    很明显,这一切都是为了盈利,根本不是为了病人着想。

This clinic made mistakes during all four attempts, and many things were overlooked. Make sure every detail is handled properly.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Extremely unprofessional, and they do not care about patients. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away. This medical facility is disgusting.

Terrible service, excessively long phone waits, and completely unprepared operators. They treated us very poorly, said they had no interpreter, and made no effort to help us.

I would give zero stars if I could. The service is cold and unreliable. Their phone recording promises "excellent customer service," but you will not find it here. The staff sets completely unrealistic expectations and knows nothing about each patient's specific treatment plan. No one knows who you are or where you are in treatment, and different nurses give different advice. The doctor assigned to you may not be the one actually responsible for your care, and follow-up is extremely poor. The only award on the wall is from 2012, probably the last time they provided good service. It is no surprise they have not won another since. Seriously, go elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative stars. Do not go here! Do not go!!! The worst communication, the worst clinic, and the worst process—I am completely disgusted by everything about them.

This clinic is extremely unprofessional. We met with Dr. Gargiulo and found him very unprofessional. A doctor who speaks badly about colleagues behind their backs comes across as immature. He constantly boasted about his experience and other accomplishments, making him seem narcissistic. Communication at this clinic is very poor. If you do not believe me, read the lowest-rated reviews, which confirm this. The billing and insurance department is also unprofessional and uncommunicative, and patients become the scapegoats. Although I provided my insurance information, they did not bill my insurer and instead classified me as self-pay. I was extremely disappointed by this experience and would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I wish I could give a negative rating. Avoid FCNE at all costs! Our experience involved medical gaslighting, negligence, and poor care, making an already difficult journey even harder. Staff frequently made mistakes, including forgetting to schedule laboratory tests, failing to communicate treatment steps, and giving conflicting advice. There were also incorrect insurance details, no accountability, and complete disregard for the emotional strain of fertility difficulties. We constantly had to advocate for ourselves, yet matters were still delayed or mishandled. After changing clinics, we were told FCNE had missed important tests, and now we must restart the entire process. The emotional strain combined with poor medical care made it almost impossible to trust them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

They refused to investigate my issue and hung up on me.

Every time I approach the front desk, the staff make me feel as though I am bothering them. They never smile. I had previously heard good things about them, but honestly, after reading other reviews, I am glad to know I am not the only person who feels this way.

Some people are kind and helpful, while others are not. When dealing with something like this, the last thing you want is someone acting impatient when you are simply trying to schedule an appointment.

My wife and I had our first child through FCNE. The best part of our experience was conceiving our daughter on the first attempt. I remember most of the staff being friendly and easy to work with. We are very grateful that they helped us have our first child. What dissatisfied me was that during our first egg retrieval, I asked the doctor we worked with, Plante, whether the embryos could be tested for abnormalities and sex. She snapped at me and responded so judgmentally that I felt the question was inappropriate. Our other interactions were pleasant enough, but she sharply criticized me when I raised this subject, which embarrassed me. A few years later, after we had our daughter, we spent about $5,900 on embryo testing. Several months later, Dr. Plante called to discuss the treatment results. My wife was at work and could not answer, so the doctor left a voicemail saying she had “bad news.” We tried to call back but encountered repeated obstacles and were told we would have to wait a month to reach the doctor and learn what had happened. When we finally spoke with the doctor during a virtual appointment one month later, I raised the issue: leaving a voicemail and then disappearing for a month was both inconsiderate and unprofessional. I felt their response to my complaint was very poor and showed almost no empathy. About five years have now passed, and their charges have reached the point that we must make the difficult decision whether to keep or discard our remaining embryos. Storage costs $800 per year, far more than before, and continue to increase annually. When we first began working with FCNE, they offered embryo donation, but they have apparently stopped. We are now on our own, although they will charge a $250 transfer fee if we find a donation option ourselves. If we want to discard the embryos, they require a notarized statement approximately one month before the payment date. They have made an already difficult situation even harder and seem to lack compassion. They have earned tens of thousands of dollars from us, so their practices appear commercially greedy. I believe it is unethical not to honor the donation policy that patients relied on when joining years ago, believing they would receive help if they ever faced this decision.

If you are considering this place, do not go!

I could not even get through to schedule an appointment! The call disconnected, and I was told to chat with AI instead of a real person. You may as well go online and fill everything out, although it felt like I might as well hand over my left kidney! Making an effort to provide “good customer service,” as you hear during the first 30 calls to these people, is clearly not a priority for them.

I wish I could give zero stars. The service was terrible, especially from Dr. Moore. What an awful doctor. There were incorrect charges, and when I requested all my medical information, they acted as though they were trying to hide something. There was no transparency at all!

My husband and I had an appointment this summer and were excited to have a consultation and begin the family-planning process. We carefully completed the pre-visit questionnaire and made sure to explain our situation and what we wanted to discuss in great detail. My husband and I need to use donor sperm, so we were not TTC in the traditional way, if you know what I mean. We were excited to discuss our options, where to begin, and what the next steps would be. The consultation was virtual, so we opened Zoom. Dr. Hill joined and immediately asked, “How long have you been trying to become pregnant without success?” I was somewhat shocked because we had carefully completed a form explaining in detail that we had not. I clarified our situation, and he replied, “Oh, then what are we discussing today?” Dr. Hill then realized he should review the printed information from our form in front of him. While reviewing my statistics, including my age and height, he stopped abruptly when he reached my weight and said, “Oh. Your weight is quite high, so we need to go straight to the big guns and do full IVF. Unless you can commit to losing 15–30 pounds, but even then...” I immediately felt like crying. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and wear a size 14. I know perfectly well that I am not petite, but being told that I was too heavy to have a baby without using the “big guns” was excessive and extremely tactless. At that point, Dr. Hill told me we would need various tests and that I should call on the first day of my next cycle to schedule “probing” on day three. He quickly asked, “Okay, well, any questions?” and ended the Zoom call while already standing up from his desk. Overall, our call lasted 8 minutes. It ended with us feeling shocked and ashamed, and certainly no further along on the path to becoming parents, something we had wanted for so long. A call we had been so excited about ultimately felt deeply traumatic. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up, and we also received a $500 bill. I am still not sure what it was for.

After seeing another Latino review, I have to say that I did not feel Mary Kelley-Webber's questions were targeted. In fact, I found them very informative in setting expectations about procedural and health requirements. I personally wish more offices had someone like her. Most IVF offices in the Greater Boston area are difficult to reach, and Mary Kelley-Webber's prompt, informative responses made my partner and me strongly consider Fertility Solutions New England. At the moment, our first cycle feels more like a race against time because we hope to use our employer-funded benefits during this calendar year, and FSNE is fully booked this December. We may consider them for our next cycle next year. My only hesitation is that their availability seems more limited than other clinics in the area. That concerns me somewhat because everything, at least for women, must be timed within our cycles, making scheduling flexibility and availability essential.
