Le centre de fertilité SAFE en Thaïlande a été fondé par le Dr Wiwat Quangkananurug en 2007. Il a obtenu d'importantes certifications médicales internationales, notamment ISO et RTAC, et vise à aider davantage de familles à réaliser leurs projets de parentalité grâce à des services médicaux de haute qualité.

Depuis l'ouverture du Centre SAFE de fertilité et de génétique en 2009,

SAFE est devenu un centre de fertilité international doté d'une excellente équipe médicale et de systèmes médicaux de haut niveau.


Un engagement continu envers la recherche

Le centre de fertilité SAFE a été fondé par le Dr Wiwat Quangkananurug, obstétricien-gynécologue certifié, qui a créé un centre de fertilité à Bangkok en 1999.

Reconnaissant le besoin urgent d'un centre de fertilité complet et entièrement équipé, le Dr Wiwat a créé le Centre SAFE de fertilité et de génétique dans le quartier d'Amarin en 2009.

Le centre a été créé pour aider les couples confrontés à l'infertilité à avoir un enfant en bonne santé grâce à des services de haute qualité.

Le centre de fertilité SAFE a acquis une reconnaissance en Thaïlande et à l'international.


Équipe de spécialistes de la fertilité

SAFE a commencé avec seulement 10 membres d'équipe et compte aujourd'hui plus de 170 employés dans plusieurs spécialités.

À ce jour, SAFE a aidé plus de 5,000 couples confrontés à l'infertilité à avoir des enfants en bonne santé.

SAFE reste engagé à renforcer les connaissances, les compétences et la formation de son équipe de prise en charge de l'infertilité afin de suivre le rythme des progrès rapides de la science. Ses médecins, embryologistes, consultants interprètes et personnel de soutien partagent un engagement fondamental à fournir un service de haute qualité aux patients.

Unlike high-volume, factory-style clinics, this clinic is comfortable, pleasant, and uncrowded, allowing personalized care for a smaller number of patients. Each patient also has a personal assistant who provides detailed consultations and prompt support even outside the clinic. I never waited long because of overbooked appointments, unlike reports I have heard about some fertility clinics. The care here felt even more attentive than the service I received in Korea, despite its high medical standards. Everyone at the clinic was warm and friendly. I especially recommend my physician, Dr. Savinee, and my personal assistant, Golf. I was very pleased with both. Dr. Savinee thoroughly evaluated my condition, spent considerable time consulting with me, and gave detailed explanations. Golf continued checking on me when I was not at the hospital, provided all necessary information, and willingly handled my requests for documents and explanations, even when they were burdensome. My English was not strong enough for professional medical discussions, so I repeatedly asked questions or became confused, which must have been frustrating, but they always remained kind and smiling. Initially, I only wanted the least expensive hospital, but after seeing some negative reviews elsewhere, I decided to spend a little more and chose this clinic. These two people convinced me I had made the right choice. Medication beyond the package requires extra payment, which I understand because follicle growth varies and may require additional medication. I believe the package covers basic needs, with additional items added only when necessary, avoiding waste from including too much in the basic package. Everything has a fixed, transparent price, so there is no concern about deception or overcharging.

After trying many approaches in Australia, we followed Komal’s advice and tried Safe Fertility Clinic. She listened patiently to my medical history, and it was wonderful to speak with someone who had personal experience. We were hesitant about being in another country, but once we arrived, we were completely satisfied. The clinic was beautiful, with a clean, comfortable waiting area and state-of-the-art medical equipment. Staff were friendly, professional, and always on time. Communication through WhatsApp was easy despite the time difference. Special thanks to Komal, Mercy, and Dr. Wiwat for their tremendous help throughout. They patiently explained every step and helped us make informed decisions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through IVF.

