This place does not deserve to remain in business. They are extremely unprofessional and seem intent on giving customers the worst possible service. I had always tried to avoid coming here, but my doctor insisted that I come for a semen analysis. I told him I did not want to because the front desk staff were rude, stubborn, and closed-minded. They had no interest in helping, and today I experienced it firsthand. I had done my homework before coming. I called their billing department for the specific billing code, then contacted Aetna. Aetna confirmed that after the negotiated discount, the remaining charge should be $73, and I should only have to pay my $20 copay today. After I explained all of this to the woman at the front desk, she said, “We don't care. That's not how we do business.” I told her that I pay nearly $200 every two weeks for insurance precisely so I do not have to pay the entire cost upfront. I am not on Medicaid; I purchase my own insurance. I gave her a detailed breakdown of the charges: 1. The total charge was $320. 2. Aetna's discount was more than $200. 3. The remaining charge was approximately $73. She insisted, “We don't care. This is what our billing department charges.” When I pointed out that charging me the full $73 now and then collecting from Aetna was essentially fraud, she claimed, “We are not responsible for submitting claims.” I have been a patient here for two years and have never submitted a claim myself; the clinic has always handled it. Yet she told me it was my responsibility, even though I had no idea how to submit one. Collecting money from Aetna while also charging me $73 upfront is fraudulent. On top of that, they expect me to do their work for them. I will certainly file a claim, but I will also file complaints with Aetna and any other organization that should investigate this clinic. This is not just about me; it is about how they treat every person who walks into this clinic.

If you are on a fertility journey, this is the best choice. They are knowledgeable, highly efficient, and always available to help throughout the entire process. After my first transfer, I actually felt reluctant to leave!

Pinnacle is an excellent fertility clinic. I really appreciate that they assign both a financial and a clinical coordinator to each patient. I recommend patients to do two things: 1) If you have insurance, be sure to persistently call the clinic to ensure all details are clearly communicated between the clinic and the insurance company, and prepare for upfront payments; 2) Do not let anyone rush you to speed up the treatment process. IVF treatment involves many details, and the clinic's responsibility is to improve the patient's success rate, but if you still prioritize key factors such as financial status, mental health support, thorough preparation, or need to raise objections, these are your rights. Once you start treatment, you will be well taken care of. Pinnacle is great, but be sure to start only when you are ready—this is the only consideration when working with any fertility clinic.

Our experience at the clinic was extraordinary, truly perfect. We searched widely and never found a team as welcoming, caring, and dedicated as Pinnacle Fertility Ohio. We had previously made two attempts in Colombia but did not mention them because we did not want the medical team to form any preconceptions. Thanks to their expertise, however, we became pregnant on our first attempt. Mike is now two months old, and my husband and I are a happy family of three. This is an LGBTQ-friendly clinic, and we always felt safe, respected, and accepted. It offered exactly the inclusive environment we hoped for! Beyond a simple thank-you, we want to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Akas and Nurse Julia.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Warwar and the entire staff at Pinnacle. They always kept us informed and supported and gave us realistic guidance and expectations based on our specific circumstances. My nurse navigator, Julia, and financial coordinator patiently answered every question and guided us throughout treatment. The laboratory is also truly exceptional. The results from our frozen egg sample far exceeded standard expectations, largely because of the lab's outstanding quality. Fertility treatment is a deeply personal and difficult journey, but even when challenges arose, we never felt the clinic was at fault. They were highly professional, and we ultimately achieved a wonderful outcome.

Dr. Akas Jain is absolutely wonderful. The team was very supportive, and my nurse Mackenzie was outstanding. I would recommend them anytime.

We previously visited another fertility clinic that told us pregnancy was impossible and donor eggs were our only option. When we said we wanted to start with basic treatment, they did not take us seriously. We spent three months there without a single ultrasound and could not reach them by phone. By contrast, Dr. Jain and Dr. Sydney supported us throughout, listened carefully, respected our wishes, and provided professional guidance while helping us remain hopeful despite the low odds. We could always reach them, and they gave us clear timelines and instructions and scheduled regular ultrasounds. Our baby is now over a year old and is the greatest joy in our lives. We are so grateful that someone recommended Dr. Jain to us.

