Dre Jennifer Brown, États-Unis

Paige provides exceptional service, and Cassie French is excellent at performing IUI procedures.

Everyone was very professional yet friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Paige is one of my favorite people.

I had a wonderful experience at this fertility clinic. Every staff member I met was very kind and considerate. I appreciate their support during our difficult journey to conceive.

After more than 3 years of infertility investigation, the staff at NRM were amazing and never treated my many ongoing questions as unnecessary. More than a year ago, I learned that I might never become pregnant because of Asherman's syndrome. After that devastating conversation, Dr. Brown called me back and gave me another lifeline. I was referred to a surgeon in Boston. I went through all the difficulties, and my pregnancy test was positive the next cycle. After the first 6-week ultrasound, I was told things did not look good. During the terrible miscarriage process, NRM was there with incredible support and kindness. Afterward, I returned unsure what news I could handle. They respected when I was ready, and when I decided this would be my last attempt, we were able to become pregnant again. NRM is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the process and my options. They listened to and respected my wish to stop trying IUI after 5 failed attempts. They respected my decision not to pursue IVF because of financial limitations. They found other creative ways to identify my challenges and were as excited as I was about my news. Infertility is difficult, but having staff who care about you and know who you are makes the process less difficult.

The best care from the best providers.

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff were highly professional and informative. We had a dedicated nurse who kept us updated at every step. With the help of the NRM staff, we had a beautiful baby boy. We could not have done it without them ❤️. Trust the process.

We worked with NRM for many months and loved everyone that we met along the way. They were so kind and supportive on our journey to motherhood. We will be returning to this practice when we are ready to welcome another child into this world.

I am an anxious person, so I needed more attention than they initially had time to provide. When urgent issues arose, they were sometimes completely unresponsive. The doctor was late for my first two appointments, which did not create a good first impression. My prescription was also sent to a pharmacy that did not accept my insurance, so I had to take responsibility for getting it transferred to one that did. I had to do a great deal of work upfront and felt I had to pester the staff to receive the attention I needed. The front desk was also not always responsive, although I know they were busy. I also developed OHSS, had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic used during the procedure, and generally had a very difficult time with all aspects of IVF. Despite all that, I felt well cared for and attended to when I was at the facility. The staff spent a great deal of time reviewing everything with me and answering all my many questions. They were very good at their jobs and helped me move forward through this extremely difficult and demanding journey. I had many resources available, and they helped me remain positive throughout. Overall, I would say they were reasonably good. IVF is extremely difficult. For me, any outcome resulting in a healthy baby would be a tremendous success. Once that happens, I will return and update my review, because then it will all have been worth it! Update: IVF is a numbers game. NRM retrieved 19 eggs, but only 13 were mature and only 8 fertilized. Because of my OHSS, only 4 could be frozen. None succeeded. I was never told I could attempt implantation during a natural cycle. But you can!! This approach worked better, and I had a biochemical pregnancy without medication. Overall, I was frustrated, so I transferred to UVM. The waitlist was long—about a year—so I remained on it and even tried Boston IVF, but they were terrible. I eventually entered UVM's IVF program. They were wonderful, but my body simply did not cooperate. My adrenal function failed, I fainted after the procedure, and only 4 disappointing eggs were retrieved. We stopped after that and are now foster parents! Throughout the journey, remember that you and your partner are what matter most. Stay strong together. You will have a family, and your family will come about in whatever remarkable way it is meant to. Trust the process and the journey, and stay positive. Good luck!

