Although my experience with Chicago IVF was brief because I conceived naturally, I can only say that this place is wonderful. The staff were helpful and caring from the start. I highly recommend Chicago IVF for any fertility needs.

Throughout my experience, the nurses and technicians at Chicago IVF in Orland were kind, thoughtful, and efficient.

My small family and I cannot express how grateful we are for our miracle baby. Chicago IVF was wonderful! The nurses, laboratory technicians, embryologists, outpatient surgery center, doctors, and front-desk staff were welcoming and understanding. My experience was excellent. This was my second fertility clinic and by far the better experience. We are deeply grateful and blessed that Chicago IVF helped complete our family.

I have PCOS and did not conceive while working with another clinic. After only one IUI cycle at Chicago IVF, I became pregnant and am now 12 weeks along. They considered my medication and overall health in much greater detail. The nurses in particular were wonderful and helpful. They always communicated with me and were very understanding whenever I had concerns.

Chicago IVF and the entire team were spectacular. Mary, Casey, Ann—everyone was very helpful. I am sorry I cannot remember every name, but I remember the lovely faces that helped us welcome our baby girl. Mary was very kind and patient with my wife. Dr. Schultz and Dr. Brasch were wonderful and helped bring us this blessing. Estephany Soto was exceptionally kind and lovely. She answered my countless questions and told me in advance what needed to be done so there would be no delays. I loved that. People often disregard others’ time and effort, but Estephany cared. They all did. Now for part two. Thank you all for your hard work.

The staff and nurses are always wonderful and very understanding. Thank you, Chicago IVF, for my two children! I will be forever grateful!

Melinda in the new-patient department is wonderful! She has an excellent attitude and is very kind. She quickly gathered all the information and scheduled the appointment.

All the staff are very friendly and organized. I had an excellent experience during treatment here. Results arrived promptly and were available online within hours. My nurse Mary called the same day with every detail and guided me through the next steps. Before each new treatment, they carefully explained what to expect. Fertility treatment is sensitive and can be difficult, but everyone here made me feel welcome, safe, and well cared for. I highly recommend them—10/10!

Great energy, and the staff are always sweet. I was also seen and finished right on schedule.

After four failed IVF cycles at Chicago IVF, I became pregnant on my first attempt after transferring to another clinic. Sometimes you have to try elsewhere! Chicago IVF also continued charging my card $82 for six months of embryo storage despite not having my embryos since July 2023. They have not reimbursed the $492 charged for services not provided. As of this April 2025 update, they have supposedly tried to refund me by email but never completed it or followed up. I am sure others have succeeded here, but I did not, despite being a young, healthy woman with no diagnosed condition. My results were always described as ‘textbook perfect,’ yet no explanation followed each failure. I chose Chicago IVF because of the doctors' credentials, including more than 20 years of experience and Harvard training. My doctor urged genetic testing of my embryos for $3,500 out of pocket, saying it would increase my chance of pregnancy. We proceeded despite concerns about possible embryo damage. I became more concerned when the embryologist performing the testing personally called to ask why I was doing it at age 27 with such a low risk of chromosomal abnormalities. He believed the risks outweighed the benefits for someone my age and advised against doing it again. This was a red flag. Having now attended two fertility clinics, I also found embryo transfer here very uncomfortable. Partners were not allowed in the room. Transfer is emotional, and I felt afraid, anxious, embarrassed, physically uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed that my husband could not join me. I assumed this was standard until we moved to FCI, where my husband stayed with me throughout the transfer. We are now pregnant, and I am grateful he shared that moment. Our new clinic identified factors affecting both my husband and me, tailored my medications to our specific needs, and helped us become pregnant within one month. My greatest concern is why Chicago IVF struggled when another clinic succeeded so readily. I do not recommend this clinic.

It’s past the time frame they said they would have test results back to us. I’ve tried calling but after the main menu and I hit the dept I’m looking for their phone line just rings and rings and then suddenly the line will hang up (like someone answered and hung up). I’ve tried emailing as well— no reply. It’s frustrating when you’re already feeling like time is slipping away and you can’t get the answers you need. I would say my experience in person was better but… it wasn’t.

