Before coming to this clinic, I was at another clinic that I was not very happy with. A year ago, my husband found this clinic, which had outstanding reviews and amazing doctors. I worked with Dr. Larsen, and he is exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and supportive throughout the fertility journey. He also has an amazing team working alongside him to ensure you are well cared for and that all your questions are answered. I spent most of my time at the Chandler location, where everyone is friendly and caring. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone going through IVF!

The staff at Pinnacle Fertility are wonderful and made a difficult medical experience more bearable.
My coordinator, Savannah, was very patient and kind. The nurses were excellent and knowledgeable. Everyone I met at the front desks in Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Tucson—and I visited them all—was wonderful.
Margaret is the best phlebotomist I have ever met. She never misses. When you need frequent blood draws, it is wonderful not to feel anxious about them.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinnacle Fertility. They are so kind and compassionate while you navigate such a difficult fertility journey. Every member of the care team is highly professional. You are assigned a fertility navigator who answers all your questions. I frequently texted mine, and she was always understanding and never made me feel like a bother. Nurse Hannah performed most of my ultrasounds and intrauterine inseminations (IUI). She was warm and approachable, and you could tell she truly cared. My primary physician was Dr. Peterson, but I also had great experiences with the other three doctors. I am so grateful to everyone at Pinnacle Fertility!

Our experience at Pinnacle was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Because of a move and insurance coverage issues, this was the third clinic my husband and I had worked with. We had a consultation at the first clinic, completed diagnostic testing at the second, and finally came to Pinnacle to begin treatment.
We worked with Dr. Kurt Peterson, and I would recommend him without hesitation. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to communicate with. I had complete confidence in him as our reproductive endocrinologist. Two other essential team members were Hannah at the Chandler clinic and my patient navigator, Sandra. I cannot say enough good things about either of them. Hannah was the clinician for most of my appointments, while Sandra was my contact and coordinator. They made the process much easier. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and they always listened carefully. Being able to contact my navigator easily between appointments was wonderful and was not offered by the other clinics I had consulted. We are now expecting our first child, thanks to this team.
If you are looking for the right fertility provider, I highly recommend considering Pinnacle.

Every staff member was wonderful. I never encountered anyone unfriendly or whom I disliked. I always felt exceptionally well cared for, and being able to text my navigator directly throughout the process was absolutely essential. It is a great service.

Wow! Where do I begin? My wife's and my fertility journey at Pinnacle began with a failed intrauterine insemination (IUI). We had previously tried at another fertility clinic in Scottsdale without success. Most importantly, we found that Pinnacle took our concerns seriously and explained step by step what IVF would look like if the IUI failed. As women of color and members of the LGBTQ community, finding a provider willing to take the time to understand our needs was essential. When my wife began IUI treatment, Dr. Larsen was honest that the procedure had a low success rate. We appreciated his candor because our experience at the previous clinic was the opposite: they left us uninformed about IUI and forced us to prepare financially in advance in case it failed. In total, we experienced two failed IUIs and several unsuccessful intracervical insemination (ICI) pregnancies. Dr. Larsen patiently explained the entire process step by step and answered all our questions. We received all the billing information, and a year later we began treatment. Dr. Peterson successfully performed the embryo transfer, and now we have a healthy, beautiful daughter. To anyone reading this, especially members of the LGBTQ community, if you are looking for a safe, unbiased, professional, and experienced fertility care team for IVF, this is the place. Be sure to follow medical instructions closely, eat a healthy diet, reduce stress, and have the right support system. Yes, it is an investment and we all hope for results, but the reality is that you also need to do your part. After the transfer, listen carefully to the aftercare instructions. This is essential. Take your injections on time and things will go smoothly. Every woman's body is different, but it is also important to do your part. My wife and I are truly delighted that they helped make our dream come true, and if we have the opportunity to have another child, we will definitely return. Thank you to Dr. Larsen, Dr. Peterson, and everyone at Pinnacle who helped make our dream a reality. Because of you, we are happy, joyful, and grateful parents! 🥹🥹🥹🥹

I am sincerely grateful to every staff member at this clinic, from the receptionists, nurses, and phlebotomists to my IVF coordinator and physician. They are all wonderful. This is the second fertility clinic I have visited, and the difference is night and day. Here, I feel well informed and more involved in decisions about my treatment. They always answer all my questions patiently. I wish I had started my fertility journey here.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt staff. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been lovely. The office is easily accessible through patient portal, text or calling in. I have always been able to get in during the right time. The office is always clean which helps add to comfort we feel when we’re in office.

