Updating my review. This practice will only provide care if IVF is your goal. Even when they know that IVF will not work because of endometriosis, they still insist it is your only option. They refused to help diagnose me. Three years later, I finally found a doctor who genuinely listened to my concerns, did not dismiss me, and did not put me at risk. I felt like nothing more than a source of revenue to them. They should be more transparent with women that they only offer IVF. They do not care about the underlying cause. I felt ignored. Once I stopped asking questions, they stopped asking me for money, and they never contacted me after my final intrauterine insemination (IUI), even though I had just experienced the loss of my father. They showed no compassion. Very disappointing. This review is in no way a reflection of the care I received from my nurse or doctor. They were wonderful, responsive, and extremely thorough from the beginning. However, all the negative reviews here about communication problems with the front desk and financial coordinators are accurate. My “financial coordinator” has not responded in nearly three weeks. I have called many times. I cannot make any treatment decisions without the necessary information. I will not blindly agree to a treatment costing $15000. When the appointment was scheduled, the staff did not tell me there would not be enough time for the bloodwork. Fortunately, the appointment had to be rescheduled; otherwise, I would not have been prepared because I had not received adequate information. The nurses and doctors are busy, and when front desk staff and coordinators fail to communicate important information, it creates conflict and frustration. I also work in healthcare, so I understand the overall process and therefore have certain expectations. For the sake of the women who are struggling, please do better!!!!!!

As we look at our beautiful daughter, words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Monteville. Dr. Monteville, Shirley, and their team were professional, thoughtful, and attentive. They supported us throughout the journey, and none of this would have been possible without them.

Everyone at the Nashville and Franklin offices was wonderful. The messaging platform made it very easy to contact the office. We had an excellent team and great success. Thank you again to TFI for helping us throughout the journey!

The staff kept me well informed at every step. The egg retrieval protocol was very successful. They quickly handled everything through my fertility insurance. Dr. Miller was very kind and knowledgeable during virtual visits, and Dr. Montville did an excellent job with the egg retrieval. I am giving four stars because I wish I could speak directly with a nurse by phone instead of exchanging messages through the portal, which takes more time. I also wish a doctor had discussed the selected protocol with me, including why particular dosages and medications were used. Overall, everything was successful. Preparing for transfer.

I tried to gather information and seek treatment from this practice. However, it lacks transparency and requires your insurance billing information before discussing its services and fees. You must pay $150 and complete a consultation before they disclose this information or let you speak with a “financial counselor.” The woman on the phone instead kept directing me to national and state average costs. Discussing the cost of intrauterine insemination (IUI) and related fertility services, such as cycle monitoring or donor hormone monitoring, should not be difficult or require a consultation. This was a poor first experience, and I do not recommend contacting this practice.

I highly recommend Tennessee Fertility Center! Dr. Montville, Sherry, and the entire staff made us feel deeply cared for. They answered every question repeatedly, supported us during our hardest moments, celebrated our success, and always encouraged us. My husband and I are so grateful for the gift Tennessee Fertility Center has given us. We are currently awaiting the arrival of our miracle baby boy in February, and we could not have reached this point without the attentive care of Dr. Montville and his team. Tennessee Fertility Center has given us endless blessings, and I would recommend them to everyone 1000%!

Nurses: 10/10 Doctor: 1 I went to schedule the next appointment, but the scheduler was not there. I was told she would contact me, but she never called. Later, I called and left a message to schedule, and no one returned my call. We never returned after speaking with the doctor. We were told we were both very healthy and our numbers were well above the required levels, but then IVF was recommended with no explanation. He could not answer my questions and was very negative. I asked about ordering options, but he would not answer any of my questions. We did not want to go through this process with someone like that, so we went elsewhere.

I am very grateful that after dealing with Tennessee Fertility Institute, I chose RMB Fertility. TFI showed no warmth toward patients, and I felt like just a number. Immediately after the specialist consultation, billing staff called and demanded full payment. It was a difficult decision.