I underwent intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment in 2024, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The clinic did not provide appropriate evaluation or guidance throughout the process. Even though I was not ovulating, they continued the IUI cycles without clearly diagnosing or addressing the issue. After returning to my home country, I learned that my lack of ovulation was likely related to being overweight and that weight management should have been part of my treatment plan. This was never discussed during treatment. In addition, even when I explicitly asked for guidance, they gave me no useful advice on lifestyle changes such as diet, alcohol consumption, or routine care before and after IUI. These are essential basics when trying to conceive. Overall, I feel I lost valuable time because of the lack of proper diagnosis, communication, and care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seriously trying to conceive under time constraints. My doctor was Dr. Warwar. Please avoid this clinic.

We spent more than $10,000, had such a terrible experience, and ended up with nothing. We had conceived before, so this supposed added medical expertise—or lack of it—only wasted our money and was deeply disappointing. They did not explain what to expect in advance, and the medications listed in the “instructions” were completely different from what we actually received. We had to ask four or five times to learn what to take. We repeatedly ran out of medication because they supplied insufficient doses, and they also had us buy items we did not need, creating another unnecessary expense. Their responses show that they simply do not care. Whenever they receive a negative review—and there are many—they say the reviewer can email them but refuse to respond publicly, citing privacy. Yet they reply to positive reviews and even name people. They clearly do not care about you. They simply go through the motions and collect your money. I strongly urge anyone considering them not to choose them. Choosing SpringCreek or any of their other facilities is my greatest regret. I cannot put myself through this pain again, so this was our only and final chance.

My experience at RGI was extremely disappointing, and I am finally ready to share it. Shortly after receiving treatment from Dr. Vovall at RGI Westerville, I became pregnant but soon miscarried and chose to have a dilation and curettage procedure. The procedure itself went smoothly, but I then bled for nearly three months without receiving effective clinical intervention. Although I repeatedly informed my nurse navigator, Kayla, and asked whether this was normal, she always told me that everyone responds differently and that they would continue monitoring my HCG levels. After the emotional roller coaster of ongoing fertility problems—including the joy of finally becoming pregnant followed by a heartbreaking miscarriage—I was told that bleeding for three consecutive months afterward was normal. Meanwhile, I went to the clinic at dawn every week for bloodwork, only to see that my pregnancy hormone levels were barely declining. During this time, I never heard directly from Dr. Vovall. After a frightening episode of heavy bleeding, I called the after-hours emergency line. Further evaluation showed retained tissue from the dilation and curettage, which required hysteroscopy for removal. The persistent bleeding should have prompted earlier follow-up. A few days after the hysteroscopy, when I reported difficulty urinating, I again received no timely response and ultimately turned to my obstetrician-gynecologist in desperation. I told my nurse navigator that I had lost trust in RGI, but I did not receive a voicemail from Dr. Vovall until several months later. I eventually transferred to another clinic, where a hysterosalpingogram showed that retained tissue was still present. My experience at RGI left me deeply frustrated and hurt, not only because I lost my baby but because the time and trust I invested did not result in the medical care I deserved. I hope sharing my story helps others make informed decisions when choosing fertility care.

They work quickly and efficiently. They helped me have one child, and now I am pregnant with my second :) Patient navigator Julia Case was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She answered every question and went out of her way to help me. I am very grateful to Julia and the RGI team!!

Dr. Jain has always been wonderful and very genuine. Since I became a patient, coordination among the front desk, office, and patients has improved significantly. Overall, I think they were previously overwhelmed, but now have a much better system for handling everything. I have had 3 embryo transfers there and have been a patient for more than four years. Best wishes, and I am very grateful!

Run—do not hesitate. Stay away from this company! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not explain the steps, expected outcomes, medications, or anything else. Do not deal with this money-grabbing company!

I called for more information about egg freezing and the process, and the woman who answered simply told me, "Have you looked at our website? I suggest starting there." What kind of fertility clinic is this?! Their website did not contain the information I was asking about. People already feel uncomfortable asking these questions, and I cannot imagine how they would treat you during an initial consultation. 0/10

I am sure this place is fine if you are in your 30's and covered by insurance. But if you are above 40, self pay, and have a flexible schedule, go to Greece and be treated with respect and have a vacation. Dr Jain pushed donor eggs hard just based on age before there was even an exam done. Then there was the eye roll when we went with IUI because it was all we could afford at the time. The best part of our experience was Dr. Cheadle. When she gets her own practice I hope everyone goes to work with her.