We are extremely grateful for the team's exceptional care and support throughout our journey. From the moment we entered, Katie made us feel welcome and guided us through the initial steps. During the process, we were fortunate to work with Jess, Steph, Paige, and all the other outstanding staff who provided hands-on care for my wife. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication played such an important role in this emotional and overwhelming experience. The doctors were excellent. They took time to explain everything in detail and made sure we felt informed and comfortable at every step. The entire team truly went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful for their kindness and expertise. We remain hopeful for a positive outcome and are glad to continue our journey with the support of such an incredible team. Thank you all for your unwavering support!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and its entire staff. From my first appointment, I felt deeply cared for. Every doctor, nurse, embryologist, coordinator, and receptionist played a vital role in making an otherwise heartbreaking and vulnerable journey feel supportive and hopeful. They explained every step with patience and kindness, and their genuine care never wavered, even during the hardest moments. I never felt like just another patient; I felt that they sincerely supported me throughout. Even when anxiety crept in, the team's warmth, expertise, and professionalism gave me confidence and calm. I am deeply grateful for their role in helping our family grow. This place is filled with compassion, and I will always appreciate everyone who helped make this dream possible.

They treated my wife and me wonderfully throughout the process. Now we are expecting our baby in December!
22/04/2025
You are always so kind, welcoming to our family, and respectful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the NRM team! Special thanks to Abby, Stephanie, Katie, and many others at NRM who made our IVF experience so positive. We highly recommend this practice and are very grateful!

I love this place and its wonderful people. Thank you for everything you have done to make us a family and for continuing to help our family grow.

An awful, deeply unprofessional experience. After paying a large external-monitoring fee and high fees at every appointment, I called for their recommended pharmacies, but they refused to name any. When I asked for management, office staff hung up mid-request although I had neither raised my voice nor used profanity. Two weeks later, management has neither investigated nor apologized. This is the worst clinic I have visited. My regular top-five U.S. clinic also found Northeastern Reproductive extremely difficult to communicate with. During sensitive fertility monitoring, they showed no professionalism or respect for a paying patient who was effectively told she could not ask questions. Their disregard for responsibility is shocking and sets an extremely low standard for this immature clinic, which appears on zero lists of leading U.S. clinics.

My experience with NERM was that they did only the minimum testing needed to check off the ‘typical’ causes of infertility. After repeated failures, more than 5 rounds of Clomid, and 4 failed IUIs, they pushed me toward IVF for ‘unexplained infertility.’ When I asked why and suggested seeing an endocrinologist to find the cause, since everything was ‘normal,’ the male doctor almost laughed and said he was an endocrinologist. After receiving an IVF quote of about $14,000 even with insurance, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. At my first endocrinology appointment at Rutland Regional Hospital, bloodwork confirmed insulin-resistant PCOS and high cortisol, both significant contributors to infertility. I am now receiving treatment, and my symptoms have improved tenfold. I was deeply disappointed that they made no effort to find the root cause and simply pushed IVF. Their approach felt one-size-fits-all, extreme, and focused on money. The only positive was my care team, whom I contacted only through the portal, especially Tina. She was helpful and kind, and she is the only reason I gave this practice two stars.

I completed four IUI cycles and one IVF cycle at NRM. The only time I saw a doctor in person was on egg-retrieval day. Otherwise, I had only a few video calls, and the doctors’ instructions sometimes conflicted with the nurses’ schedule. Staff discouraged me from arranging direct conversations with a doctor. Even nurses were difficult to reach, which is unacceptable in a time-sensitive process. I never felt properly cared for or able to trust them. A receptionist even checked me in incorrectly once. It seemed nurses were following a checklist not tailored to me. The actual investigation of my fertility issues was superficial; basic tests appeared normal, but everything was not normal. They were good at encouraging me to continue and saying my chances were high, but also good at taking my money. Each time I saw the beautiful Vermont skyline outside their windows, I felt resentful. To me, NRM represents a broader healthcare problem: I paid high fees for superficial, standardized, nurse-directed care rather than individualized medicine grounded in strong medical knowledge.
12/11/2025
Our experience at NRM was wonderful! From the beginning, everyone made us feel supported and cared for. The nurses, especially Stephanie, were amazing. She was always kind, warm, and patient, taking time to answer every question in detail and reassure me throughout the process. The ultrasound technician was also wonderful. She was thorough and reassuring and explained everything we were seeing clearly. We live two hours away, which could have made things difficult, but NRM's telehealth appointments, local testing, and flexible scheduling made everything easy and convenient. We are incredibly grateful that we found them through a Google search. I truly do not believe we could have welcomed a new family member without their help. ❤️

