I could not imagine a better experience at San Diego Fertility Center (SDFC). They take excellent care of you, schedule around your needs carefully—my schedule was very tight—and always have someone on call or a coordinator available by email to answer any questions. I cannot say enough positive things about San Diego Fertility Center. I would recommend it to everyone I love for all their fertility needs. I also want to note that every professional you work with is courteous. They understand how you feel and make everything seem easy and relaxed, even when it may not feel that way. I sincerely thank SDFC's outstanding staff.

I will say that this is a boutique IVF clinic. My doctor was great but i think this clinic does put the pricing before the patient. Beware that the cost to relocate your embryos or eggs is $500 just for the service. Over the last 2 years year my storage fees have almost doubled to $55/month. There's nothing you can do except discard your eggs, pay them $500 or continue to ride their storage train up in price.

We had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Park and her staff made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend coming here.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I underwent two transfers at this clinic, and both failed. As I prepared for a third attempt, the clinic director abruptly terminated my relationship with the doctor without explanation. The clinic unilaterally forced me to transfer to another clinic, which will create substantial shipping costs for moving my embryos, and I must also bear the risks to the embryos during transport. Regarding improper charges: the first cycle was clearly canceled and unsuccessful, yet the clinic's insurance department still automatically charged me. They ultimately refused to continue my treatment because I pointed out their error. They recklessly trample patients' rights. When I finally said I would complain to the relevant authorities, their attitude was extremely arrogant. The clinic director responded, 'That's fine. I don't care.'

0 stars There are other reputable IVF clinics in San Diego whose doctors and staff are more knowledgeable than those at San Diego Fertility Center (SDFC). They will use deceptive lies and guarantees of success to win your business until they receive your money. Once they are paid upfront, you are just a number to them. Unfortunately, the doctors and management see patients only as dollar signs.

Unfortunately, our experience at San Diego Fertility Center was unpleasant. From the beginning, it felt like a revolving door: impersonal and rushed. Our initial consultation with Dr. Friedman lasted less than five minutes, and at nearly every appointment afterward we saw a different person rather than receiving consistent care. After two unsuccessful IUI cycles, we decided to find a clinic we could truly trust before proceeding with IVF. In hindsight, we are glad our IUI experience here showed us how the clinic operates, because it prompted us to find another clinic we love, and the difference is night and day. I do not recommend this clinic if you want more personalized and supportive care during such an important life journey.

They patiently answered our questions, explained the process clearly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We are excited and confident about continuing with this wonderful team!

San Diego Fertility Center was absolutely the best choice for our IVF journey. From start to finish, we felt supported, cared for, and understood. Dr. Park, Kristan Kane, Chloe Westwood, and the entire SDFC team exceeded our expectations, making a potentially overwhelming IVF process organized, compassionate, and manageable. Our initial consultation was thorough and reassuring, and we immediately felt confident in our care. Communication and support were excellent throughout, especially once we began working with our coordinator, Chloe. She was extremely organized, responsive, and proactive, making everything smoother and much less stressful. Our egg retrieval and transfer experiences were both excellent. The team patiently explained every step and stayed in touch to ensure we felt comfortable and reassured. Dr. Park and Kristan Kane were outstanding—calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They answered all our questions and gave us confidence at every stage. The rest of the staff were also kind, attentive, and professional, and we felt well cared for at every visit. We visited both the Del Mar and Mission Valley clinics, and the service was consistently excellent at both. Although we did not see Dr. Park every time, she clearly oversaw our care throughout and personally handled several of the most important procedures. The team-based approach worked very well and kept the process seamless. We are sincerely grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication, and highly recommend San Diego Fertility Center to anyone beginning their fertility journey.

San Diego Fertility Center was recommended by a friend of mine. We called and made appointment the following week. Dr. Wilson was absolutely fabulous. She read my intake paperwork and knew my history before the appointment. She answered all my questions and laid out all potential treatment options and next steps for my husband and I. She walked us through the pelvic ultrasound which was so helpful and eased some of our nerves. The office is beautiful and quiet, easy parking. They lay out all prices of testing and potential treatment options right at the beginning which was so helpful for financial planning. We are just getting started but so far this clinic has been perfect for us :)

I am writing this while holding my sleeping baby! 🤍 Our experience was not easy, but Dr. Park's guidance, patience, and willingness to listen were essential. This clinic was completely unhelpful, and Dr. Kettel was unprofessional. Coming here was a waste of time, money, and energy.

Excellent doctor, highly recommended! After being told that my AMH was low and I was unlikely to conceive naturally, I saw several doctors. Most places wanted to sell treatment. Dr. Kettel was honest and looked after my best interests. He agreed that my numbers were low and that, considering all other factors, conception would be difficult. He found a polyp, scheduled surgery, and removed it. He told me to try conceiving naturally for four more months and return if I was not pregnant. I became pregnant within one month and did not need IVF! I could hardly believe it, especially after being told it would not happen. I would recommend Dr. Kettel to anyone experiencing fertility problems. As an added benefit, he is very kind and patient.
