I have been going to FCNE since April and have completed 2 cycles. The doctors and nurses have been wonderful. The early-morning monitoring appointments at the Leominster satellite office are excellent. Chelsea is wonderful, always makes me feel at ease, and quickly answers any questions we have. When we lost our first baby to miscarriage, everyone was very supportive and helped me prepare to try again. It has been a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Amir Mor. He was not helpful at all. He did not want to answer my questions, told me in an irritated tone that we were ‘repeating ourselves,’ and told me to use Google and do my own research. I expected a doctor like this to have empathy and want to help others, but the opposite was true. I am going to another clinic.

This clinic is absolutely terrible and not worth visiting. Do not go to any FCNE clinic; they only want to take your money.

After seeing another Latino review, I have to say that I did not feel Mary Kelley-Webber's questions were targeted. In fact, I found them very informative in setting expectations about procedural and health requirements. I personally wish more offices had someone like her. Most IVF offices in the Greater Boston area are difficult to reach, and Mary Kelley-Webber's prompt, informative responses made my partner and me strongly consider Fertility Solutions New England. At the moment, our first cycle feels more like a race against time because we hope to use our employer-funded benefits during this calendar year, and FSNE is fully booked this December. We may consider them for our next cycle next year. My only hesitation is that their availability seems more limited than other clinics in the area. That concerns me somewhat because everything, at least for women, must be timed within our cycles, making scheduling flexibility and availability essential.

My husband and I had an appointment this summer and were excited to have a consultation and begin the family-planning process. We carefully completed the pre-visit questionnaire and made sure to explain our situation and what we wanted to discuss in great detail. My husband and I need to use donor sperm, so we were not TTC in the traditional way, if you know what I mean. We were excited to discuss our options, where to begin, and what the next steps would be. The consultation was virtual, so we opened Zoom. Dr. Hill joined and immediately asked, “How long have you been trying to become pregnant without success?” I was somewhat shocked because we had carefully completed a form explaining in detail that we had not. I clarified our situation, and he replied, “Oh, then what are we discussing today?” Dr. Hill then realized he should review the printed information from our form in front of him. While reviewing my statistics, including my age and height, he stopped abruptly when he reached my weight and said, “Oh. Your weight is quite high, so we need to go straight to the big guns and do full IVF. Unless you can commit to losing 15–30 pounds, but even then...” I immediately felt like crying. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and wear a size 14. I know perfectly well that I am not petite, but being told that I was too heavy to have a baby without using the “big guns” was excessive and extremely tactless. At that point, Dr. Hill told me we would need various tests and that I should call on the first day of my next cycle to schedule “probing” on day three. He quickly asked, “Okay, well, any questions?” and ended the Zoom call while already standing up from his desk. Overall, our call lasted 8 minutes. It ended with us feeling shocked and ashamed, and certainly no further along on the path to becoming parents, something we had wanted for so long. A call we had been so excited about ultimately felt deeply traumatic. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up, and we also received a $500 bill. I am still not sure what it was for.

I wish I could give zero stars. The service was terrible, especially from Dr. Moore. What an awful doctor. There were incorrect charges, and when I requested all my medical information, they acted as though they were trying to hide something. There was no transparency at all!

I could not even get through to schedule an appointment! The call disconnected, and I was told to chat with AI instead of a real person. You may as well go online and fill everything out, although it felt like I might as well hand over my left kidney! Making an effort to provide “good customer service,” as you hear during the first 30 calls to these people, is clearly not a priority for them.

My wife and I had our first child through FCNE. The best part of our experience was conceiving our daughter on the first attempt. I remember most of the staff being friendly and easy to work with. We are very grateful that they helped us have our first child. What dissatisfied me was that during our first egg retrieval, I asked the doctor we worked with, Plante, whether the embryos could be tested for abnormalities and sex. She snapped at me and responded so judgmentally that I felt the question was inappropriate. Our other interactions were pleasant enough, but she sharply criticized me when I raised this subject, which embarrassed me. A few years later, after we had our daughter, we spent about $5,900 on embryo testing. Several months later, Dr. Plante called to discuss the treatment results. My wife was at work and could not answer, so the doctor left a voicemail saying she had “bad news.” We tried to call back but encountered repeated obstacles and were told we would have to wait a month to reach the doctor and learn what had happened. When we finally spoke with the doctor during a virtual appointment one month later, I raised the issue: leaving a voicemail and then disappearing for a month was both inconsiderate and unprofessional. I felt their response to my complaint was very poor and showed almost no empathy. About five years have now passed, and their charges have reached the point that we must make the difficult decision whether to keep or discard our remaining embryos. Storage costs $800 per year, far more than before, and continue to increase annually. When we first began working with FCNE, they offered embryo donation, but they have apparently stopped. We are now on our own, although they will charge a $250 transfer fee if we find a donation option ourselves. If we want to discard the embryos, they require a notarized statement approximately one month before the payment date. They have made an already difficult situation even harder and seem to lack compassion. They have earned tens of thousands of dollars from us, so their practices appear commercially greedy. I believe it is unethical not to honor the donation policy that patients relied on when joining years ago, believing they would receive help if they ever faced this decision.

