    I had a terrible experience with Dr. Robert Weiss at FCNE. It was a complete waste of time and money. He never read my chart before speaking with me, was inattentive and dishonest, had a terrible bedside manner, and showed no compassion. After two failed IUIs, two failed IVF implantations, one twin miscarriage, and a year, I left FCNE several thousand dollars poorer and without a child. I might attribute this to bad luck, but I changed fertility centers and became pregnant after the first implantation thanks to the remarkable concept of 'protocol adjustment,' instead of Dr. Weiss simply doing the same thing over and over. A bad person, a bad doctor, and a terrible experience caused my mental health to deteriorate completely. I do not know how he sleeps at night.

    I had a very good egg-freezing experience with Dr. Plante and her team. Everything was smooth, informative, and professional.

    Dr. Weiss and Dr. Vitirllo were compassionate. She performed my transfer, and my child is now 4 years old. They listened and addressed the problem.
