The clinic is small, with one doctor, two nurses, and one receptionist. The receptionist is kind and polite. One nurse does not know how to draw blood. After several unsuccessful attempts, she blamed the patient and said the patient was sitting incorrectly. The other nurse is very rude and raises her voice or even shouts if she does not like what a patient says.

I came to this clinic for endometriosis treatment after calling specifically to confirm that they treated the condition as advertised on their website. Their staff confirmed that they did. I then spent hundreds of dollars on a brief consultation, only to be told afterward that they did not actually treat endometriosis but could freeze my eggs, which was an entirely different service I had not requested. During the consultation, they performed an ultrasound and concluded that I did not have endometriosis at all. I was extremely disappointed that this supposed "expert" said nothing was wrong. I later saw another doctor and learned that I did in fact have widespread stage IV endometriosis! If they do not genuinely have expertise in treating endometriosis, I do not think they should list it as a treatment on their website.

With Dr. Meng Fangyin's help, I now have three children. My first egg retrieval at another clinic was disappointing. After a recommendation, I found Dr. Meng, who helped me produce eight embryos in a single cycle. I was overjoyed. She is both highly skilled and humorous. If you need fertility care, she is a doctor you can fully trust.

Dr. Meng is highly skilled and very patient. Throughout treatment, she showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and meticulous care. From the beginning, we felt we were in very capable hands. Every treatment step was handled precisely and confidently. All procedures went smoothly and caused no discomfort. The surgery was successful and free of complications, which reassured us and strengthened our trust in her expertise. Beyond the excellent medical care, the psychological and emotional support was equally important. We were understandably anxious throughout IVF treatment. The doctor remained patient, calm, and reassuring, took time to explain everything clearly, and answered our questions. Whenever we felt stressed or uncertain, she provided the support and guidance we needed.

Dr. Meng is wonderful! She is always on time, performs every ultrasound herself, and carefully answers all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt exceptionally well cared for throughout IVF. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.

Before meeting Dr. Meng, I underwent IVF with another well-known doctor in Irvine. Although I greatly respected their experience, I began to feel that the treatment protocol was not right for me. The medication felt intense and did not seem to be adjusted much in response to my body. I felt physically unwell and hesitant to try again, so I looked for another approach. I spoke with almost every doctor I could see in Irvine, and only Dr. Meng explained the medication issues clearly and scientifically. I still remember her saying, "If you are willing to try another egg retrieval, I promise your body will not feel the way it did last time." That stayed with me. Ultimately, I did not undergo another retrieval because I was still afraid, but I decided to proceed with the two embryos I already had. Although neither was top quality, the transfer succeeded with Dr. Meng's help and support! This was what I had always hoped for. What impressed me most was Dr. Meng's genuine care. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled and also takes time to address questions and concerns other doctors might overlook. She is warm, funny, trustworthy, and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Meng was a blessing during my treatment. I am deeply grateful to have found her!

Dr. Meng and nurse Audrey are wonderful and a great fit for me. I like their personalities, clear communication, relaxed tone, humor, diligence, and, most importantly, excellent clinical skills. Dr. Meng always gives me clear advice and guidance. If you trust her 100%, you will get a positive result. Follow her lead and you will succeed. I value how well we communicate.

I am very grateful for Dr. Meng's help and the service provided by her professional team. Dr. Meng is highly skilled and has rigorous requirements for each cycle and gestational carrier. Her responses and explanations are always prompt, helping ease our concerns about distance and cultural differences. So far, two gestational carriers have helped me. One recently gave birth to a lovely, healthy baby, and the other is due next April. Both became pregnant after the first transfer. I highly recommend Dr. Meng.

Dr. Meng is the best! In addition to being highly professional and warm, she is humorous and always very confident. The team works efficiently. Laboratory results are always available the same day and communicated promptly. Audrey is the best person I have ever met at drawing blood. Elizabeth was also very helpful with insurance and payment requests.

Dr. Meng is highly professional and has extensive knowledge of the latest advances. She is patient and empathetic and always answers our questions promptly. Dr. Meng is very responsible and conducts every consultation in person. The day before my egg retrieval, she examined me every morning and afternoon to determine the optimal time for the procedure. The nurses at Dr. Meng's clinic are also very helpful. They always responded promptly to my needs and encouraged me during treatment. Thank you to Dr. Meng's clinic for helping our family achieve its dream!~

From the initial egg retrieval to the final embryo transfer, Dr. Meng consistently provided meticulous care and expertise to maximize the chance of success. I am delighted that I became pregnant after one transfer. She was not only professional but also sincere and kind, making me feel completely at ease throughout. During anxious and uncertain moments, she always provided emotional support and encouragement, which meant a great deal to me.