After a series of frustrating experiences with fertility and IVF clinics, my wife and I came to NRM on short notice. They listened carefully to our needs and quickly scheduled an intrauterine insemination (IUI) within two weeks of our first contact (special thanks to new patient coordinator Katie—she is amazing!). Everyone we met was very kind and supportive. If you are in New England and looking for an alternative to Boston IVF, NRM is definitely a great option.

The exceptional nursing team at Northeast Reproductive Medicine truly sets the gold standard for patient care. They provide compassionate, personalized guidance for every treatment plan, making patients feel valued and understood at every step. Their prompt and consistent responses to questions, comments, and concerns are very reassuring. Katie's warm hugs and ability to create a sense of emotional safety make every visit comfortable and supportive. Peggy and Giella bring energy and positivity through their upbeat conversations, turning a potentially stressful experience into one filled with hope and encouragement. Stephanie's timely, effective communication and updates help patients follow their treatment plans carefully and stay on schedule, making the process clear and manageable. Emily, Cassie, Tina, and Hope combine deep expertise with a thoughtful, approachable manner, making treatment plans easier to understand and less intimidating. Special thanks to Kelly at the front desk, whose friendly, efficient service adds warmth to every visit. I may have missed some key team members, but this clinic is a model of how a medical team should treat patients—with empathy, respect, clear communication, and genuine care. They create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and cared for beyond their medical needs.

Giella is amazing! She is so kind, gentle, and reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease. My veins are hard to find, but she handled it perfectly. I barely felt the needle... it was the easiest blood draw I have ever had. Her professionalism and warm manner made the entire process stress-free. I have nothing but praise for Giella 💗

Words cannot express how grateful I am to this clinic and the team that has cared for me over the past eight months. Fertility treatment is emotional and exhausting, but from day one I felt genuinely supported, seen, and cared for here. I never felt like just another patient on the schedule—my journey truly mattered to the people caring for me. Special thanks to Giella, who is warm, welcoming, and kind. She connects easily with patients and has a wonderful sense of humor, making even early-morning blood draws feel light and pleasant. She has a gift for helping people relax on otherwise stressful days. I am also deeply grateful for the careful management of my treatment plan. Over these months, the team continually adjusted and refined it with the best possible outcome in mind. They stood by me through disappointment and joy, and that partnership meant more than I can say. I sincerely thank this team for the compassion, expertise, and humanity they bring to their work. They have made a profound difference in my fertility journey.

We will always be grateful to this clinic. After a long and challenging IVF journey, we were fortunate to succeed here—and today we are holding our beautiful twin boys because of them. From our first appointment, the clinic staff made us feel supported, well informed, and genuinely cared for. Every nurse, doctor, and coordinator treated us with compassion and patience, even on the hardest days. They never made us feel like “just another patient,” which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. The IVF journey was not easy, but this clinic stood by us every step of the way. We will never forget the role they played in helping us build our family, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent clinic! Always on time. Clean, organized, and efficient. The nurses respond to questions very promptly. Highly recommended to everyone!

My wife and I have been undergoing infertility treatment for several months, and we have had an excellent experience with NRM and its staff. They have been flexible, patiently answered all our questions, and remained our strongest advocates. We felt fully informed at every stage of IVF treatment. I especially want to thank Paige, the nurse at our clinic. As a husband, it is deeply moving to see someone treat your partner with such genuine care and warmth. She is kind, optimistic, and very easy to communicate with. She always makes my wife smile, even on stressful days, and that means more to me than she may realize. I highly recommend NRM to other patients in New England for personalized infertility treatment from people who truly care.