All the staff are kind, but every time we come in, the receptionist is rude, makes us feel unwelcome, and avoids eye contact. I do not know whether race is a factor. Aside from that, everything is good and the service is excellent.

I do not usually write reviews, but I need to share this for desperate mothers. These people told me the only way I could have a child was through IVF. They said my fallopian tubes were blocked and that it would be best to remove them and undergo IVF. I was frustrated by how cold they were and by the prospect of spending $$$, so I decided against it and placed the matter in God's hands. One year later, I conceived naturally!!!! God is greater than these doctors. Leave it to Him and do not let them damage your body!!! I am so glad I did not have my fallopian tubes removed and undergo IVF because I am now pregnant. Trust God more than those who nearly took away my ability to conceive naturally.

I really liked Dr. Joel. He was kind and helpful, and the whole process felt comfortable. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I only wish they stayed open later so I could visit after work, as earlier hours are inconvenient for me.

After five years of infertility, our miracle baby is finally on the way thanks to the wonderful Chicago IVF team. Thank you to Dr. Brasch, Dr. Schultz, the embryologists, Elena, Mia, and all the wonderful women who drew my blood every week. I will always be grateful. To everyone reading this review, IVF is not easy. It is a long, exhausting process involving many medications and injections, but there is hope, and Chicago IVF can help. I also have PCOS and was very afraid of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), which I had developed during a different treatment at another clinic. The doctors used the right protocol to minimize the risk, and my ovarian stimulation had no complications. They retrieved 32 eggs, and I did not develop OHSS. My first transfer was successful, and I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Thank you! Thank you! Best wishes to all future mothers!

I highly recommend Chicago IVF to any woman struggling or unable to conceive. The doctors and staff are attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. My dedicated provider Ann is highly knowledgeable and communicative and always returns my calls when I have a question or concern. All the nurses, lab staff, and ultrasound staff are also wonderful.

I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it feels more like a money-driven business than a place focused on patient care. The clinic frequently threatens to cancel cycles over very minor issues, which adds unnecessary stress to an already emotional process. While I understand that healthcare is still a business and that burnout is real, the lack of empathy from several nurses I interacted with was very concerning. The way patients are spoken to often feels unprofessional and dismissive. At times, it genuinely felt like compassion was no longer part of the job for some staff members. Billing practices also raise serious concerns. They are quick to demand payment and threaten cycle cancellation if payment is not made well in advance, yet when it comes to refunds, you can expect to wait three to four months, if not longer. I asked for a refund in December and I still have not received it and communication has gone silent. Asking questions about billing or refunds is met with resistance rather than transparency. This process is already emotionally and financially draining, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy, and honesty. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Chicago IVF. Dr. Schultz patiently explained every step of IVF treatment in detail, so I understood the entire process. An Cheng was my nurse; she made me feel very comfortable and was always positive and encouraging. She genuinely cares about her patients. All my appointments went smoothly and started on time. I am sincerely grateful and would recommend this clinic to anyone on a fertility journey.

I am not pregnant yet, but so far my experience with Chicago IVF and Tammy, my nurse, has been wonderful. Everyone made me comfortable, allowed input into my treatment, and was very knowledgeable. I feel well cared for and hope we have a baby soon! :) Update: I am now 13 weeks pregnant, and everything is going well! Dr. Brasch is absolutely wonderful. He made me feel seen and heard and answered every question without rushing or becoming frustrated, as some doctors do. I am happy with the overall care I received!

The Chicago IVF team was wonderful from start to finish. They are passionate about their work and compassionate throughout the conception process. We welcomed a healthy baby boy in late August and are deeply grateful to the team for helping us fulfill our dream.

I could not have found a better professional team. I am truly grateful to Tammy and everyone here and would recommend them to anyone. They are caring, encouraging, friendly, and welcoming. To them, you are not just a number but an important person. I could not have asked for a better team beside me on this journey!

