We know some people have had good experiences with Adore, but our experience lacked communication and transparency, forcing us to seek care elsewhere.

After experiencing both Adore and Coastal Fertility, the difference was clear. Adore fell short in several key areas, especially communication and administrative follow-up. Because of their own administrative and communication errors, I could not even proceed with my egg-freezing cycle. Adore had told me insurance would cover nothing, yet still refused to refund my $1,000 deposit even though retrieval never occurred because of their mistakes. Coastal Fertility provided smoother, more transparent care. Their organized, communicative team negotiated with my insurer to reduce retrieval costs from $7,000 to $1,200, which Adore had said was impossible. A friend referred me to Adore, and I approached them openly and tried to accommodate their errors. Their refusal to refund my deposit was the final straw and made me feel obligated to warn others not to entrust such a personal, emotional experience to them.

It is unfortunate that I did not have the opportunity to work with Dr. Cox, who is a veteran. However, Angel, a member of the clinic staff, was “difficult to work with.” She repeatedly created barriers to my care. Their payment system is complicated, yet she told me I should “take responsibility” for not understanding it. The front-desk staff’s behavior was highly inappropriate. I am also a veteran and healthcare professional, and I would never treat anyone that way… Once again, I am extremely disappointed. Update in response to the clinic director: No one verbally abused the staff. The day before my appointment, I used my health savings account (HSA) to pay the $75 pre-appointment fee. I left the card at home because I do not normally carry it in my wallet. I believed the next appointment would cost more than $200, at which point insurance would apply. I had nothing in writing. As stated before, their fee structure is confusing. Angel told me I would receive an email showing the exact amount due that day. I did not receive the portal email until 7:42 the next morning. At 10:30 a.m., Angel called and said I had skipped a section, so they were going to cancel my appointment. I pulled over and completed that section. At 1:58 p.m., I arrived at the clinic and checked in. At 2:02 p.m., another member of Dr. Cox’s staff called to discuss payment. I said I had no problem paying, but my HSA card was not with me and I could not access it at that time. I asked to reschedule. The staff member then handed the phone to Angel. She said I needed to “take responsibility” for not understanding their complicated system. I called her “vicious.” I had met all their requirements and rushed to make the appointment, only to be told that “I needed to take responsibility.” Her words were vicious. I stand by what I said. This was not abuse. You need to train your employees to treat patients with dignity and respect and ensure that you understand the full story from your staff before responding. I stand by my position. Readers can judge for themselves. I will not be intimidated by you or anyone else.

I had the privilege of spending a morning with this outstanding group of professionals. It was an honor to be in the same room with everyone, and the experience was incredible.

Fertility clinics are not the healthcare experience people hope for. Adore makes the process much easier because they treat you as an individual, not just a patient. I had been to other clinics before Adore, but Dr. Cox completely changed my perspective. After six years of multiple failed IUI and IVF cycles and various "rare" issues, Dr. Cox helped us welcome our miracle baby. Her care for her patients is obvious and rare in her field. Her thoughtfulness about how fertility treatment affects patients and their families is reflected in the clinic's acupuncture services, quiet rest area, and the way she checks in on how you are feeling. Her medical knowledge is outstanding. She explains conditions in easy-to-understand terms and collaborates with others to find solutions when needed. My case was unusual, and she consulted other specialists in my best interest. During difficult times, fertility clinics can feel cold, uncaring, and focused on money. Adore is completely different—they are like family, working together toward the same goal. Thank you for providing such warm, thoughtful care.

If I could give Dr. Cox and her team 100 stars, I would without hesitation. After completing my first IVF cycle at another clinic, I scheduled a second opinion with Dr. Cox. Within an hour, I knew transferring to Adore for treatment was the right choice. Dr. Cox offers not only exceptional clinical insight but also genuine empathy and consistent encouragement. That kind of care cannot be taught; it comes from the heart. Dr. Cox has one of the most remarkable hearts I have encountered in medicine. Given my circumstances, Dr. Cox recommended starting with Clomid and Ovidrel followed by intrauterine insemination (IUI). As I prepare to begin this new chapter, with my cycle about to start, I can honestly say I have never felt so supported. Yes, I am nervous. Yes, I am afraid. But I am also hopeful because I know I am receiving the best care. Adore Fertility is more than a clinic—it feels like family. They hold my hand, answer every question, wipe away my tears, and celebrate moments of courage with me. They never make you feel like a case number. You are yourself, and they care deeply about you. I highly recommend Adore Fertility and Dr. Cox to anyone beginning this journey. It is difficult to find a place that truly understands you—body, mind, and spirit—but I found it here. As I take the next step toward becoming a mother, I am incredibly grateful to have them beside me. Please keep me in your thoughts as I begin my next cycle. Dr. Cox and her team are outstanding. Dr. Cox is knowledgeable and kind and listens to your concerns and questions. I truly recommend them. Nurses Lori and Sadie are wonderful. We received an unfortunate medical diagnosis, and they went above and beyond for us. They were extremely compassionate. My husband and I both love this clean, relaxing office. They are very responsive and quickly replied by phone and through the portal.

