The clinic is small, with one doctor, two nurses, and one receptionist. The receptionist is kind and polite. One nurse does not know how to draw blood. After several unsuccessful attempts, she blamed the patient and said the patient was sitting incorrectly. The other nurse is very rude and raises her voice or even shouts if she does not like what a patient says.

I came to this clinic for endometriosis treatment after calling specifically to confirm that they treated the condition as advertised on their website. Their staff confirmed that they did. I then spent hundreds of dollars on a brief consultation, only to be told afterward that they did not actually treat endometriosis but could freeze my eggs, which was an entirely different service I had not requested. During the consultation, they performed an ultrasound and concluded that I did not have endometriosis at all. I was extremely disappointed that this supposed "expert" said nothing was wrong. I later saw another doctor and learned that I did in fact have widespread stage IV endometriosis! If they do not genuinely have expertise in treating endometriosis, I do not think they should list it as a treatment on their website.

With Dr. Meng Fangyin's help, I now have three children. My first egg retrieval at another clinic was disappointing. After a recommendation, I found Dr. Meng, who helped me produce eight embryos in a single cycle. I was overjoyed. She is both highly skilled and humorous. If you need fertility care, she is a doctor you can fully trust.

Dr. Meng is highly skilled and very patient. Throughout treatment, she showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and meticulous care. From the beginning, we felt we were in very capable hands. Every treatment step was handled precisely and confidently. All procedures went smoothly and caused no discomfort. The surgery was successful and free of complications, which reassured us and strengthened our trust in her expertise. Beyond the excellent medical care, the psychological and emotional support was equally important. We were understandably anxious throughout IVF treatment. The doctor remained patient, calm, and reassuring, took time to explain everything clearly, and answered our questions. Whenever we felt stressed or uncertain, she provided the support and guidance we needed.

Dr. Meng is wonderful! She is always on time, performs every ultrasound herself, and carefully answers all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt exceptionally well cared for throughout IVF. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.

Before meeting Dr. Meng, I underwent IVF with another well-known doctor in Irvine. Although I greatly respected their experience, I began to feel that the treatment protocol was not right for me. The medication felt intense and did not seem to be adjusted much in response to my body. I felt physically unwell and hesitant to try again, so I looked for another approach. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled and also takes time to address questions and concerns other doctors might overlook. She is warm, funny, trustworthy, and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Meng was a blessing during my treatment. I am deeply grateful to have found her!