After extensive research and speaking with many IVF clinics, I traveled from overseas for treatment. Following countless consultations, calls, and comparisons, I ultimately chose this clinic, and Komal was the reason. From our first conversation, she made me feel completely at ease. She listened patiently to my medical history, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was her warmth and sincerity—our conversations felt natural rather than transactional. After speaking with so many clinics, Komal's compassion and honesty convinced me that this was the right place for me. Even more meaningful was that she shared her own experience. She understood my journey not only professionally but personally, which immediately created trust. IVF can be an emotional roller coaster, especially when traveling from far away, so having someone who truly understood was essential. Throughout the process, she became my emotional support—checking in regularly, encouraging me through difficult moments, celebrating every step forward, and always reminding me to remain hopeful. My doctor, Dr. Nattalut, was also exceptional. After four IVF cycles in the United States, I can honestly say this experience was eye-opening. The treatment here was highly individualized. Every protocol was tailored to how my body responded and adjusted promptly and carefully as I progressed. This was not a one-size-fits-all approach, but thoughtful, detailed, personalized care designed for me. The clinic is spacious and comfortable, provides high-quality medical care, and has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. Snacks and ample rest areas are available. The clinic is located in the bustling Amarin Plaza in central Bangkok. After your appointment, you can visit nearby shops or restaurants. The clinic provides 4 hours of free parking, which is more than enough time. The staff are warm, attentive, and multilingual.

I had a very positive experience at SAFE Fertility Amarin. The clinic is conveniently located, with excellent facilities that are clean, modern, warm, and comfortable. Its calm, professional atmosphere put me at ease from the start. The staff were attentive, kind, and supportive throughout. After the procedure, the nurses kept me comfortable and cared for me well. My doctor was warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She provided clear postoperative instructions through the team, helping my recovery go smoothly. Special thanks to Linh (Libra), who looked after me throughout. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and caring—more like a friend than a coordinator. She managed my schedule, followed up on questions, offered helpful advice when I was uncertain, and kept me updated. Just do not disturb her at night or on vacation—only joking! 😄 This journey can feel overwhelming, especially for women. Although my treatment has only begun, SAFE has made every step easier, calmer, and more reassuring. Safe Clinic's communication is very poor. Sometimes they do not communicate at all, let alone promptly, or communicate in a very opaque way, causing patients considerable stress. Patients sense that something is wrong but do not know exactly what. The IVF process is already stressful enough, and as a fertility clinic they should know not to add further stress that could affect clinical outcomes. In my opinion, they have too many patients, which affects the standard of care.

Dr. Nattarut Kulphaweesuwan at the head office was very kind and took time to explain every question in detail. Ms. Mercy was always available to answer questions, and her service exceeded expectations. The clinic is very clean and provides professional service. Dr. Kamolrat Mee-o-partmongkon (Dr. Bo) explained everything thoroughly and provided first-rate care. Ms. Mercy also helped us greatly and went beyond expectations. Of course, nothing is perfect. Some nurses made minor mistakes, and a few unexpected charges appeared. However, these issues were insignificant compared with the kindness and care of Dr. Bo and Ms. Mercy. Thank you for everything. If we have the opportunity and decide to have another child, we will certainly choose this clinic again without regret.

I am Thai and run a spa in Phnom Penh. A senior friend named Nikki recommended consulting Dr. Wiwat at Safe Fertility. From my first visit until now, the administrator and staff have cared for me. Mr. Goff has paid close attention and followed up on my case. When I have questions, I send a message, and when he is not busy, he quickly contacts me and answers. They do not pressure me or promote procedures for sale. During my first IVF treatment at the end of December 2023, the embryo reached day 6, which carried some risk. They clearly explained the reasons and details for not proceeding. I travel between Bangkok and Phnom Penh, so we decided to begin a second round. This time the embryo reached day 5, with better results than the previous cycle. The plan changed from the previous treatment, using a natural approach with little medication. I am now 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant in Bangkok. I am 39 and my husband is 64, so I decided to continue follow-up care here. Thank you to all the staff who supported us in achieving our dream. The doctor said I should rest through the later stages of pregnancy because it would be safer. I must first say that anyone using this technology should understand the possible outcomes. It may be 100% successful or may fail because of many factors. The doctor never claimed every case would succeed. The decision is ultimately up to each reader. Thank you.

I had a positive experience. The nurse and sales representative, Khun Aom, were attentive and compassionate and made me comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Wiwat was knowledgeable and professional and took time to explain every step of the treatment plan, which truly eased my anxiety. The team was always available to answer my questions. The facility was clean and modern. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic.

For ordinary or middle-income couples like us who have long dreamed of having a family of their own, it is difficult to trust and find a medical provider that can help achieve this dream. We always had serious doubts about every aspect, and I believe such feelings are natural. As we continued praying to our Heavenly Father, God led us to the SAFE Fertility Group.