Some people are kind and helpful, while others are not. When dealing with something like this, the last thing you want is someone acting impatient when you are simply trying to schedule an appointment.

Every time I approach the front desk, the staff make me feel as though I am bothering them. They never smile. I had previously heard good things about them, but honestly, after reading other reviews, I am glad to know I am not the only person who feels this way.

I wish I could give a negative rating. Avoid FCNE at all costs! Our experience involved medical gaslighting, negligence, and poor care, making an already difficult journey even harder. Staff frequently made mistakes, including forgetting to schedule laboratory tests, failing to communicate treatment steps, and giving conflicting advice. There were also incorrect insurance details, no accountability, and complete disregard for the emotional strain of fertility difficulties. We constantly had to advocate for ourselves, yet matters were still delayed or mishandled. After changing clinics, we were told FCNE had missed important tests, and now we must restart the entire process. The emotional strain combined with poor medical care made it almost impossible to trust them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

This clinic is extremely unprofessional. We met with Dr. Gargiulo and found him very unprofessional. A doctor who speaks badly about colleagues behind their backs comes across as immature. He constantly boasted about his experience and other accomplishments, making him seem narcissistic. Communication at this clinic is very poor. If you do not believe me, read the lowest-rated reviews, which confirm this. The billing and insurance department is also unprofessional and uncommunicative, and patients become the scapegoats. Although I provided my insurance information, they did not bill my insurer and instead classified me as self-pay. I was extremely disappointed by this experience and would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
    Oct 31, 2025
I wish I could give negative stars. Do not go here! Do not go!!! The worst communication, the worst clinic, and the worst process—I am completely disgusted by everything about them.

I would give zero stars if I could. The service is cold and unreliable. Their phone recording promises "excellent customer service," but you will not find it here. The staff sets completely unrealistic expectations and knows nothing about each patient's specific treatment plan. No one knows who you are or where you are in treatment, and different nurses give different advice. The doctor assigned to you may not be the one actually responsible for your care, and follow-up is extremely poor. The only award on the wall is from 2012, probably the last time they provided good service. It is no surprise they have not won another since. Seriously, go elsewhere.
    Jan 21, 2026
Terrible service, excessively long phone waits, and completely unprepared operators. They treated us very poorly, said they had no interpreter, and made no effort to help us.

Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away. This medical facility is disgusting.

The best fertility treatment facility. They are kind and informative. Their care team was very helpful and made the entire process less stressful. An excellent choice!

I recommend going elsewhere for your fertility needs. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for a year and decided to see a fertility doctor. My OB-GYN had already performed basic hormone testing and found nothing abnormal, but my husband's testing prompted him to seek further evaluation. We completed the online pre-appointment form and described what we already knew. They made me the primary patient because I would be the one carrying the pregnancy. Our first appointment lasted only 15 minutes. The doctor asked me basic questions I had already answered on the form—whether I smoked or drank—but asked my husband even fewer questions. He then declared that the only issue was my age—I was 35—and ordered a series of tests for me. My husband asked about his own testing, including sperm count and hormone levels, and the doctor said we could do it if we wanted. His hormone testing turned out to be only an STI screening, and he had to drive to a clinic an hour away for semen analysis because the nearby office did not offer it. My husband still has not received the results. When he called, they told him we had to submit a release-of-results form (?). Then we received a $450 bill. We spoke with two other couples who initially went to New England Fertility Center but left for another clinic because they were dissatisfied with their care. Overall, I felt the doctor lacked compassion and treated us like a paycheck rather than patients discussing a sensitive issue. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I really liked Fertility Solutions itself; they were personable and professional. Since the merger, I have become just a number. Every time I call, the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. They made me create a complete "new patient" profile because they could not "find" my previous records. 3 months later, we were able to access our old records...🫠. When I called to ask about their COVID vaccine policy at the request of our surrogacy agency, the front desk woman did not know, which was fine, and transferred me to the nurses' station. Instead of reaching someone there, I left a voicemail. According to their policy, I should have received a response by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, I never got a call back. I am always someone else's problem. The company truly does not care as long as it meets its quotas.
    Feb 12, 2026
    Just, no.
    Nov 22, 2024
I called to ask for information because I do not know much about these matters, and the woman who answered was very rude and condescending. She should not treat patients that way, especially regarding sensitive issues like these. She made me feel very embarrassed.