We were very fortunate to find Dr. Cox and Adore Fertility. While addressing a unique issue, Dr. Cox showed experience, knowledge, care, gentleness, and patience. She answers every question and is always available. She consistently lets you know she is caring for you. Her staff are excellent, her office is welcoming, and she is an outstanding doctor!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cox and her outstanding team. Throughout our journey, they responded positively to all my questions and were extremely kind and patient. When we ‘graduated’ to an OB-GYN—I am now 16 weeks pregnant :)—I was touched by how genuinely happy they were for us. We also appreciate that Dr. Cox is a veteran, as is my husband.

I am so glad I went to Adore for fertility care. After a very poor experience at another fertility clinic in the area, I initially saw Dr. Cox for a second opinion. I immediately noticed that the staff at Adore were kinder and the atmosphere more welcoming. Dr. Cox spent a great deal of time reviewing the testing I had undergone. The other clinic had given me a poor prognosis. Dr. Cox was honest with me and generally agreed with their assessment, but she seemed more willing to try different treatments, so I transferred to her clinic. My laboratory values exceeded the limits many clinics use to determine IVF eligibility. However, it was important to me to feel that I had tried everything. Dr. Cox was again honest that my chance of IVF success was low, but she was willing to try if I wanted. She skillfully selected a protocol for me, and I did respond. After several cycles, I ultimately obtained two euploid embryos, exceeding all expectations. When it was time to transfer, I was worried because, despite the low odds, I had hoped to have more embryos in case the transfer failed. I asked Dr. Cox whether she recommended another retrieval cycle before attempting a transfer or whether we should proceed. She advised trying the transfer first because we only wanted one child. I believe this demonstrates her integrity, because I would have followed any recommendation and she certainly could have earned more by recommending another retrieval cycle. I am currently pregnant following the first transfer. Throughout the process, scheduling was easy, I received no unexpected bills—unlike at my previous clinic—and Dr. Cox and her team were compassionate, communicated test results promptly, and responded quickly to portal messages. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Cox and the entire Adore team for making what once seemed impossible a reality.

I loved seeing the wonderful female staff and having an excellent phlebotomist draw my blood in the morning. Dr. Cox is a highly skilled and reassuring physician. She knows how to run a caring practice. They scheduled appointments and responded to me very promptly. I had a successful fertility experience here and would recommend their services 5/5!

I have visited several fertility clinics, and Adore is by far the best. Here, I never felt like a “number” as I did elsewhere. The staff are friendly and organized, and I have had no billing issues, which were common at other clinics. Dr. Cox is straightforward and very honest about your progress. She clearly wants the best for every patient, and that shows in the excellent care she provides. I also greatly appreciate their beautiful clinic! I recommend Adore Fertility 10/10! Update: My case was difficult and the odds were low, but I now have a beautiful 6-month-old boy.

I just completed my first egg-freezing cycle at Adore and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beautiful office and friendly nurses to Dr. Cox's outstanding care, I was thrilled. I appreciated that the doctor personally performed my scans as I progressed, because I know that elsewhere patients may see the doctor only once or twice during the entire process. I am a highly anxious person, and they were patient with my after-hours messages and texts in the days before the procedure. They were also flexible when factors beyond anyone's control required a change to my anesthesia plan. I will return for a second cycle in a few months! :)

My husband and I visited at least 5 fertility clinics and chose to drive to Adore for IVF. This was a major commitment because the drive was 3 hours each way, and during IVF we made the trip several times a week. There were 3 other fertility clinics near us, but we felt strongly about Adore and appreciated the care they offered, so we chose the commute and never looked back. We now have a happy, healthy 10-month-old daughter.
