미시시피대학교 의료원 소개

Excellent experience! Everyone was so polite and welcoming. I recently lost my mother, and although I had not known them long, they gave me a great deal of support and help during this time. Tiera was also amazing! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the woman at the front desk, but she was very kind, and I greatly appreciated her hug. The entire team was outstanding, and I think I have found my women’s health home.

We went for an ultrasound to learn the baby's sex and brought our 18-month-old because we could not find childcare. Only just before the ultrasound did staff tell us children were not allowed. No one mentioned this during registration or when we booked the appointment. I had taken time off work for the scan. Clinic policies should not be assumed to be common knowledge unless clearly posted.

I was referred to this clinic, and I have to say that I have had no problems from day one. Every staff member has shown exceptional care and kindness. In the past, doctors and nurses sometimes dismissed my concerns, but these wonderful women take time to listen and assess them as thoroughly as possible. I am glad that someone is finally listening to my concerns about my body. I highly recommend them. Please be patient, as the wait may sometimes be longer, but that is because they take patients seriously and perform thorough examinations, especially ultrasounds.

This medical facility provides very poor service. My appointment was at 2:00, and I arrived 20 minutes early, but I had to leave at 2:45 because no one had seen me. There were no updates, and no one took my vital signs. They are understaffed at every visit, and the wait is an hour. I would not recommend them to anyone because they are fully booked and you cannot schedule at a convenient time, so I missed work without even seeing a doctor.

I have tried calling for several days, but no one answers. Today I waited an hour and a half before the call disconnected. This is very unprofessional and frustrating because I am 6 weeks pregnant and still looking for a doctor. ://