I graduated from Chicago IVF. Just before they were going to open my fallopian tubes, my husband and I conceived naturally. But Chicago IVF was so wonderful that they continued to see me and ensure everything progressed properly. This was a tremendous blessing, especially after several previous losses. The nurses were wonderful and kind, and I knew they were only a phone call away. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Chicago IVF was amazing and supportive throughout the process. My husband had abdominal surgery that caused retrograde ejaculation. I mention this because we did not know how to address this complication, and someone in the same situation may find it helpful. We knew it was a risk when he had surgery, and his surgeon provided advice and referrals, but they seemed overly complicated and invasive and required travel to Indianapolis. We decided to try somewhere local and are so glad we did! Chicago IVF gave him the option of seeing an andrologist at their Orland office. I completed all my bloodwork and monitoring at the Munster office, and when the time was right, we went to Orland, where he provided his sample, the andrologist washed it, and we completed an IUI. After 3 attempts, we conceived another child, whom we welcomed three weeks ago. I would recommend Chicago IVF to anyone facing the same issue. Thank you to everyone on the team for making our baby possible!
    Jan 28, 2025
I would like to say that IUI worked, and I liked the staff in Munster.
    Jul 17, 2025
Everyone I met at the Munster office was wonderful. Whenever I needed to leave a message, they always responded promptly, and everyone was friendly. Tammy guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. The doctors were wonderful as well. I spoke with every doctor during the process, and they all assured me they would help me become a mother—and I will become one next January! I would recommend Chicago IVF to anyone who needs help becoming a parent.

I had an excellent experience at Chicago IVF. The staff at the Munster clinic were very friendly and welcoming and always made me feel comfortable. Fortunately, we succeeded quickly, and I recently graduated from the clinic. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the Munster clinic was wonderful, especially Tammy. From the first appointment, they made me feel welcome and well cared for. I am also very grateful that Dr. Brasch listened to my concerns and adjusted our treatment plan. After our fourth IUI, we conceived our rainbow baby. We are so grateful to Chicago IVF!
    Apr 29, 2025
We had a successful and wonderful experience at Chicago IVF. After years of trying without success from other options, our prayers and decision led us to try IVF. Our care at Chicago IVF included preliminary testing followed by 3 rounds of IUI; one resulted in a brief chemical pregnancy, while the others did not take. Our first IVF cycle was successful, and God blessed us with a healthy baby boy. Throughout the journey, everyone at the Munster office was personable and happy to answer any questions. They checked in regularly to make sure I was doing well. I experienced a very rare side effect during an IUI procedure, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and cared for, including checking on me after hours. I recommend looking into them to see whether they are a good fit for your journey as well.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Brasch and Chicago IVF for making our dream of becoming parents a reality. The entire team—from the doctors and nurses to the coordinators are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our journey. They turned what can be a stressful experience into one filled with hope and encouragement. Thank you again!

She is consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about ensuring my satisfaction. I highly recommend this clinic. The customer service is excellent.

If you are considering this place, do not go. To them, you are only a check. They do not want to help; they only want money from your insurer or you. I had two IUIs and three IVF cycles, but they never treated me like a valued client. The day after my miscarriage, they called to ask whether I was ready to discuss scheduling another IVF cycle with the doctor. It was extremely insensitive. Nearly every week I received calls pressuring me about $70–$100 balances the insurer would not pay. Half the time, the doctors did not even know who I was. To them, you are just a file. They changed my medication mid-cycle without telling anyone. I had to keep asking questions and monitoring everyone. There are much better options; do your research. December 15, 2022 I had planned not to add to this review, but perhaps this will warn others to go elsewhere. After I posted it, the clinic called to ‘correct me’ and offered incentives to change my review. My husband and I thought perhaps we would be prioritized this time, so we tried one final cycle. During monitoring, they prescribed only 2–3 Omnitrope when I ultimately needed nearly 6, wasting thousands of dollars and forcing me to scramble at the last minute as usual because their estimates were inaccurate. After 2–3 days of monitoring, I received a call saying the doctor might cancel my cycle even though more than 3 follicles were growing because that was supposedly insufficient. Even the nurse agreed it made no sense and created needless stress. I ultimately had 12–15 follicles, 8–10 mature. I heard this from not one but three nurses. We paid $588 for my fourth egg retrieval because they used an overpriced out-of-network facility, so retrieval and transfer charges may be $500 or $900 even after meeting your deductible, which is absurd. We paid on retrieval day, but they told us nothing. Others I know learned how many eggs were retrieved afterward. I heard nothing the next day and finally messaged them. She called to say they obtained nothing from 10–12 mature eggs. After all the pain, stress, and money, nothing? When I asked why, she said I had to speak with the doctor. About what? We were given another BS excuse. We now believe this is a problem with these doctors and the clinic, and have heard the same from many other patients; there is even an fb group discussing how bad this place is. After 4 cycles with many mature follicles, they retrieved none? I know people with only 2–3 follicles who had eggs retrieved, frozen, and became pregnant. They may have made another mistake and brought me in too late because I was just a number. It was one error after another, while we paid the consequences and lost thousands of dollars. My body was put through this repeatedly because they did not know what they were doing. I would not wish this on an enemy or send anyone to this terrible place—CNY or Dr. Cohen. Stay away from this waste of money. 2025 update: The outpatient center is still billing me $6,000, although I was told I had a credit with Adina and Chicago IVF and that she would handle any balance. I assume she did nothing because I did not delete my review. Three years later, I am still receiving bills for a failed IVF cycle. This is absurd.

