Everyone at this clinic is wonderful. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout every visit. They are all highly professional and answer every question in exceptional detail. They were very supportive and compassionate throughout the process. During my time here, we became like a family. Not only Dr. Connie but the entire clinic staff made me feel welcome and cared for, which was truly wonderful.

I was referred to IVFMD for a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). I was very nervous after reading frightening experiences online and having a poor experience with a previous saline infusion sonogram (SIS). From the moment I arrived, however, the entire team made me feel completely at ease. The nurses and Dr. Kowalik were very kind and patiently explained every step in detail, helping me relax immediately. To my surprise, the entire procedure was completely painless. They explained everything clearly and even reviewed the results with me on the spot, which I greatly appreciated. Their care and attention were outstanding. The front desk staff were also warm, friendly, and excellent. This became one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. I am very grateful to the IVFMD team for making something I feared so comfortable and positive. Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Simply put, they do not care. They have a routine to draw you in, get you to spend a large amount of money, and then tell you the service will not even take place at their clinic, though they will risk transporting your embryos. Communication is extremely poor, and no one follows up with me. I am still waiting for the office manager to call back, and the finance staff member says she barely has time to work. How am I supposed to get help?

We chose this clinic in Naples with great optimism and hope. My wife went to her first appointment with the doctor, and everything seemed to be going well, but she was told I had to take a blood test to detect any sexually transmitted diseases. I suffer from a condition that causes me to faint severely around needles and blood. I can't avoid it. My wife was willing to take all those blood tests, but the coordinator told her that if I didn't get involved (with the blood test), she couldn't continue with the process. What a lack of common sense and insensitivity. It's all so absurd and illogical. It's fine to ask me for semen quality, motility, and count tests; but to look for something in my blood that can't be detected in hers? It's not up to me to avoid fainting with a blood test. It's unbelievable that they've destroyed our dream because of something I can't avoid.

The process begins with meeting the doctor and creating a plan for your situation. Testing determines which supplements and medications you need, but we received no follow-up for 4 months after the first tests. When we returned to ask what was happening, they wanted more testing, causing another 4-month delay. Once the plan started, more problems arose. Before treatment, they provide very few details, so you do not know what questions to ask. Once you begin, they give you all the medications to inject or take but never explain what they are, why you need them, or their side effects. When you ask to speak with the doctor because you have countless questions, they want you to pay for that conversation. When retrieval time comes, they tell you it cannot be done at your usual location and send you somewhere 2 hours away, although they could have told you weeks earlier instead of 2 days beforehand. They urgently need to change how information is provided before treatment begins, but it seems intentional so you must pay the doctor whenever you have a question. This organization has a serious communication problem. Hopefully we are nearly finished and will not face more surprises. They have made the process exhausting and no longer exciting. Patient experience is not considered here, though it should be a priority given why patients come.

The worst clinic ever. Do not come here or waste your time and money. They do not care about patients' needs, only their own wallets. Completely unprofessional.

IVFMD has an incredible team of fertility specialists! I primarily visit the Naples office, where the staff is always warm and welcoming. You spend a great deal of time at the clinic during IVF, so having a friendly and supportive team makes all the difference. Dr. Alford at the Naples office is wonderful—she is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that you feel informed and confident at every step.

The reception staff and everyone we encountered were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely excited for us. Going to the clinic never felt like a chore—it felt like visiting family. Their professionalism, warmth, and care made all the difference, and we always left feeling uplifted and hopeful. After two IUIs, it seemed there was no hope of success. But thanks to Dr. Alford's expertise and the unwavering support of her incredible team, we finally achieved what we had long hoped for. We are so grateful that we trusted this amazing group with the process. Thank you, Dr. Alford and the IVFMD team, for making us feel like an extension of your family and giving us the greatest gift we could have hoped for. You changed our lives, and we will be forever grateful! We cannot wait to bring baby B in to meet everyone!

One star for communication and customer service. I could not get my results after two weeks. They claimed they faxed them to the doctor's office, but the office did not receive them. After repeated requests, they still could not email me a copy. It felt like I was speaking to a robot rather than a person.