We have just begun this journey and visited the clinic in person today for our first diagnostic testing. It was an excellent experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! We worked directly with Paige, Katie, and Giella. They were outstanding and made the entire process easy and painless!

I am very grateful to the entire care team at Northeastern Reproductive Medicine. They did an excellent job and made me feel completely at ease. Special thanks to Giella and Paige!

I am very grateful to this clinic and its entire staff. Their guidance throughout IVF made a potentially overwhelming process much easier and helped me feel at ease. Gila was always the first friendly face I saw. She not only handled my blood draws carefully but also took time to talk with me and ease my nerves during my first visit.
10/04/2026
Everyone at NRM was wonderful—the nurses, especially Cassie; the financial team; and Kelly at the front desk. Each person was helpful and made an inherently stressful process ten times easier. This is not an assembly-line fertility clinic; you receive individualized care tailored to your needs. The financial team was exceptional—Alyssa spent hours speaking with my insurer and me to make sure everything was clear. I highly recommend this clinic. Insurance ultimately required me to go elsewhere, but I still strongly recommend NRM to anyone on a fertility journey. I also appreciate their child-friendly waiting room for parents like us without family or friends available to help. Thank you, NRM!

Everyone was very friendly! It was an enjoyable and informative visit. Appointments are always on time, and the environment is quiet.

After coming to this fertility center later in our journey from another clinic, and changing paths to surrogacy, the difference was immediately clear. Everything here is incredibly organized, efficient, and most importantly—personal. The team truly takes the time to connect with you. They consistently reach out to keep you informed about upcoming appointments and next steps, which made such a difference during what can be an overwhelming process. I always felt like I knew what was coming and that I had a team supporting me every step of the way. What stood out the most is that the care doesn’t stop once you “graduate.” Even after moving on, they continued to personally check in, sending texts and reaching out to see how things were going. That level of genuine care and thoughtfulness is rare and meant so much to us. Bravo NRM!

NRM has had a profound impact on our lives. Infertility is an emotionally challenging and difficult journey, and from the beginning, the NRM team made us feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. We never felt like just another patient; we felt seen, heard, and valued. With compassion, expertise, and encouragement, they guided us through every step and helped us navigate difficult decisions, uncertainty, and long waits. What impressed us most was not only their excellent medical care but also the comfort and reassurance they provided, which made us feel less alone. Thanks to NRM, we have finally reached the place we worked and hoped for so long to reach: a place where, like anyone awaiting a baby's arrival, we can experience hope, fear, love, and endless possibilities. Words cannot express our gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend NRM to anyone experiencing infertility. They provide exceptional medical care, help you hold on to hope, and remind you that you do not have to face this alone.

It was a pleasure working with the staff at Northeast Reproductive Medicine. Kelly made scheduling appointments quick and easy and always made us feel comfortable. The entire team was wonderful and made fertility discussions much easier and far less stressful.

I recently completed an egg donation through Northeast Reproductive Medicine, and the experience left me incredibly grateful. I will always cherish the privilege of helping a family fulfill their dream of becoming parents. I also feel extremely fortunate to have had such an outstanding team guide me through the entire process. From my first appointment through egg retrieval day, every staff member at Northeast Reproductive Medicine impressed me. The nurses, coordinators, doctors, and support staff were all kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They patiently explained every step, answered every question, and ensured that I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the process. What impressed me most was how easy and seamless the entire process felt. I was never confused about what came next, and communication was always timely and clear. Although this was my first experience with egg donation, I never felt nervous, afraid, or uncomfortable because the team provided so much reassurance and care. Even the injections and egg retrieval were much easier than I expected, and I experienced almost no discomfort throughout. What could have been an overwhelming process instead felt smooth, organized, and empowering. The staff created such a warm and welcoming environment that I always felt at ease. Thank you to every member of Northeast Reproductive Medicine for making this such a wonderful experience. Your compassion, professionalism, and dedication make all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Northeast Reproductive Medicine to anyone considering egg donation or fertility treatment.