When you plan to build a family, you need the right people around you, especially when you may feel particularly nervous and afraid of what lies ahead. You need a dedicated team to guide you throughout the process, and that is exactly what this clinic provides. Everyone here shares one goal: helping you achieve your dream of building a family. Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at this clinic. My nurse, Tammy, was extremely knowledgeable and ensured I understood every detail of every step. She was approachable and easy to communicate with, which is especially important during such an anxious time. You can tell she loves her work and her patients and genuinely wants you to succeed! Again, I cannot express all my gratitude for this clinic in a short review. Everyone at the Munster clinic and Downers Grove Surgery Center was wonderful, along with two excellent doctors. This clinic is truly first-rate!

Infertility was one of the hardest experiences of my life. The Munster office of Chicago IVF supported us through every step. They made me feel heard and cared for, not like a number. They genuinely wanted me to succeed. They shared my pain and celebrated my joy. They were always available and did everything they could to help.

    Angela is the best!
    Sep 18, 2024
Edited to add: Since posting my review, I have received correspondence from billing and their patient advocate. I am glad they addressed my concerns and look forward to seeing them resolved. I am not sure what bothers me more: that they have a doctor who is federally excluded from prescribing medications but is still prescribing them, or that they took my money, assured me I would receive a refund after insurance paid them, and have not even submitted a claim to my insurer. I called billing several times. Each time they were busy, I was told I would receive a callback, but no one called. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The fertility journey can be frustrating, even for those of us without fertility problems who are simply seeking assistance because we are part of the LGBT community. The process can be mysterious and often feels more like an art than a science. That said, Angela was our guiding light! She was always happy to answer our questions and help us understand the process.

The staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is kind, and all procedures are completed promptly and efficiently. Their communication with patients is extremely helpful. Fertility is a sensitive subject, and I highly recommend Chicago IVF because of how well they supported me through this delicate process. I visited two locations, and the staff at both were wonderful!

This fertility clinic should not be in business. Unfortunately, I had to receive outside monitoring here because our actual clinic is out of state. I have never encountered such unprofessional medical staff in my life. Do not spend your money, time, or energy on this clinic. You will regret it.

I absolutely love the nurses and staff at the Valparaiso location. This was my second successful IVF cycle, and they helped me every step of the way and answered every question my husband and I had. I am incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience with them.

If zero stars were possible, that would reflect how we feel. My husband waited more than a month for an appointment that fit his work schedule. On the day he was scheduled for laboratory testing, we received a call from manager Natalie saying the staff member responsible had an emergency and could not attend. We were told another date would be arranged, but my husband works in healthcare and had already reorganized his schedule and canceled other commitments for this appointment. When we called to follow up, Natalie refused to speak with us directly to resolve the matter. This demonstrated a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. The patient care and customer service we experienced were completely unacceptable. We informed the referring physician about these issues and how they were handled.