Dr. Vitiello is excellent and direct! Michelle M. in finance/insurance went above and beyond to help me obtain IVF authorization/referral. The sonographers and lab technicians were also very kind, especially considering how early we arrived. The nurses quickly responded about prescription refills and any questions I had. The portal is excellent! So far, I have had a wonderful experience! Update: I recently had my beautiful twin daughters! I could not be more grateful!

I saw Dr. Hill in February 2023. I had been receiving fertility treatment since January 2021 and still had 6 months remaining on a 12-month waiting list for my local REI team, so I thought I would stay with friends and receive treatment in New Hampshire. Dr. Hill looked at my BMI—we all know it is unreliable, and mine was not especially high—said nothing could be done until I lost weight, offered medication options because I have PCOS, and ended the appointment after 7 minutes. A few months later, my local team reviewed my two-miscarriage history—not just my BMI—and said chromosomal abnormalities in the embryos were likely responsible. They began treatment, and I am now six months pregnant. You can go to FCNE, but find a provider who considers the whole person. We are more than our BMI, and infertility treatment is not one-size-fits-all.

The staff here are wonderful! They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Claire, Vanessa, Lynn, and the other women are the best. Thank you for everything you do and for being such kind people. I truly appreciate all of you. Linda M.

We are actively preparing for an IVF cycle and feel that Dr. V is very professional! She made us feel that she had carefully reviewed our complete medical history and tailored the treatment plan to us. The patient portal is easy to use, and every department responds quickly. We are very excited about the next steps!

They constantly change things so I have to spend more money. I have been patient, but they provide no information about next steps. I work in social services and understand that they are busy, but I still keep my clients informed about their cases. Here, I am not a person; I am only a source of money. I am now trying to obtain my personal information and find another program to work with. My husband has cystic fibrosis, and it has been nearly a year since his sperm retrieval. Once again, I am being asked to complete bloodwork and many tests I have already completed countless times. If you want a transparent fertility team, do not come here.

Dr. Weiss and Dr. Vitirllo were compassionate. She performed my transfer, and my child is now 4 years old. They listened and addressed the problem.

I had a very good egg-freezing experience with Dr. Plante and her team. Everything was smooth, informative, and professional.
    Feb 12, 2020
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Robert Weiss at FCNE. It was a complete waste of time and money. He never read my chart before speaking with me, was inattentive and dishonest, had a terrible bedside manner, and showed no compassion. After two failed IUIs, two failed IVF implantations, one twin miscarriage, and a year, I left FCNE several thousand dollars poorer and without a child. I might attribute this to bad luck, but I changed fertility centers and became pregnant after the first implantation thanks to the remarkable concept of 'protocol adjustment,' instead of Dr. Weiss simply doing the same thing over and over. A bad person, a bad doctor, and a terrible experience caused my mental health to deteriorate completely. I do not know how he sleeps at night.

Even with IVF, I had only a 3% chance at age 42. Dr. Hill and his excellent team worked with my husband and me—and the rest of our team—to bring our sweet, beautiful, intelligent girl into the world. It still feels like a dream. His embryology team is first-rate. I could not recommend them more highly.

