排卵誘発
排卵誘発は、複数の卵子を育てて妊娠の可能性を高めることを目指します。排卵が規則的でない女性には、卵母細胞、つまり卵子の発育を促すため、経口薬または注射薬が用いられることがあります。
子宮内人工授精
子宮内人工授精（IUI）は人工授精の一種で、排卵に最適な時期に精子を子宮腔へ直接注入します。
体外受精（IVF）
体外受精（IVF）は、不妊治療で最も一般的に行われる処置です。すべての患者に適しているわけではありませんが、多くの患者に高い効果が認められています。
卵子凍結
卵子凍結により、妊孕性を温存できます。卵子がより若く健康なうちに凍結することで、将来の妊娠・出産計画に柔軟性が生まれます。
卵子・精子・胚の提供
患者によっては、親になるまでの道のりで卵子、精子、または胚の提供者の支援が必要です。提供者は既知の場合も匿名の場合もあり、全員が厳格なスクリーニングを受けます。
妊娠代理
妊娠代理母とは、他者のために妊娠・出産する女性です。

I just completed the financial consultation, and now I understand why they would not send the information by email. Embryo development alone costs $16760... and the transfer is another $4900.
Outrageous profiteering! Goodbye!

Dr. Gutmann made an excellent impression at my first appointment. She was patient, candid, and understood my perspective. I never felt rushed and left with a better understanding of my condition and more treatment options. I could tell she genuinely cared about me.

It was a pleasure working with him for more than two years. He listened carefully to all my concerns and considered every question and suggestion. He collaborated with me on the treatment plan and was very receptive and accommodating. I never felt dismissed. The nursing staff were also excellent and communicated very well.

From day one, I was treated like family. I felt supported and loved. When my first transfer failed, I was heartbroken, but they were determined to help me and would not give up. I am now six months pregnant with my daughter. I am so grateful to RMA and God! Definitely recommend!!!
Update: I had my daughter. She is two months old and beautiful.

I highly recommend RMA. Dr. Thorne is wonderful, and the nurses always go above and beyond. Our experience with RMA and Dr. Thorne was not as difficult as many people's, but what truly impressed us was how well they listened. They listened to my husband's concerns and mine. After two devastating consecutive miscarriages, I knew I could not emotionally endure another unexplained loss. This is where Dr. Thorne stood apart: he heard me, advocated for us, and understood that I needed additional care to sustain a healthy pregnancy. I am so grateful that he accepted me as a patient and explained every possible cause. Even though we did not need any intervention, the peace of mind during early pregnancy helped us tremendously. We are deeply grateful to the RMA team. We have just welcomed our second son.
Thank you to the team here! If you are struggling to become pregnant, I highly recommend this team!

I had a wonderful experience undergoing a diagnostic procedure with Dr. Castelbaum and his team. From the moment I walked in, nurse Amanda, who guided me through intake, made me feel completely at ease. During the procedure, she even sat beside me and offered calm, encouraging words that truly helped settle my nerves.
Dr. Castelbaum was very patient and reassuring, answering all my questions about the procedure. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he also has a great sense of humor! He promised the procedure would be quick and painless, and he absolutely delivered. I am very grateful for the care and compassion I received at RMA KOP. Highly recommended!

The lack of consistent communication is alarming. I received a scan I did not request without being told why, and only after going to the hospital was I informed that it was not covered by my insurance at all. If I had not strongly advocated for myself, they would have sent me down the path of sperm freezing that I did not need. They care more about extracting money than tailoring treatment to your actual needs.