The support system here is unmatched. Thanks to this wonderful team, we will welcome our miracle baby in August! Everyone at the clinic made me feel supported, seen, and encouraged. I highly recommend them.
- Dr. Peterson, MD, is not only highly skilled but also a compassionate listener. He took the time to explain the science behind our treatment plan and ensured that we felt confident in the protocol tailored to my needs. And it worked!
- Allison, PA, was wonderful and exceptionally thorough, gentle, and compassionate throughout treatment. She also sent kind little messages to encourage me.
- Hannah, RN, was absolutely amazing!!! She was so kind and gentle during ultrasounds. Her empathy and communication put me at ease. Even when I was not on her patient list that day, she made extra time to check on me.
- Kristi, RN, Patient Care Specialist, was my lifeline. She made me feel supported and heard and always put my needs first. I feel very lucky to have met her!
They celebrate your successes with you and support you through difficult moments. We will always be grateful that they made our dream come true!

We had an excellent experience at Pinnacle Fertility Advanced Fertility Care Chandler.
From the moment we began treatment, we felt like their only patients. Our doctor, Dr. Larson, was outstanding. He was incredibly patient, answered every question we asked, and even called after hours to make sure we felt valued and to ease our stress. We are truly grateful to him.
Our nurse navigator Yanely and the entire navigation team were equally excellent. They were extremely supportive, always provided clear guidance, and were easy to reach. They made us feel like family and assured us that no question was silly. The clinic was clean, and every staff member was dedicated to supporting us throughout this journey. We highly recommend this clinic!

Our experience with Pinnacle Fertility was incredible. From the front desk to our patient navigator, we felt fully supported, cared for, and understood throughout treatment. Yanely, Hannah, Ally, and the entire ultrasound team were our strongest advocates, making the process easier and far less stressful.

I cannot say enough good things about AFC/Pinnacle Fertility. From consistently caring for and listening to patients, to the wonderful staff and smooth communication, the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Larson was our primary doctor, and we also met Dr. Z once; both were wonderful. Most of our time, however, was spent with Hannah or Abby and the midwives—Lilly, Kaelyn, Taiya, Clarissa, Isabel, and Tess—who are unquestionably the best. AFC's support staff are what make it so excellent, and graduating from the clinic was very emotional because they had accompanied us through so many challenges. Yanely was also my main coordinator and was very warm and friendly. Everyone celebrates your successes and shares your setbacks. We will meet our IVF baby in a few months, and we are so grateful to AFC for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents.

I had an incredible experience and highly recommend them! From the first consultation through successful treatment, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in my care. The doctors patiently explained every step and tailored the treatment process to my needs with clear, personalized guidance. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, always responding quickly to my questions and offering reassurance during emotional moments. After struggling with secondary infertility for years, I entered Advanced Fertility Care nervous and afraid to hope, but the staff were all so positive. I looked forward to every ultrasound with Hannah. Dr. Zoneraich was always upbeat, and after my first appointment I could not wait to begin my first cycle. My fertility consultant Yanely was absolutely the best and always reassured me whenever I had questions or felt anxious. I was genuinely sad to graduate because I would no longer see this wonderful team. I am so grateful to the staff. My first transfer succeeded after only one egg retrieval, and now we finally have our perfect miracle boy. I cannot wait to return for another transfer in the future. 🩵🥰

100% recommended. They made me feel deeply cared for at every appointment and were very understanding and compassionate. My doctor, Kurt Peterson, is an amazing person who was always there to help with every concern I had. All the women were so sweet and affectionate. I must also mention that the facility is very clean and beautiful. I am delighted that my pregnancy outcome was positive and successful, giving me a wonderful experience with all of them. This review is long overdue, but I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Larsen and his coordinator Yanely are! Dr. Larsen is by far the best. He is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Yanely is very kind, caring, and responsive! I never had any problems with the staff. Undergoing IVF is nerve-racking and can be very stressful, but I truly appreciated the staff's compassion and understanding. It was certainly a journey, but we succeeded and are now 24 weeks pregnant. We would not be here without AFC! Many thanks to everyone. Highly recommended.

I moved here from out of state and was preparing for my second embryo transfer. This clinic does not run smoothly. The nurses are very kind, but the front-desk staff have difficulty explaining what is happening. They charge amounts different from what they quoted and schedule you at the wrong location.
Given the cost of IVF, I would research before scheduling with this clinic. I found another fertility clinic in Gilbert that charges half as much for the same services and seems more competent in its practice. Everything at my previous clinic was always smooth and professional, so my experience at this clinic was very unpleasant.

