Nurai Fertility Center Kazakhstan was established in 2013. It is a specialist fertility hospital accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Reproductive Medicine (KARM).

Under Director Molbaeva AisuluShagalayevna, Nurai Fertility Center is committed to providing fertility solutions for families facing difficulty conceiving and has helped many families affected by infertility pursue their goals.

Since 2013, Nurai has welcomed nearly 9,000 babies and brought hope and happiness to more than 8,000 families, particularly older bereaved families and rainbow families. This is the origin of the name ‘Nurai,’ meaning ‘light of hope.’

Nurai's specialist team includes experts from the Central Asian Association of Human Reproduction and Embryology, reproductive endocrinologists specializing in endoscopic surgery, embryologists, and genetic specialists, with decades of clinical experience. Nurai continually introduces new technologies and equipment, pursuing innovation. Its laboratory technology and equipment exceed industry standards and support improved IVF success rates.

Nurai's embryology laboratory has Labotect and ESCOMIRI benchtop incubators and two built-in incubators for continuous embryo culture to improve embryo quality. It also uses the new-generation Time-Lapse ESCO incubator, with a built-in camera that monitors embryo development in real time from the first day and supports the selection of high-quality embryos for transfer.

Since 2014, Nurai has successfully treated various forms of infertility using multiple systems, including ICSI, to maximize efficiency. In addition to ICSI, it uses IMSI, PICSI, and MACS methods to support fertility outcomes.

1) Nurai Fertility Center has established and continually updates a frozen donor oocyte bank.

2) Nurai has introduced Micro-TESE, a modern testicular and epididymal biopsy method that significantly improves the chance of having a baby.

3) Nurai has fully adopted rapid-freezing technology, including vitrification of reproductive cells and embryos. This has produced good post-thaw embryo viability and significantly increased pregnancy rates.

4) Nurai has introduced preimplantation genetic diagnosis, enabling accurate assessment of all 23 chromosome pairs for genetic abnormalities and supporting the transfer of healthy embryos into the uterine cavity.