After years of infertility, I finally welcomed my miracle baby with Chicago IVF! Thanks to its wonderful team, I still cannot believe my dream came true. I visited the Valparaiso clinic most often and admire every staff member there. They encouraged me, celebrated my successes, and comforted me when I received bad news. Everyone seemed to genuinely care, which means so much when you are vulnerable. Angela, my nurse, was an angel! Dr. Brasch and Dr. Schultz were both wonderful and highly skilled. I recommend this clinic to anyone hoping to grow their family. Thank you for making my wish come true!!! My husband and I will always be grateful!

Do not go to Chicago IVF! They charged me $900 for embryo storage that my ex-husband was responsible for. I never authorized adding my name to the account and never received any notice. When they emailed me, I immediately requested paperwork to terminate the contract. I called their office many times and left messages asking them to remove my name from the bill. I also requested confirmation that the embryos associated with my ex-husband and me had been terminated, but they never responded.

Today was my final prenatal visit and ultrasound at Chicago IVF Valparaiso, and I am overwhelmed with emotion 🤍 From the beginning, the entire team has been incredible—caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our fertility journey. Everything went smoothly, even better than expected, and today I am more than 9 weeks pregnant with our IVF baby. Knowing we still have two embryos waiting for the future makes it even more special. A huge thank-you to my nurse Gabby and ultrasound technician Angela. Your help meant so much to me. I will never forget the care and encouragement you gave me at every visit. I left the clinic today crying tears of joy, deeply grateful for this experience and everyone who helped us get here. IVF is not easy for any couple, but choosing a clinic that truly cares makes all the difference. Stay hopeful, take it one step at a time, and know that...you can get through the progesterone shots too 🤍

The doctors, nurses, and staff are the best. On Monday, I graduated from Fertility Centers of Illinois with my first pregnancy. Leaving this wonderful support system was bittersweet. Their staff make you feel that you are no longer facing infertility alone; you now have a team beside you, cheering you on. In an already delicate situation, every one of them made me feel heard and comfortable. They made the process much easier for my partner and me. We felt so much warmth at our many appointments! Looking back on our IVF journey, I am proud that we chose them. Thank you, Chicago IVF team. We will send you photos to add to your beautiful collection of successful pregnancies! We are deeply grateful for your kindness and compassion.

I have dreaded writing this review, but here it is. At my first ultrasound, they found what they described as a complex cyst. They determined that it was not producing hormones and said it was fine and did not need to be removed. A year later, the cyst was still present and had never resolved. After two failed timed-intercourse cycles and a failed FET, they still did not want to pursue further diagnosis. I felt I needed a second opinion. Within seconds of reviewing an ultrasound and saline sonogram, a new doctor at a new clinic said it looked like endometriosis. After laparoscopy, I was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis. I am heartbroken over the time wasted at Chicago IVF and the precious embryo that was lost. Of course there is always risk, and doctors cannot know everything, but even during the consultation after my failed transfer they dismissed the idea of testing for endometriosis or performing further diagnostics. They did not even develop a plan in case a second transfer failed. I personally feel their goal was to rush me into IVF to make money. I hope this serves as a public service announcement for people who may have more complex conditions rather than a routine infertility diagnosis, because this clinic does not personalize treatment plans. * Edited to add: I received a call from Tammy, the nurse patient advocate, who was very helpful in resolving my billing issue and refund. I hope to receive it within the next week or so.

Thank you for your excellent work and, above all, for your support throughout every procedure and encouragement after each failure. The love of my life is now in my arms. Thank you so much for giving me this gift.

After 18 months of infertility, I was fortunate to develop an incredible relationship with the nurses at the St. Charles location. Estephany's voice was always calm and composed whenever I needed help, and they all shared in my pregnancy news as if we had been lifelong friends! I cannot say enough good things about this location!

I cannot praise the support staff and nurses at Chicago IVF enough. There was not much interaction with doctors—perhaps that is more common for IVF, which I did not undergo—but that was fine with me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. A few interactions with doctors left a poor impression, but it did not stop me from returning.

I transferred here from another clinic and will never go anywhere else! Estephany and Karol are amazing!! They turned a very difficult experience into something exciting and uplifting. You feel exceptionally well cared for here. They are why I keep returning. Dr. Brasch is also very attentive and created a treatment plan specifically for me.

