First, look up how to identify fake Google reviews, and you'll find that the 4.9-star rating is completely fake.
I fully agree with all the complaints in the one-star reviews: the service was chaotic and unprofessional, and in the end, I was charged extra for no reason. I booked a one-hour appointment, but the time was changed twice, and on the day itself, it was rescheduled at the last minute. The actual consultation lasted less than 20 minutes, yet I was billed for a full hour.

This company is highly unprofessional, and I feel scammed. They are aggressive and hide fees. Appointments are always delayed, and the overall experience was terrible. Do not deal with these people.

My first telehealth experience was excellent. The website's appointment system was convenient and extremely easy to use. The doctor was attentive and responsible, and I look forward to working with them to improve my health as much as possible. Highly recommended!

I neither looked forward to nor enjoyed the vasectomy, but it was what it was! The doctor communicated well and was very efficient. I highly recommend the procedure.

Online portals are good, nurses and staff are very communicative. Dr. Cowan should read up a bit more on TRT, he is not very knowledgeable in dosage or injection types.

Very smooth process, answered questions willingly and made the entire experience comfortable. Dr Kovac is professional yet friendly and Holly greeted me when i arrived. High quality experience, would recommend to anyone seeking a vasectomy.

The team was very friendly. My visit was quick and smooth. I arrived a little early, was seen before my appointment time, and left shortly afterward. I appreciated the comfortable environment created by Dr. Bakare and her team.

Dr. Kovacs is excellent. The music was great. He knows what he is doing. If you feel pain, he gives you more local anesthetic. I took the prescribed alprazolam and felt comfortable.

The knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism of the entire staff is phenomenal, but the genuine drive and kindness is what prompted this review. I would suggest to anyone who is intimidated by the process and being unsure of what steps to take next, reach out. You won't regret it. Every one of them has been a pleasure.
