Inducción de la ovulación

La inducción de la ovulación busca producir varios óvulos para aumentar las probabilidades de concepción. Las mujeres que no ovulan con regularidad pueden recibir medicamentos orales o inyectables para favorecer el desarrollo de los ovocitos u óvulos.

Inseminación intrauterina

La inseminación intrauterina (IUI) es una forma de inseminación artificial en la que los espermatozoides se depositan directamente en la cavidad uterina en el momento óptimo de la ovulación.

Fecundación in vitro (IVF)

La fecundación in vitro (IVF) es el procedimiento más asociado al tratamiento de fertilidad. Aunque la IVF no es adecuada para todas las pacientes, ha demostrado ser muy eficaz para muchas de ellas.

I just completed the financial consultation, and now I understand why they would not send the information by email. Embryo development alone costs $16760... and the transfer is another $4900. Outrageous profiteering! Goodbye!

After struggling with infertility for years, I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Gutmann and her outstanding team at RMA. From the first consultation, she made us feel heard, supported, and hopeful. Dr. Gutmann and her team patiently explained every step of the IVF process and addressed all our concerns with empathy and professionalism. RMA's commitment to personalized care made all the difference. Our nurse Jenna was wonderful, and words cannot express our gratitude for the support she and Dr. Gutmann provided through everything from the initial diagnosis to the ups and downs of treatment. It was a pleasure working with him for more than two years. He listened carefully to all my concerns and considered every question and suggestion. He collaborated with me on the treatment plan and was very receptive and accommodating. I never felt dismissed. The nursing staff were also excellent and communicated very well.

From day one, I was treated like family. I felt supported and loved. When my first transfer failed, I was heartbroken, but they were determined to help me and would not give up. I am now six months pregnant with my daughter. I am so grateful to RMA and God! Definitely recommend!!! Update: I had my daughter. She is two months old and beautiful.

I highly recommend RMA. Dr. Thorne is wonderful, and the nurses always go above and beyond. Our experience with RMA and Dr. Thorne was not as difficult as many people's, but what truly impressed us was how well they listened. They listened to my husband's concerns and mine. After two devastating consecutive miscarriages, I knew I could not emotionally endure another unexplained loss. This is where Dr. Thorne stood apart: he heard me, advocated for us, and understood that I needed additional care to sustain a healthy pregnancy. I am so grateful that he accepted me as a patient and explained every possible cause. Even though we did not need any intervention, the peace of mind during early pregnancy helped us tremendously. We are deeply grateful to the RMA team. We have just welcomed our second son. Thank you to the team here! If you are struggling to become pregnant, I highly recommend this team!

I had a wonderful experience undergoing a diagnostic procedure with Dr. Castelbaum and his team. From the moment I walked in, nurse Amanda, who guided me through intake, made me feel completely at ease. During the procedure, she even sat beside me and offered calm, encouraging words that truly helped settle my nerves. Dr. Castelbaum was very patient and reassuring, answering all my questions about the procedure. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he also has a great sense of humor! He promised the procedure would be quick and painless, and he absolutely delivered. I am very grateful for the care and compassion I received at RMA KOP. Highly recommended!

The lack of consistent communication is alarming. I received a scan I did not request without being told why, and only after going to the hospital was I informed that it was not covered by my insurance at all. If I had not strongly advocated for myself, they would have sent me down the path of sperm freezing that I did not need. They care more about extracting money than tailoring treatment to your actual needs.
