I had a very good experience at Shady Grove. Staff were friendly and efficient. Physicians took time in addressing concerns.

I have only praise for Dr. Ocharski and the rest of the Shady Grove team. They supported us with tremendous patience and expertise through the hardest part of IVF treatment. Dr. Ocharski is a patient-centered physician who truly cared about me as a person.

Our experience with SGF Lancaster and the Chesterbrook team was exceptional. Before meeting Elyse and Dr. O, we felt very discouraged, but everyone treated us like family and supported us through every challenge. Brittany was patient and extremely helpful. The financial team was thorough and thoughtful. Joy greeted me by name every time I entered. The phlebotomist even remembered which color bandage I disliked. The details showed how much they cared. The doctor and all the staff are very kind. I have enjoyed working with them, and I believe I can achieve all my goals.

I am very happy with my treatment and grateful to the physicians, nurses, and everyone who helped our family grow! I am now playing on the floor with my five-month-old baby, who would not be here without Shady Grove. Our entire family is deeply grateful! Most of my visits were at the Lancaster office, where everyone was very kind and thoughtful. I cried when I “graduated” because I had never felt so cared for and heard as I did there!

Yesterday, after five years of treatment at Shady Grove, we finally brought our little one home from the hospital. Thank you to Dr. Connell, my nurse Amanda, Elyse, and everyone else on the Shady Grove team for all you did during our journey. We are incredibly grateful!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. IVF treatment is an emotional and stressful process, and the team at Shady Grove gave me tremendous support and care at every stage. My nurse, Brittany, was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Nurse practitioner Elyse was also very kind during every scan. They truly made a journey I never expected to experience easy to understand and navigate.

We cannot say enough good things about the Lancaster and Chesterbrook Shady Grove locations. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The infertility journey is difficult, and having medical professionals who genuinely care for their patients makes it much easier. Thank you for helping us fulfill our dream of building a family!

My wife and I unfortunately had a very poor experience at this clinic, especially with the front desk staff. They were cold, uncaring, and at times quite rude—extremely upsetting when dealing with something as sensitive and emotional as infertility. No one chooses this path, and compassion should be fundamental. Their attitude made us feel dismissed rather than supported, especially Joy. They seemed not to understand what patients in this situation endure. Because of the poor front desk service, we decided not to return to Shady Grove and continued our fertility journey elsewhere, where we fortunately succeeded. If you work in health care, especially in a sensitive field like infertility, kindness, empathy, and proper training are essential. At one of the most vulnerable times in their lives, patients deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported.

I am very grateful to the Shady Grove team. Their dedication, care, and patience made my treatment easier. The entire team was highly professional. And to my dear Dr. Nicole M. Marchetto, thank you for making my dream of motherhood come true!

My experience at Shady Grove Fertility was very disappointing. At first, they created a lot of unrealistic hope about my fertility treatment, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Rather than focusing on my health, they seemed to treat every visit as an opportunity to sell additional services. I left feeling more like a prospective customer than a patient who genuinely needed help. I expected more transparency and attentive care, but unfortunately that was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. After they finally told me the cost, I was not willing to undergo certain treatments. They then tried to persuade me to try another method that they themselves said had only a 2-4% success rate. It sounded like nothing more than a money grab.

I truly look forward to my appointments and seeing my care team! From the front desk and clinical team to the doctors, we love them all. What a wonderful group of people!