I am so glad my husband and I chose Chicago IVF for all our fertility needs. I was treated at the St. Charles clinic for about a year and ultimately transferred one embryo, becoming pregnant with identical twins! The drive took 1 hour and 45 minutes each way, and I would gladly choose them again because the St. Charles clinic and its staff are wonderful. They accommodate your schedule and treat you like family rather than just another patient. Dr. Schultz and Dr. Brasch performed my procedures, and both were excellent. They always reassured me when I was anxious and explained everything in detail. I had several nurses, but Ann stood out as the best. I always looked forward to her calls, and she responded quickly whenever I had questions. Ultrasound technician Estephany, phlebotomist Karol, and the scheduling staff always made me happy to visit the clinic. They greet you with a smile every time and treat you like a longtime friend, which I greatly appreciate. Financial counselor Mandy was also very professional and carefully explained the cost breakdown for each procedure, which made things much easier. I would recommend Chicago IVF again and again to anyone who asks! Thank you once more to everyone at Chicago IVF!!!!

Chicago IVF was a wonderful experience for my husband and me and helped us conceive twins. I am currently nine weeks pregnant. My nurse, Estephany (Steph), was outstanding throughout the process. She was very supportive and positive and responded promptly to every question or concern. Fertility treatment is emotionally difficult, so I am very grateful for her genuine care and consideration. I do not know what I would have done without her!

My doctor and all the staff were wonderful! They supported us throughout and treated us kindly. I underwent several IVF cycles at different times for our children, and both of my nurses, Ruby and Estephany, were excellent 🤍

I spent two years at Chicago IVF, with Estephany as my nurse for most of that time. Chicago IVF and its doctors are excellent, so this review is about her. If she had not answered my wild questions, eased all my concerns, and responded so quickly and professionally, I doubt I would still be pursuing motherhood. She did everything possible to help me and made my experience as good as possible despite the difficult IVF journey. She is a true advocate, and I strongly recommend having her as your nurse during IVF. She cares like family or a friend, never makes you feel like a burden, and is always there with the best advice. I am changing clinics because my case requires additional research, so saying goodbye to her is the hardest part. She will be among the first people I contact when I can share the exciting news that my dream has come true.

I can't say enough amazing things about Chicago IVF - St. Charles! From day one, everyone has been informative, compassionate, and helpful. My nurse, Estephany, was extra caring and sweet during this stressful process. She responded quickly to every message and every question I had. THANK YOU all for helping so many women!

I feel very fortunate to have Estephany as my nurse! She was extremely kind, attentive, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. Infertility is truly painful, but she was very compassionate and made me feel understood and valued. I will always be grateful to have worked with her and the Chicago IVF team.

My wife and I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone. We began IVF treatment in August 2024. We looked at several clinics and ultimately chose this one. At our first consultation, we were hesitant because we had seen some negative reviews. But after speaking with Dr. Joel Brasch, we were deeply moved by his words: treatment works and has been successful, but the key is to have faith and believe everything will be all right. Treatment began, and nine eggs were retrieved from me, only four of which were mature. After fertilization, only two continued to develop. When they were ready to transfer the fertilized egg to my wife, they told us there were no eggs left to freeze. They transferred only one, with no others remaining; this was our only chance. Thank God our daughter is now six months old and very healthy. This is what I mean about having faith and staying positive. Thank you to the doctor and the IVF team. Thank you to the attentive and compassionate nurses. Thank you to Carol, who did an excellent job, and thank you to everyone ❤️

