Después de graduarse de Auburn University, obtuvo su título de Medicina en University of Alabama at Birmingham en 1987. Tras completar un año de internado en Medicina Interna en University of South Alabama en Mobile, se trasladó a University of Mississippi para realizar la residencia en Obstetricia y Ginecología. Después de completar su residencia en 1992, el Dr. Fox recibió una beca de dos años en Endocrinología Reproductiva e Infertilidad en University of Kentucky en Lexington. El Dr. Fox ha recibido numerosos premios y reconocimientos académicos durante su formación.

 

Durante sus estudios de Medicina en University of Alabama Birmingham, el Dr. Fox fue admitido en la prestigiosa sociedad de honor Alpha Omega Alpha en su tercer año de formación. I cannot express how wonderful my experience with this office has been. Kristin responds quickly, stays on top of everything, and truly listened to me and my concerns. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. They give every patient close attention and genuinely care about their work. They made such a difference for us, and I can never thank them enough.

Advanced Reproductive Specialists in Gainesville are absolutely wonderful and made our dream come true. The Gainesville office is very convenient, and Brittany, Jessie, Thea, Brooke, and Kristin were all extremely helpful. I could not have made it through all the difficult days without the attentive care of the Gainesville office specialists. My family will always be grateful to them, Dr. Lipari, and the Jacksonville team!

Brittany is an absolutely wonderful specialist and person. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I live in Jacksonville but prefer driving to Gainesville every time instead of going to the Jax office solely because of her. She is the only nurse who responded to my emails even on weekends, and when something was urgent, she almost always returned calls and emails immediately!

I highly recommend this practice. My wife and I are currently receiving fertility treatment from Kristin Nobles, and so far the process has been very straightforward. This is our first time seeking fertility treatment, and the office's clear communication and instructions have helped us navigate it confidently. Her medical assistant, Jessica, returns our calls promptly and patiently answers all our questions. The clinic is clean and modern and does not “feel” like a typical medical office. Besides fertility treatment, my wife was diagnosed with endometriosis after an ultrasound here. She had endured years of pain, and the relief she felt from receiving a diagnosis and sound treatment plan alone deserves five stars. We are very grateful for the Gainesville team's care and look forward to continuing our journey here.

This clinic is a joke. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they are extremely rude, especially at the main Jacksonville office. It is obvious that they care only about money, not patients. Getting them to perform their responsibilities is nearly impossible, and treatment barely progresses. Worse, doctors are routinely an hour late or more for both in-person and virtual visits. They make an already difficult situation even harder.

Dr. Pascal is highly skilled and kind. She was thorough and gentle, and I felt no discomfort. I have had similar procedures elsewhere, but the experience did not compare. Highly recommended!

The team at JCRM helped us achieve our dream of having a baby after 8 years of trying and seeing various groups/ providers. We are back with them after few years. Dr Fox is experienced, knows what he is doing. We were able to work collaboratively to develop a plan of treatment that my multiple gynecological conditions require and that I found acceptable. Dr Lipari is equally competent and personable. Last time they even reimbursed some money that we had paid extra for some reason. Only downside is the distance I have to travel, as they have the few locations they have, sometimes wait times can be long but thats understandable.

We are so thankful to have found Dr. Paschall! My minor daughter has had symptoms of endometriosis for a little while now. I did some research and found JCRM and Dr. Paschall. They have experience treating minors and excise endometriosis instead of ablating it for better long-term results. She has been very gentle with my daughter and has not put her through unnecessary trauma. She is open to any and all questions and encourages them. We are very thankful for this doctor and this practice!

He performed surgery for my endometriosis and then recommended IVF. I tried twice, and both attempts failed. He explained nothing and never said why they failed. No one cared about my feelings, my pain, or how deeply I wanted a child and how much I sacrificed. There seem to be no qualified doctors anymore; everything is about money. They have no conscience and do not truly try to help young couples achieve their dream of becoming parents. I am so disappointed 😒 We spent all our savings and received nothing. Now he is recommending IVF again without offering any hope of success. Everything is about money; they only want to take everything you have.

