Dr. Pei-Li Huang, United States
Dr. Pei-Li Huang views fertility care as “a family willing to bend over backward to provide patients with the best care.” From the start of her career, she demonstrated exceptional sensitivity and professional commitment, graduating with honors from Boston University's six-year BA/MD program with dual degrees in medical science and English literature. She received the Benjamin Tenney Prize in Obstetrics and Gynecology upon graduation. She has been recognized by various publications, including the Consumers' Research Council of America's Guide to America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
She completed her residency in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive biology at Harvard teaching hospital Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the University of California. She has always valued education and has taught at Tufts Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Dr. Huang's credentials include board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Her clinical interests include amenorrhea, pituitary disorders, anovulation and polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent pregnancy loss, and treatment of primary and secondary infertility.
An active member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, she advocates for women's reproductive health. In her free time, Dr. Huang competes in amateur piano competitions and performs solo and chamber music at the annual Massachusetts Medical Society Arts Festival. She also enjoys writing and recently won the society's creative writing competition for an essay about her experiences as an amateur pianist and infertility physician.