After my wife was found to have a uterine problem, we naively chose this clinic because it offered a free third cycle if the first two were unsuccessful. We were then sold every special test and procedure, like a car salesman manipulating his target. We were emotionally distressed and vulnerable, and this clinic knows how to exploit people's suffering. They have practically turned it into a science. After spending more than $30,000 and enduring a painful year-long process, we were told that our two beautiful, healthy, fully tested embryos had both died—both transfers failed. Because we had agreed to all the expensive testing, we were then told we no longer qualified for the free third cycle. So we are now worse off than before and $30,000 poorer. This clinic is nothing but a cash cow for negligent doctors who put desperate couples through misery. My wife was one of many people sent into an empty hallway filled with construction equipment and no staff present, where she waited another two hours after receiving confusing directions. If you are the father, expect to be completely disregarded throughout the process. Your pain and feelings mean nothing to them. They repeatedly misspelled my wife's name and never considered her autoimmune condition. They use a one-size-fits-all protocol, and you are absolutely just a number and a paycheck. I hope this review persuades at least one inexperienced couple not to choose this place. My wife and I are now going to CCRMI, which is night and day compared with this clinic, and we feel hopeful there. Please avoid this clinic!!!!!! Save yourself the time, money, and heartache. They are so cold and unprofessional.

This fertility clinic does not allow children to accompany patients to routine appointments such as blood draws and ultrasounds. I understand that the policy is intended to create a safe and emotionally sensitive environment for providers and patients. However, it creates a real challenge for patients who already have children, requiring them to arrange childcare merely to attend a quick appointment. I raised this issue with Dr. Hill's care team and was pleased to receive a call from the director of patient services, who was professional, listened well, and promised to share my feedback with her team. This three-star rating does not reflect the quality of care provided, but I hope my review helps patients with children who are exploring their options!

I was unhappy with my consultation. I scheduled an IUI consultation, but Dr. Hill focused on IVF throughout. When I clarified that my consultation was only for IUI, Dr. Hill said IUI was a waste of time and money. If the goal is to discourage couples from IUI, why offer it? I found Dr. Hill's approach overly promotional, presenting IVF as the only viable option.
    Jul 29, 2024
I contacted FCNE through its online portal to ask about IUI. I had already completed fertility testing through my OB/GYN and started a medicated cycle, but could not undergo IUI because my insurance required it to be performed by a reproductive endocrinologist. I explained this in the portal. Soon afterward, their director of concierge services emailed me about the consultation and required testing. The email said, "For female patients, because of anesthesia requirements, we require a BMI below 36% because we are an outpatient facility." I replied, repeating that I had already been tested and had a treatment plan. I told them my BMI was above 36% and asked whether that automatically excluded me from all services even though I was not seeking anything requiring anesthesia. The director replied with a very brief email stating they would not treat me or even consult with me about services until my BMI was below 36%. This place needs to seriously improve its understanding of its patient population. I have dealt with endometriosis for years, which directly contributed to weight gain, along with chronic physical discomfort, lack of answers, dismissive healthcare providers, and stress. Now I am also coping with infertility. All of these significantly contribute to weight gain. Their patients come to them during emotionally stressful times, yet they offered no support. I understand that they must follow certain guidelines and policies, but the insensitive way they communicated this was appalling. At minimum, they could offer resources and support to help people seeking fertility services become eligible, or provide alternatives. Such a rapid and harsh rejection is inappropriate when a family already feels desperate about being unable to conceive.
    May 25, 2024
I went through the process of creating embryos with donor sperm, and it was a great experience. I did not need to ask many questions because the information was thorough and relevant. The only drawback was that Dr. Hill speaks very quickly and has a lot of information to provide. I usually recorded the calls so I could review them later. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them!
    Feb 28, 2024
Treatment is extremely expensive, and the care team is very rude. You never know who will respond to your messages, no one is direct, and there is constant passive-aggressive rudeness and insensitivity while they drain your wallet. I did conceive successfully, but I cried every time I had to speak with them. They need sensitivity training and perhaps an entirely new staff. They are condescending and still do not answer your questions. It took them a week and four replies, yet no one bothered to actually review a PDF of lab results I sent for evaluation. Constant nonsense and belittling.
    Feb 21, 2024
Do not go here; they are scammers and thieves. They tell you the first consultation is free, but it is not. They say you can arrange a payment plan and continue treatment, but that is a lie. My wife and I have been seeing them for months, met the doctor only once for the "free" initial consultation, and were forced to repeat a series of tests we had already completed and that were in our medical records, simply so they could charge for doing them again. We now owe them hundreds of dollars and have received virtually nothing. They froze our account until it is paid in full, so we cannot continue treatment. I say continue treatment, but we were never able to begin because they did nothing for us beyond the initial consultation and repeating tests already completed. They are not trying to help you have a child; they are only taking your money.
    Aug 8, 2025
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have very strict weight requirements and provide no help at all. The staff are extremely rude and mean.