I recommend JCRM to everyone I can! In 2023, I had endometriosis surgery with Dr. Fox, and two years later I still have no pain from endometriosis or adenomyosis. He performed a presacral neurectomy and restored my quality of life. Dr. Fox also recognized that I needed help from a general surgeon, so they operated together. My nurses were wonderful and kind, put me at ease, and were excellent at explaining what was happening with my body. If you have endometriosis or adenomyosis, you should definitely come here!

I do not think surgeons receive enough recognition for the pride, precision, and care they bring to their work—especially someone like you who truly values both the craft and the outcome. I came to you with what was considered stage IV endometriosis, which you called ‘stage V’ because of its complexity. I was told surgery should take no more than 90 minutes or perhaps two hours. But you knew from the beginning how deeply I wanted children, so you did not rush. You worked patiently and meticulously. What could have been a quick procedure became seven hours of dedication and skill. That choice—to prioritize the outcome over time—changed my life. You respected my wishes, treated me with patience and expertise, and cared for me with genuine concern. Today I am free from pain and discomfort and no longer fear that I may never become a mother. Because of you, I am now a mother of two and expecting a third—three beautiful legacies and living proof of your dedication. Dr. Fox, thank you for everything.

Hello, Dr. Fox, I have had persistent pain since the surgery, so I underwent a transvaginal ultrasound. I was told that my right fallopian tube is filled with fluid because of the surgery you performed last June, in June 2024. In addition, a cyst developed on my left ovary and caused torsion. They now recommend removing my fallopian tube, which would leave me with only one and limit my fertility. I am devastated because you knew I underwent myomectomy and endometriosis surgery so that I could have children. I hope you understand that you have shattered my dream of becoming a mother.

Find a new receptionist who does not hang up without saying goodbye and who speaks slowly. I have not even met the doctor, but I hope her attitude is better than Anita’s, which I think was her name.

Unfortunately, negative reviews of Dr. Fox sometimes stem from problems between patients and receptionists or nurses. Dr. Fox is an excellent, professional, highly skilled surgeon. My experience with him was wonderful, and I highly recommend him!

My recent experience with Dr. Fox was very disappointing. I was told my fibroid might become cancerous, clearly a serious concern, but when I asked whether I should seek a second opinion, the doctor dismissed it as though it were insignificant. This lack of empathy and urgency was alarming. While discussing my weight and exercise, the doctor dismissed my request for strength-training guidance because I was ‘already doing it,’ which felt condescending and unhelpful. When I requested a dietitian referral, I was told the doctor could fill that role, leaving me unsupported and confused. When I urgently asked about alternatives to surgery, I received vague suggestions such as ‘maybe medication could help,’ with no clear direction or follow-up plan. The lack of clarity and commitment to addressing my serious health concerns was deeply frustrating. I left feeling my concerns were being ignored. The doctor said routine blood tests would be performed over the next six months but conveyed no urgency or importance, making my case feel like a source of ongoing insurance billing rather than genuine care. Finally, although Dr. Fox asked me to arrive 30 minutes early, he was over 45 minutes late. This wasted my time and compounded the feeling that neither my schedule nor my health was respected. Overall, I do not recommend Dr. Fox. The poor bedside manner, lack of empathy, and absence of proactive care left me feeling dismissed and anxious. I will seek a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Fox and his team are absolutely amazing! For over 15 years, I fought with other OB-GYNs and primary care doctors for answers about my pain, discomfort, and now infertility. In addition to my diagnosed PCOS, Dr. Fox identified a rare form of endometriosis. He was caring and understanding and even shared my frustration with my previous doctors. I am now three weeks postoperative and feel amazing. I never knew what it was like not to be in pain severe enough to bring me to my knees in tears. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Fox and his staff for listening and correcting the problem. I look forward to continuing fertility treatment with Dr. Fox, knowing I am receiving excellent, compassionate care!