Dr. Larsen and his team are very supportive, friendly, and professional. He ensures his patients receive the best treatment. My treatment journey was long because of medical challenges, but the entire team supported me at every step. I am now expecting and enjoying the journey. Special thanks to my IVF coordinator, Brenda Corona, who went above and beyond to ensure treatment stayed on track according to Dr. Larsen's instructions. Thank you for the friendly reminders, encouragement, and support. I will always be grateful. She is a gem. Choosing AFC was the best decision my husband and I made on our journey to parenthood.

First, the nurses are very kind, and Dr. Larsen is knowledgeable and provides extensive information to support balanced decisions. They appear to conduct considerable research and continually develop new techniques based on current findings. In my experience, their embryo handling was flawless.
There are some things I wish I had known before using Advanced Fertility. The time between IVF transfers is long. My transfer failed in September/early October, and I did not begin a new transfer calendar until January. I only know that other clinics have faster “turnaround,” and this added substantial disappointment and waiting to an already difficult time.
I also wish I had known how the clinic's finance department operates. You never meet finance staff in person or speak with them by phone. One or two days before an appointment you waited months for, they send the full amount you must pay. When there was a large difference from my initial quote, I could speak only with front-desk employees. They would consult finance and return, making you feel like a burden and that finance would not take time to deal with you. They offer no payment plans and very little flexibility for charges you may not be prepared to pay. I was given one week to try to add more money to my HSA to complete payment. In addition, when I overpaid, it took 5 months to receive the money back. Refusing to discuss the heavy financial burden of these procedures directly is disrespectful. When you have concerns or questions, you receive a high quote and are passed around.
This is only one business aspect, but it tarnishes an otherwise excellent clinic.

Advanced Fertility Care is outstanding, and I will always recommend it to anyone struggling with infertility. Working with Dr. Larsen and Hannah was the best experience. I love them both. Most of my appointments were with Hannah, who was very kind and compassionate. She always reassured me, answered every question, and made me comfortable. My patient care coordinator, Leah, was equally wonderful. It was so helpful to have someone I could text with questions outside appointment times. I would give AFC 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work!

Dr. Larsen, Hannah, and Brenda are my dream team! My PCP, who had personally used them, originally recommended them to me. I could not be happier! From the initial consultation through a successful pregnancy, they were wonderful, personable, and thorough. Brenda was absolutely the best at answering all my questions. Although I knew she had many patients, she made me feel like her only one. Hannah always made me feel reassured during appointments and ultrasounds, and hearing her voice was comforting. Dr. Larsen is the best. You can tell he knows what he is doing. He explained the entire process, including the issues we were most likely facing, and reassured us about all the options available at the clinic. After 2.5 years of infertility, our first medicated cycle succeeded! They let us choose the approach we wanted and never pressured us one way or another. We will return without question.

5 stars are not enough for Dr. Larsen and the team. We transferred from another clinic to Advanced Fertility Center, and it was the best decision we ever made. Dr. Larsen and our patient coordinator, Brenda, did an incredible job from our first visit through our graduation appointment. We underwent our first IVF cycle here. Dr. Larsen is highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He spent considerable time with us and guided us through every step. Thanks also to Brenda, who answered our questions so quickly at any time of day and truly supported us throughout. Thank you all so much. Our hearts are full, and we will definitely return for our second baby. We highly recommend this clinic to everyone! We are expecting a healthy baby boy 🩵

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Larsen and his team for my fertility care. Throughout my treatment at AFC, the entire clinic team was kind, caring, compassionate, and supportive.
My navigator, Noelia, was outstanding throughout the process. I could contact her with any questions or concerns, and she was always very helpful. My nurses, Hannah and Allison, were always kind and gentle during visits. The embryologists and medical assistants were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All front-desk, billing, and scheduling staff were professional and courteous.
Dr. Larsen took the time to educate me from the beginning. I was of advanced maternal age (41) and had never been pregnant. He gave me honest facts about the success rates for my individual circumstances, with no false hope or sales pressure. Dr. Larsen is knowledgeable and compassionate, with an excellent bedside manner, and is friendly and professional.
I am currently pregnant and deeply grateful to Dr. Larsen and his team for their attentive care and treatment. This truly is a dream come true. I graduated from the clinic this week and am very thankful to Advanced Fertility Care.
