La Dra. Sonja Yoo es una cirujana laparoscópica con amplia experiencia que ha dedicado su vida a mejorar la salud de la mujer.

 

La Dra. Yoo nació y creció en el centro de Texas, donde se graduó con honores de la Universidad de Texas en Austin. Posteriormente se graduó de Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences y completó su residencia en Obstetricia y Ginecología en la University of Texas Medical Branch at Austin (actualmente University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School).  Durante su residencia, fue nombrada residente jefe de Ginecología.

 

La Dra. Yoo ejerció como obstetra-ginecóloga durante 17 años en Austin, Texas, donde tuvo el privilegio de atender a mujeres en distintas etapas de la vida, desde la adolescencia temprana hasta la posmenopausia. Como parte de esta práctica, adquirió amplia experiencia quirúrgica en laparoscopia mínimamente invasiva.  En 2020, 2021 y 2022, la revista Austin Monthly la reconoció como una de las «mejores doctoras» de Austin.

 

Con el tiempo, la Dra. Yoo observó un número creciente de pacientes con menstruaciones dolorosas o irregulares, dolor pélvico crónico y dificultades para concebir. En busca de nuevas modalidades para mejorar la salud de la mujer, se trasladó a Jacksonville en 2022 para unirse a Advanced Reproductive Specialist/ Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine y centrarse en la atención ginecológica.

 

Tras haber atendido miles de partos a lo largo de su carrera y tener tres hijos, la Dra. Yoo comprende profundamente la importancia de la salud reproductiva para los pacientes de ARS/JCRM. Le apasiona el enfoque integral de ARS/JCRM, que combina tratamiento médico, procedimientos quirúrgicos y asesoramiento nutricional.

 

La Dra. Yoo está casada y tiene dos hijas y un hijo.  En su tiempo libre, disfruta viendo y jugando al fútbol con sus hijos, viajar, hacer senderismo y visitar la playa.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience with this office has been. Kristin responds quickly, stays on top of everything, and truly listened to me and my concerns. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. They give every patient close attention and genuinely care about their work. They made such a difference for us, and I can never thank them enough.

Advanced Reproductive Specialists in Gainesville are absolutely wonderful and made our dream come true. The Gainesville office is very convenient, and Brittany, Jessie, Thea, Brooke, and Kristin were all extremely helpful. I could not have made it through all the difficult days without the attentive care of the Gainesville office specialists. My family will always be grateful to them, Dr. Lipari, and the Jacksonville team!

Brittany is an absolutely wonderful specialist and person. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I live in Jacksonville but prefer driving to Gainesville every time instead of going to the Jax office solely because of her. She is the only nurse who responded to my emails even on weekends, and when something was urgent, she almost always returned calls and emails immediately!

I highly recommend this practice. My wife and I are currently receiving fertility treatment from Kristin Nobles, and so far the process has been very straightforward. This is our first time seeking fertility treatment, and the office's clear communication and instructions have helped us navigate it confidently. Her medical assistant, Jessica, returns our calls promptly and patiently answers all our questions. The clinic is clean and modern and does not “feel” like a typical medical office. Besides fertility treatment, my wife was diagnosed with endometriosis after an ultrasound here. She had endured years of pain, and the relief she felt from receiving a diagnosis and sound treatment plan alone deserves five stars. We are very grateful for the Gainesville team's care and look forward to continuing our journey here.

This clinic is a joke. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they are extremely rude, especially at the main Jacksonville office. It is obvious that they care only about money, not patients. Getting them to perform their responsibilities is nearly impossible, and treatment barely progresses. Worse, doctors are routinely an hour late or more for both in-person and virtual visits. They make an already difficult situation even harder.

Dr. Pascal is highly skilled and kind. She was thorough and gentle, and I felt no discomfort. I have had similar procedures elsewhere, but the experience did not compare. Highly recommended!

The team at JCRM helped us achieve our dream of having a baby after 8 years of trying and seeing various groups/ providers. We are back with them after few years. Dr Fox is experienced, knows what he is doing. We were able to work collaboratively to develop a plan of treatment that my multiple gynecological conditions require and that I found acceptable. Dr Lipari is equally competent and personable. Last time they even reimbursed some money that we had paid extra for some reason. Only downside is the distance I have to travel, as they have the few locations they have, sometimes wait times can be long but thats understandable.

We are so thankful to have found Dr. Paschall! My minor daughter has had symptoms of endometriosis for a little while now. I did some research and found JCRM and Dr. Paschall. They have experience treating minors and excise endometriosis instead of ablating it for better long-term results. She has been very gentle with my daughter and has not put her through unnecessary trauma. She is open to any and all questions and encourages them. We are very thankful for this doctor and this practice!
