our next appointment.

Two attempts and two children. Nothing in this world is perfect, but you must stay positive about the process or you will become discouraged. As far as I know, good intentions are always best! ❤️❤️❤️

Avoid this clinic. The doctors and nurses provide very poor patient care and communication. Expect to wait for weeks at a time without communication about what is happening or the next steps. I had to follow up repeatedly just to obtain a simple appointment.

Addressing reproductive issues can be expensive, but it was worthwhile. We explored 4 options and ultimately concluded that after my first loss, I needed medication to reset my hormones. I became pregnant within a month!

We really liked Dr. D'Amario. He was very direct about what he believed would work, which we appreciated. All other staff I met were kind and informative. The office itself is beautiful and relaxing.

In my opinion, the doctor does not understand reproductive disorders that cause infertility well. He called my PCOS mainly an 'annoying' symptom rather than a major cause of infertility, even though PCOS causes 80% of infertility cases. Dr. D'Amario needs a better bedside manner and should think carefully about his words. PCOS caused my infertility; it is not merely an 'annoying' symptom but the underlying cause. Please understand current PCOS issues, since this is your specialty. It would improve patient care. Their portal is also difficult, and nurses sometimes fail to make proper chart notes. The repeated communication with nurses is frustrating, and good communication is truly lacking.
