Unlike high-volume, factory-style clinics, this clinic is comfortable, pleasant, and uncrowded, allowing personalized care for a smaller number of patients. Each patient also has a personal assistant who provides detailed consultations and prompt support even outside the clinic. I never waited long because of overbooked appointments, unlike reports I have heard about some fertility clinics. The care here felt even more attentive than the service I received in Korea, despite its high medical standards. Everyone at the clinic was warm and friendly. I especially recommend my physician, Dr. Savinee, and my personal assistant, Golf. I was very pleased with both. Dr. Savinee thoroughly evaluated my condition, spent considerable time consulting with me, and gave detailed explanations. Golf continued checking on me when I was not at the hospital, provided all necessary information, and willingly handled my requests for documents and explanations, even when they were burdensome. My English was not strong enough for professional medical discussions, so I repeatedly asked questions or became confused, which must have been frustrating, but they always remained kind and smiling. Initially, I only wanted the least expensive hospital, but after seeing some negative reviews elsewhere, I decided to spend a little more and chose this clinic. These two people convinced me I had made the right choice. Medication beyond the package requires extra payment, which I understand because follicle growth varies and may require additional medication. I believe the package covers basic needs, with additional items added only when necessary, avoiding waste from including too much in the basic package. Everything has a fixed, transparent price, so there is no concern about deception or overcharging.

The clinic is located in the bustling Amarin Plaza in central Bangkok. After your appointment, you can visit nearby shops or restaurants. The clinic provides 4 hours of free parking, which is more than enough time. The staff are warm, attentive, and multilingual.

Safe Clinic's communication is very poor. Sometimes they do not communicate at all, let alone promptly, or communicate in a very opaque way, causing patients considerable stress. Patients sense that something is wrong but do not know exactly what. The IVF process is already stressful enough, and as a fertility clinic they should know not to add further stress that could affect clinical outcomes. In my opinion, they have too many patients, which affects the standard of care.

Dr. Nattarut Kulphaweesuwan at the head office was very kind and took time to explain every question in detail. Ms. Mercy was always available to answer questions, and her service exceeded expectations. We thank everyone at Safe, especially Dr. K and Ms. Mercy, for helping us create the family we always wanted. In my view, Safe Group showed great professionalism at every stage of becoming parents.

I am Thai and run a spa in Phnom Penh. A senior friend named Nikki recommended consulting Dr. Wiwat at Safe Fertility. From my first visit until now, the administrator and staff have cared for me. Mr. Goff has paid close attention and followed up on my case. When I have questions, I send a message, and when he is not busy, he quickly contacts me and answers. They do not pressure me or promote procedures for sale. During my first IVF treatment at the end of December 2023, the embryo reached day 6, which carried some risk. They clearly explained the reasons and details for not proceeding. I travel between Bangkok and Phnom Penh, so we decided to begin a second round. This time the embryo reached day 5, with better results than the previous cycle. The plan changed from the previous treatment, using a natural approach with little medication. I am now 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant in Bangkok. I am 39 and my husband is 64, so I decided to continue follow-up care here. Thank you to all the staff who supported us in achieving our dream. The doctor said I should rest through the later stages of pregnancy because it would be safer. I must first say that anyone using this technology should understand the possible outcomes. It may be 100% successful or may fail because of many factors. The doctor never claimed every case would succeed. The decision is ultimately up to each reader. Thank you.
