I recently visited this clinic for fertility testing through my CCRM membership, and it was a terrible experience. Every staff member was unfriendly and explained nothing. It felt transactional rather than welcoming. As a nurse, I have seen hospitals and clinics treat patients like transactions, and this clinic is definitely one of them. There was no personal warmth. A nurse drew my blood and told me I could go to the ultrasound room. I had to ask where it was, and she only pointed. After the ultrasound, the technician began cleaning the machine while I sat there half undressed, waiting for her to leave so I could get dressed. It was awful. If you are a CCRM member, go to the Chicago clinic instead. The experience there is completely different.

Because of a misunderstanding, I was scheduled with Dr. Sasaki for laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, and I could not be more grateful. Dr. Sasaki's surgical skill and warm manner were exactly what I needed as an anxious woman suffering from chronic pain. Her kindness and confidence were incredibly reassuring. My wife and I met with her before surgery, and something she said has stayed with me: ‘I know you are nervous, but I am not nervous at all.’ She was reassuring, knowledgeable, thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely concerned about my health. As someone with endometriosis, it took 12 years for my concerns to be taken seriously and for me to receive effective treatment. I am deeply grateful for the time, effort, and dedication she gave me, and I believe she brings that same commitment to every patient. Being transferred to her for surgery was the best possible outcome. She is a highly skilled, ethical, and kind physician, and I give her 11 out of 10.

Dr. Sasaki is highly skilled, but her office staff were so unprofessional and careless that I could not continue receiving care there. My October appointment was canceled because of an outstanding balance I did not know about. I paid it immediately but was told my original time was now full, so I was rescheduled two months later. When I called to confirm the appointment, which should have been in mid-December, I was told it was not on the schedule at all. Staff interrupted me when I tried to explain and blamed a ‘new employee.’ After being placed on hold, another staff member repeated the timeline I had just explained and said the earliest appointment would be next year. This experience painfully demonstrated that the office staff did not value my time or health. It could all have been avoided with honesty from the beginning. Although Dr. Sasaki is an excellent physician, I cannot recommend this office because of its repeated administrative failures. I have never felt so unwelcome or disregarded at a medical facility. If the staff did not want to schedule me for some unknown reason, I wish they had simply said they were not accepting new patients instead of making me wait for months, wasting my time, and neglecting something as important as my health. It is concerning for a medical facility to handle patient care so carelessly. Dr. Sasaki deserves praise for her skill and compassion, but the administrative staff created the opposite atmosphere.

I am so pleased with the outcome of this surgery that words cannot express my joy. She spent considerable time explaining the treatment options, ensured that I could make a comfortable decision, and never pressured me into treatment. She is highly skilled, kind, and ethical. It is rare to find a doctor with such exceptional clinical and surgical skill. I highly recommend her.

No one wants to experience a health crisis, but Dr. Sasaki and her team reassured me at every visit. They explained each surgical step in detail and gave me ample time to ask questions and raise concerns. Wow! Truly amazing! I saw Dr. Sasaki because I continued having cramps despite having my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. I asked whether a hysterectomy could be performed laparoscopically, and surgery was scheduled after the initial examination. During surgery, Dr. Sasaki found extensive scar tissue and part of an ovary that had not been completely removed. She also had to ask a gastrointestinal specialist to help remove intestinal tissue. She kept her promise to continue laparoscopically, and I now feel wonderful. Dr. Sasaki listens carefully and genuinely cares for her patients. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.

She is the best gynecologic surgeon in Naperville. I went to her after discovering I was pregnant with an IUD in place. The receptionists were very helpful when they learned about my situation. They informed the doctor and scheduled me for her clinic the next day, even though she was fully booked. Dr. Sasaki was kind, patiently listened to all my questions, and answered them confidently and professionally. The ultrasound technician was also very kind and attentive. Thank you.

Dr. Sasaki is wonderful! She is easy to talk with, and the surgery went very smoothly. I am no longer in pain and can live normally again. Her surgical skill reassured me that I was receiving the best treatment.