I sincerely want to express my gratitude to Dr. Antonio Gargiulo and give him a 10 out of 10 for my stage IV endometriosis excision surgery and appendectomy at Winchester Hospital on May 1. I suffered from infertility, painful periods, and constant exhaustion for 21 years. Dr. Gargiulo transformed my life. From the first consultation, he made me feel heard, understood, and cared for. His professionalism, compassion, and expertise are admirable, but what impressed me most was the genuine concern he showed throughout my care. Immediately after surgery, Dr. Gargiulo personally contacted my husband, then called me the next day to check on my recovery. His nurse also contacted me to ensure I was well. During the first postoperative week, I developed severe gas pain and difficulty breathing. When I contacted the clinic, Dr. Gargiulo and his nurse responded promptly and compassionately. After evaluation at urgent care, I was advised to go to the emergency room to rule out pulmonary embolism. Even during this stressful experience, Dr. Gargiulo remained actively involved. He personally contacted the attending physician in the SSH emergency room to discuss my surgical history and provide current clinical information. The emergency physician commented on how rare it was for a surgeon to remain so involved. During an anxious and uncertain time, knowing Dr. Gargiulo was advocating for me gave me tremendous comfort and reassurance. Thankfully, all tests, including CT scans of my chest and abdomen, were normal, with no blood clots found. Now, three weeks after surgery, I feel much better. One of the most emotional moments was my first period after surgery. For the first time in over 20 years, the pain was minimal. I needed only one dose of Extra Strength Tylenol for mild cramps—something I could never have imagined after years of severe pain. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Gargiulo for his exceptional care. He combines outstanding surgical expertise with rare compassion and humanity. I sincerely wish more physicians practiced with his level of dedication and empathy. I have a young daughter who means everything to me. Although I hope she never suffers from endometriosis, if she ever needs treatment, I would trust Dr. Gargiulo completely.
    Apr 22, 2026
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gargiulo. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was very afraid of surgery, so I greatly appreciated how smooth and reassuring he made the process. He listened patiently and addressed my concerns seriously, never dismissing them. High-quality endometriosis care is uncommon, so it is no surprise that Dr. Gargiulo is in such demand.

Dr. Gargiulo is an outstanding surgeon whose expertise and experience set him apart. From my first consultation, his deep understanding of complex endometriosis was clear, as was the meticulous care he brings to every case. His skill is reflected not only in surgical outcomes but also in his clear explanations and realistic expectations for patients. What impressed me most was his extensive experience. He has clearly treated thousands of complex cases and shows a level of confidence in gynecologic surgical decision-making that is rare. Patients wait to see him for good reason. His time is limited, his cases are complex, and his expertise is uncommon. His previous role as a director at a teaching hospital further reassured me that his decisions are guided by the patient's best interests. In a healthcare system that often values volume over quality, his approach is different. No matter how long surgery takes, he ensures it is thorough and precise. If you want an experienced endometriosis excision surgeon and are willing to wait for the right specialist, I absolutely recommend Dr. Gargiulo.

It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Gargiulo's care changed my life for the better. Choosing a specialist is essential—I learned this after making the mistake before—and his excellent reputation is well deserved! My diagnoses were stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis.

I had a myomectomy on December 22 and could not have asked for a better surgeon or specialist team at Lahey. Dr. G, as I call him because I can never remember his name, explained every step in detail, from preparation and surgery to aftercare. He and his team made sure I understood every document and discussion, which put me at ease. The care I received at Lahey that morning made me feel comfortable and reassured. During surgery, he found and removed cervical endometriosis lesions. He also removed three large fibroids through very small incisions. He personally called the next day to check on me, and his team stayed in touch by text and phone to provide all necessary postoperative information and answer my questions. My recovery has been excellent. More than three months later, I feel almost completely recovered, and I was able to start moving around within days. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. G, his entire team, Lahey Clinic, the nurses, anesthesiologists, and everyone involved in my care. Thank you!!!

