At the crosswalk to the parking lot around 2 p.m. on July 8, 2024, a traffic supervisor stopped my 91-year-old disabled mother’s wheelchair to let many vehicles pass. He said traffic control took priority. What? Was he there to protect vehicles? 😱
Was he racist? 😡
Making pedestrians wait for vehicles was inappropriate. Educate him properly, then send him to work. I have never seen such ignorance.

Doctors & staff are so professional,nokwlegable,caring & considerate.
I hated going to the doctors, until UT.

The outpatient clinic at 1801 Inwood Rd was extremely difficult to find and tucked away. While waiting inside,
I went to the cafeteria, where it took them 15 minutes to make one slice of pizza.
They were in no hurry.
I was first in line, only two people were waiting for food, and there were three staff members, but they did not care about speed.
However, the doctor was excellent, and everyone inside was very welcoming and friendly.

This clinic is a rip-off. Even in-network telehealth visits are outrageously expensive. Unbelievable.

I would like to recognize Blaine Perry for providing exceptional customer service to patients calling to schedule appointments. I especially appreciated her positive attitude and the smile in her voice throughout our call. Thank you to this young woman for her service. Please see the photo. I had a baby with my own eggs when I was almost 44 and had no previous children. Dr. Bukulmez is a miracle worker.

Dr. Burkürmez is excellent. He is exceptionally intelligent, and we benefited greatly from the very first visit. He is practical and grounded, cites the literature, and knows his diagnoses thoroughly. He does not give false hope; he explains the reality and what needs to be done. I have seen reviews saying he is “not kind,” but that is simply untrue. I know emotions fluctuate during this process, but if your doctor is overly emotional too, you may be in trouble. He is calm, kind, concise, practical, and dependable. If you want a brilliant, skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable doctor who can guide you toward the best treatment, Dr. Burkürmez is the right choice. Five stars!

Dr. Bukulmez tailors the best plan to each patient’s circumstances and genuinely strives for a positive outcome. Everyone I met at his practice was warm, helpful, and friendly. Many of my friends have conceived successfully under his guidance. I am currently pregnant and completely trust him and his team.

Dr. Bukulmez and his team are wonderful. His approach is precise and very conservative. If you want a successful pregnancy, listen to him. We are very grateful that he and his team helped us conceive. We owe you our thanks. Thank you very much, Dr. Bukulmez!

This clinic is terrible. They sent us an incorrect bill, and we spent three years disputing it with UT South Western. They ultimately transferred our case to another collection agency, which began calling day and night and threatening to report us to the credit bureaus.
I believe the clinic incorrectly submitted information about the services we received to the UT South Western billing department. Despite countless calls to billing, they did not correct the error.
Eventually, we sent documentation from UT South Western proving that we had declined the services listed on the bill.
I do not recommend this doctor, this clinic, or UT South Western.

I had never felt insulted, demeaned, and dismissed until I left Dr. Bukulmez’s office. I had a 30-minute consultation about using a surrogate for our embryos, but wanted to leave after 5 minutes. I still do not understand why I stayed only to be told our embryos were unsuitable because they might have the same genetic condition I do, even though I am a typical, able-bodied person with all my physical and mental faculties. He also launched into an absurd story that made clear he opposed surrogacy based on one extreme case he encountered during hospitalization. I received no healthy, useful, or even scientific information from the consultation. He continually interrupted our questions with his opinions, without any scientific basis. I left feeling that he viewed my husband and me as less than human and unworthy of his respect or even basic dignity. Fortunately, we found a very kind, compassionate, and even encouraging doctor. I will discourage anyone I can from using this practice.