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Estephany Soto's exceptional care. From the moment I entered the clinic for IVF treatment, Estephany was a beacon of light, providing outstanding care and support. Her dedication was evident in every interaction. She always listened patiently to my concerns, answered my questions, and offered comfort and encouragement when I needed it most. Her extensive knowledge and clinical skill made me feel safe and well cared for throughout treatment. My IVF journey succeeded because of her unwavering support and encouragement. I sincerely believe her compassion and dedication played a vital role. I highly recommend Dr. Estephany Soto and Chicago IVF to anyone seeking compassionate, professional care. Estephany, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Chicago IVF, especially my outstanding care coordinator, Estephany Soto. From the beginning of what can be an overwhelming and emotional IVF journey, Estephany consistently provided support, care, and guidance. She always responded promptly, patiently answered my many questions, and took time to explain every step of treatment so I felt reassured and confident rather than anxious. IVF can be extremely stressful, and having someone like Estephany beside you makes a tremendous difference. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood my medications, appointments, schedule, and next steps. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel like more than a patient; she recognized that I was going through a deeply personal journey. The entire Chicago IVF team was organized, efficient, and highly supportive throughout my treatment, and I always felt well cared for. I am very grateful for the care I received and wholeheartedly recommend Chicago IVF to anyone considering fertility treatment. Thank you, Estephany. You were an essential part of my journey!

I had an embryo transfer just one week ago, and so far their service has met or exceeded all my expectations. This is my third IVF cycle after two failed attempts, so I am praying for a good result. It took me five years to find the courage to try again, and I am both anxious and excited. On March 17, 2026, I returned here after six years and sincerely thanked Chicago IVF. My son will turn six in June, and I am deeply grateful for the love and care I received here. I pray that every family longing for a baby will be blessed as we were.

After a very poor experience at another fertility clinic, I was initially hesitant to try again. I am glad I found the courage to choose IVF Center Chicago. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and graduated from the clinic today. I am immensely grateful to everyone who helped me, from the welcoming front desk staff to registered diagnostic medical sonographer Carol and nurses Amanda, Estefanie, and Julie, who patiently answered my questions and supported me throughout my fertility journey. Of course, I also thank Dr. Schultz and Dr. Brasch. Thank you, and may you continue helping couples who are still working to build their families. God bless you all.

After 3 IVF cycles at Chicago IVF in Warrenville with Dr. Jain, I had no live births. Staff interactions differed with every cycle. The first cycle was excellent thanks to my cycle nurse, Yasuko, and the ultrasound technician. However, Chicago IVF strongly encouraged genetic PGD screening without offering an affordable way to obtain it. After retrieval and a fresh embryo transfer, I experienced ovarian hyperstimulation and repeatedly asked to see Dr. Jain because I was bleeding and in severe pain, worse than labor with our stillborn daughter. But the nurse, Bianca, refused to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Jain. The bleeding worsened. I miscarried one twin at 14 weeks, and my membranes ruptured at 22 weeks, causing us to lose our daughter. I personally believe the Warrenville clinic staff bear moral responsibility for these losses because the pathology diagnosis from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle was that bleeding during pregnancy caused my membranes to rupture. During the second cycle, a frozen transfer, obvious staff turnover made the entire process chaotic. The front desk repeatedly lost my insurance information. The billing department failed to apply my copay to my account for three months and did so only after countless calls and demands for an updated bill. That cycle ended in an early miscarriage. For the third and final cycle, we coordinated with another clinic out of state. Dr. Jain ordered all my laboratory work remotely and performed the transfer. The minimal interaction was cold but at least professional. It resulted in a biochemical pregnancy. Before the second and third cycles, Chicago IVF never showed any interest in my overall mental health. Every cycle and failure, especially our stillbirth, caused tremendous stress. Although Dr. Jain appeared friendly and professional, I never felt confident in his treatment plans. He is 'good' at making you trust him despite your better judgment. When you pay thousands of dollars, you want to believe your doctor is offering every possible solution currently available in IVF. Dr. Jain never offered to update my cycle protocol or add newly available techniques, such as embryo glue or endometrial scratching, to improve the chances of implantation and success. I feel Chicago IVF brings patients in, uses the same stale, outdated protocol for everyone, exhausts their insurance, and ultimately does not care about the result as long as they are paid. The surgical center used for all procedures, retrievals, and transfers, North Shore Surgical Center, was shockingly outdated. Every time I was there, the nursing staff rushed me out as quickly as possible so they could turn over the bed. Chicago IVF appears to reduce costs by using nurses and messages to minimize interactions with doctors. As a nurse personally told me during my first cycle, 'It is not Chicago IVF's protocol for doctors to see patients outside the initial consultation, procedures, and transfers.' So if you decide to try them, good luck. You get what you pay for.