Dr. Gargiulo is the physician, surgeon, and advocate I trust most. He is responsible, highly skilled, a good listener, creative, and flexible. He performed my laparoscopic/robot-assisted myomectomy and provided personalized, evidence-based fertility guidance. In early 2024, I first sought his help at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) for an embryo transfer (ET), but his waitlist was over a year. Given my age, I had to see other doctors. After two failed transfers, I returned to his practice at Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE) in 2025. We reviewed my fibroids, which several previous doctors considered irrelevant to fertility (FIGO grades 4-6). Dr. Gargiulo clearly recommended removing them before another transfer and confidently explained the rationale for laparoscopic surgery. His prompt diagnosis and firm judgment made the decision easy. Despite his long waitlist, he listened carefully to my concerns about time at age 47, developed several options, called me personally to discuss them, and ultimately found a surgical plan that fit my timeline. Dr. Gargiulo removed 9 fibroids, several measuring 4-5 cm, and extensive adhesions. About a week later, I noticed some firmness near an incision. He assessed me remotely right away, then saw me in person and reassured me that it was normal scar tissue. My spotting, night sweats, and heavy bleeding all resolved, suggesting the fibroids may have contributed to the failed transfers. His surgical skill and accurate judgment were crucial. Next, Dr. Gargiulo reviewed all my data, advocated for me, and advised me to prioritize another program that allowed Day 3 embryo transfers. He also showed cultural understanding by relating my recent lab results to my home country, immediately easing my concerns. When a last-minute conflict affected our appointment, he even offered another time during his own break/meeting. His commitment and care are admirable. I now understand firsthand why Dr. Gargiulo is regarded as a world-renowned fertility specialist/surgeon. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care he provided during my fertility journey. I highly recommend him to anyone facing infertility/fibroids who wants effective solutions and patient-centered care!

This review has been a long time coming because words cannot describe the impact Dr. G has had on my life. He is the best doctor I have ever met. People often say it takes medicine a decade to update clinical recommendations, but that is not true of Dr. G. He remains current and participates in the latest research. His surgical skill is unmatched. It is exceptionally rare to find a doctor who understands the pathophysiology of endometriosis and also possesses such extraordinary surgical ability. His technique is meticulous. If you watch videos of his myomectomies, you can see how different his surgery is. My case was complex, involving stage IV endometriosis and very large fibroids. Other surgeons recommended egg retrieval before surgery and an open operation. At our first visit, Dr. G said he was very glad I had found him because he disagreed with those recommendations. My laparoscopic surgery was extremely successful, and he reassured me that I did not need IVF. I had been through a great deal and was worried that my fibroids would recur, so I asked him to help me complete one cycle. We completed one cycle, and every stage was successful. I have no doubt that his approach to endometriosis saved me substantial time and effort. After an IVF pregnancy, I later conceived my second baby naturally. If you have endometriosis, fibroids, or fertility concerns, make an appointment with him. Even if the wait is long or the journey is far, it is absolutely worthwhile. He will order the necessary tests, answer every question directly, and give honest advice. He is a highly skilled and ethical surgeon. Choosing him brings peace of mind.

I waited a long time for surgery with Dr. Gargiulo, but it was entirely worthwhile. My fibroids had become unbearably painful and difficult to manage. My uterus had enlarged to the size of a 16-week pregnancy, and a 10-centimeter fibroid on the left had displaced my pelvic organs. Most surgeons would have chosen open surgery because of the fibroids' size and resulting distortion of my anatomy, but Dr. Gargiulo performed a robotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy with remarkable precision. He is the only physician in New England with focused certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is a pioneer in robotic surgery for complex fibroids and uterine conditions. The skill of Dr. Gargiulo and his team is extraordinary. I feel profound relief and gratitude and am so glad I did not stop waiting for him.

Dr. Gargiulo performed a completely unnecessary surgery on me. At age 35, he diagnosed me with premature ovarian failure and then performed tubal reversal surgery. Afterward, despite knowing I could not become pregnant, he sent me home to "start trying" for a baby. I paid $8000 out of pocket. He also included false statements in my medical report. He wrote that we had discussed something "in depth" when it was actually only one sentence.

Dr. Gargiulo is a truly gifted surgeon. He performed my surgery with exceptional precision and went above and beyond at every step. A fibroid surgery had been planned, but he unexpectedly found hidden endometriosis lesions and removed them using minimally invasive surgery. Beyond his surgical skill, his warm manner is also remarkable. Surgery is serious work, and Dr. Gargiulo perfectly balances professionalism with approachability. He is honest, direct, and transparent—he never sugarcoats anything, and that candor earns his patients' trust. His commitment to excellence shows in everything he does. I had two surgeries with him, during which he successfully addressed three different issues. I was his patient for a full year and recovered very well. After the first surgery, he even called personally to check on my recovery, which meant a great deal to me. His practice is very busy, and the nursing staff cares for many patients because everyone wants him as their surgeon. I waited more than six months for surgery, but I do not regret a second of it. He was absolutely worth the wait. I have now moved to another state and feel incredibly fortunate to have been his patient. I wish Dr. G could always be my OB-GYN. His knowledge, training, expertise, and success rate rank among the best in the country. If you have the opportunity to see him, do not pass it up.

