I underwent IVF at the “Nuray” clinic, and it failed completely. We paid a $5,000 deposit for the next stage, but the procedure was never completed because all the embryos died from an infection. Every doctor we consulted afterward was shocked, as it is extremely rare for all 22 embryos to die. Over the next three years, the clinic slowly refunded part of the deposit, but it still has not been fully returned—$1,350 remains unpaid. This treatment of clients is not only unprofessional but irresponsible, unethical, and disgraceful for a medical institution. The clinic has kept payment for a procedure that was never performed, while management has avoided communication for years.

She welcomed us warmly, showed us the city and her favorite places, and left us with a very good impression. As a favor between friends, she asked for the $10,000 service fee to be transferred to her personal account. We could not complete the procedure because our embryos died from an infection. The clinic calculated that it should return $5,350. It took us a year and a half to receive $3,000. Aisulu then asked to deduct the cost of the reagents used to maintain embryo viability from the debt. By mutual agreement, we reduced the debt by $1,000. When the balance reached $1,350, Aisulu stopped communicating and responding to messages, and clearly had no intention of returning the remaining amount. Our good memories of the city and clinic were ruined because we never recovered our money. We were simply robbed!

Good afternoon. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I am deeply disappointed. I was told to find a donor. My husband and I decided to retrieve 6 oocytes. They found the donor themselves. Unfortunately, due to negligence by the center's staff, only one embryo was obtained, and it was of very poor quality. I gathered so many test results, but unfortunately the doctor did not need them and could not even be bothered to review them. It was a waste of money. They did not even sign an agreement with us. My husband was not married yet and did not consent at all. I will say nothing about the reproductive specialist. The money was simply wasted. They do not care about results or people's feelings. It is just business. Do not go; there are many IVF centers in Almaty. Read the reviews carefully. Even after I had an hCG test and sent the result to the doctor, he did not read or respond to it promptly. He wrote back some time later. That was it: stop the medication.

Nurai Clinic has a great deal of room for improvement. When you arrive, all the staff look displeased. If you suddenly forget to put on a gown, the cleaner mutters curses behind your back. Afterward, they communicate only by phone messages, yet do not really reply to messages. They answer calls, but a clinic of this size still needs to grow professionally. People come to the clinic with serious problems, yet they are treated with such indifference, as if they had simply stepped into a store 😔. You feel like nobody.

Nothing special. The staff are completely incompetent. A waste of time and money.

I do not recommend Dr. Asiya Alenovna to anyone. After the first ultrasound, I lost my baby; after the second procedure, I ended up in intensive care.
