Dr. Amanda Hurliman, United States
Dr. Amanda K. Hurliman is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. She joined Seattle Reproductive Medicine in 2024 after more than a decade at ORM Fertility, where she served as medical director and was recognized as a Top Doctor in the Portland community beginning in 2015.
Dr. Hurliman has extensive experience in in vitro fertilization, genetics and fertility, preimplantation genetic testing, and complex fertility conditions. She is committed to giving every patient the best opportunity for a healthy pregnancy and baby.
Dr. Hurliman understands that every patient's fertility journey is unique and is known for thoughtful, compassionate care. From the beginning, she seeks to understand each patient's personal story and use it to guide individualized care. Her primary goal is to educate patients about factors that may affect fertility and the available treatment options, empowering them to make the best decisions for themselves.
As a fellow, Dr. Hurliman received the prestigious ASRM/SREI National Research Service Award training grant for her research on cardiovascular health and infertility. She also received ASRM and SREI training research awards for her work on treatment strategies for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and couples with unexplained infertility. She has remained actively involved in research throughout her career.
Dr. Hurliman's personal experience with pregnancy and childbirth after having twin boys early in her medical education profoundly shaped her career. This life-changing experience strengthened her commitment to helping people facing infertility. She is grateful each day to advocate for and educate patients on their path to building a family.