In August, Dr. Antonio Gargiulo and Dr. Amara Watkins performed combined surgery for pelvic and diaphragmatic endometriosis, supported by a urology specialist. Before surgery, I had persistent shoulder pain, right-sided breathing difficulty, menstrual pain, and recurrent pneumothorax related to pelvic and thoracic/diaphragmatic endometriosis. In one day, they performed thoracic/diaphragmatic excision and pelvic laparoscopic surgery. I woke without pain and have remained pain-free. My shoulder pain, breathing difficulty, menstrual pain, and pneumothorax are gone, and normal breathing, movement, and life have returned. Their expertise, coordination, and care were exceptional. I highly recommend both surgeons and this combined approach for complex endometriosis involving the pelvis and diaphragm. The surgery gave me my life back.

Dr. G performed an uncommon procedure that enabled me to become pregnant after multiple miscarriages and complications. Most physicians do not offer this surgery, and he is clearly a reproductive specialist. Thanks to his skill and attentive care, we can celebrate our son’s birthday!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Gargiulo. From my first visit, he demonstrated exceptional knowledge, patience, and kindness. He took time to explain everything in detail and ensured that I fully understood the plan for my complex surgery and what to expect during recovery. I underwent robot-assisted radical excision of stage IV endometriosis and right ureteral reimplantation, a very complex operation. Despite its scope, the surgery was highly successful. I am sincerely grateful for the close collaboration among Dr. Gargiulo, a colorectal surgeon, and my urologist, whose efforts made this complex procedure so successful. Dr. Gargiulo's skill and expertise are remarkable, and he clearly cares deeply about his patients. Throughout the process, I felt confident in his abilities and treatment and fully supported. If you are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about your health, I strongly recommend Dr. Gargiulo.

After a frustrating experience with endometriosis surgery that felt like a complete waste of time, I finally found Dr. Gargiulo through Nancy's Nook on Facebook. My case was extremely complex, with extensive endometriosis, and it turned out that I also had adenomyosis. He was the first to identify the adenomyosis. I spent a long time trying to conceive, consulting doctor after doctor and clinic after clinic, but no one seemed able to help. Dr. Gargiulo's expertise, remarkable patience, and genuine care made all the difference. He performed extensive surgery with exceptional skill and remained transparent about every possibility as we proceeded with IVF. For the first time in a long while, I truly felt heard, and all my questions were answered with compassion and understanding. Incredibly, I became pregnant after just one transfer attempt! He and his team helped my husband and me achieve our long-awaited dream of having a child. His surgical skill is outstanding. He is meticulous and thoughtful, and clearly an expert in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone facing fertility challenges! Thank God we found Dr. G!

I had surgery with Dr. Gargiulo several weeks ago. After countless surgeries over the years, I can honestly say he is among the best doctors/surgeons I have worked with. Every appointment was professional, and questions were answered understandably. I received excellent care before, during, and after surgery. The operation changed my life; I had not realized the severity of my internal problems and already feel much better. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and respectful. I am reassured that my primary doctor can contact the office if I need further services and that Dr. Gargiulo can help arrange specialized care.

Dr. Gargiulo truly cares about his patients and is excellent at his work. I would find it hard to trust anyone else. Dr. G recently performed a myomectomy and endometriosis excision for me. If you have fibroids and are considering a laparoscopic myomectomy, you must see Dr. G because there is a strong possibility you also have endometriosis. He will remove the fibroids and any endometriosis he finds while leaving your uterus intact. The robot's precision is impressive, and the incisions are very small. He even took care to place the two lower incisions below my bikini line, which I appreciated! Undergoing surgery and recovery is not an easy decision for anyone, but I slept well knowing I had entrusted my care to the best. I must also mention that I had a hundred or more questions, and he answered every one in a way I could understand. I appreciate his patience, which many doctors lack.

A wonderful person and an excellent doctor. I had severe endometriosis with infiltration of the uterine wall, or external adenomyosis. Dr. Gargiulo developed a highly personalized IVF protocol for my endometriosis and gave our family the gift of life. We are deeply grateful to the doctor and his team.