It is a shame that people spend so much time and money coming to this practice only to deal with such rude staff!!!! This process is already emotional and stressful. Dr. Jains really needs to address the lies and poor communication from the front desk and finance department!!!! Some of you should be reported!!!! Shameful! No wonder this practice has such poor reviews!!!! We will go elsewhere for IVF.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Pinnacle Fertility, formerly RGI. Dr. Jain and his team were wonderful. Dr. Jain, our navigator Sydney, Stacia, and the blood draw team supported us throughout the process. Their positive energy and support meant so much. Dr. Jain has everything a fertility physician should have and more. Along with the knowledge and expertise of a highly qualified doctor, he provides personalized care and has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Jain was always willing to answer questions and offer support, even addressing genetic questions long after the procedure. Our journey would not have been as wonderful without Dr. Jain and his team. Words cannot express how grateful I am for everything he did for our family. 💙

My husband and I had a very positive experience at RGI. :) After trying for several years and undergoing five unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), we chose in vitro fertilization (IVF). RGI's process was fast from beginning to end. Our guide, whom we could text or call anytime for help or questions, was Caylee, and our doctor was Dr. Warwar. Both were excellent. You do not see the doctor often, which initially made me nervous, but they clearly communicate well. You mainly see the doctor for the “important things.” We encountered a few minor issues during egg retrieval, but they responded very quickly and guided us through everything perfectly. Their laboratory success rates are very high. We retrieved 8 eggs in total—I have low ovarian reserve—and 7 developed into blastocysts! Our first transfer succeeded. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant, so it is still early, but everything looks good so far. If I remember correctly, this clinic has one of the highest success rates in the state. I am very glad we chose RGI. :)

I highly recommend Dr. Warwar! She was very kind and informative throughout the process and was genuinely happy for us, which was very encouraging after our intrauterine insemination (IUI) failed. We then decided to try IVF. The app they use relieved a lot of our stress. Although the process could feel overwhelming, they provided a clear, easy-to-follow schedule covering all medications and procedures, which helped tremendously! We transferred our baby boy a year ago, and he is now a healthy, happy 4-month-old! Forever grateful to the RGI team for making my dream of motherhood come true ♥️

RGI is incredible! Everyone there gave us so much support, encouragement, and positivity. We initially went to another fertility clinic that we did not like, so starting over with RGI was a relief. They gave us great hope and truly have the best doctors in the field. Because of them, we now have a family. I would absolutely recommend RGI to anyone!

For health reasons, I underwent two years of treatment. Throughout the process, the excellent RGI team provided attentive care, especially Dr. Akas Jain, an outstanding physician. His expertise was exceptional from egg retrieval through embryo transfer. Yesterday, May 20, on this day filled with love, I heard my baby's heartbeat for the first time. It felt as though the whole world became quiet, leaving only that warm, gentle rhythm. I sincerely thank Dr. Akas Jain for helping me fulfill my dream of becoming a mother at age 42! 💕

Dr. Jain is the best! Highly recommended. He referred me to an excellent surgeon for a uterine procedure, followed by egg retrieval and transfer, and now I am pregnant. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend him.

If you are experiencing infertility or on a TTC journey, look no further. RGI and Dr. Jain have been amazing over the past year. We ultimately had two egg retrievals. The first produced only two genetically normal embryos, and both transfers failed. Dr. Jain urged us not to give up and to try again, and we trusted him. He took time on a Saturday to call my husband and me, discuss our options, and explain what we would do differently. After the second retrieval, we transferred our third embryo, and it worked! We are now 7 weeks pregnant. Dr. Warwar was also an excellent provider, as were Allison and Stacia. Donna was a wonderful nurse navigator. Thank you, RGI, for giving us our dream of building a family. We will always be grateful!

Compared with my previous clinic, I felt very supported at RGI. Nurses Amy and Julia were wonderful and answered my many questions. Dr. Jain was honest and direct. He never gave me false hope, yet still allowed me to remain hopeful. We are currently waiting for our little miracle.

RGI has been a dream come true. We struggled with secondary infertility and decided to go the IVF route. Dr Jain is always up front and honest about what to expect and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. At RGI, you get such an individualized plan based on your needs, unlike other fertility offices where you feel like one in a heard of cattle. We have completed 3 egg retrievals with RGI and have had success with each one! My IVF coordinator, Julia, has also been such an important part of our journey! She is so caring and knowledgeable! Just like Dr Jain, she truly cares about her patients and their outcomes! Without Julia I never would have had the courage to do IVF in the first place and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is!
