Trying to conceive is an emotionally difficult journey. I have never felt so understood and heard. My journey is not over, but I am nearing the end and praying for the best outcome. Whether or not I ultimately have a baby, I know I received the best care! My coordinator Katherine always explains everything patiently and answers every question. The women at the front desk are also wonderful—they are genuine, remember your name, and ask how you are doing! In my 32 years, I have never found a place this caring. I will only come here from now on!

I highly recommend Dr. Lin at Hoag Hospital Irvine to anyone considering IVF. His professionalism and attention to detail are exceptional. No one ever answers the phone.

Very questionable practices. Daniel Williams is cold and unethical. They use Natera for genetic testing, which sends bills for widely varying amounts and makes it difficult to have insurance pay the correct charge.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Center for Reproductive Fertility and its outstanding team. From the start of my IVF journey through pregnancy, every visit was marked by kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses, coordinators, and front desk staff went above and beyond to make this challenging journey easier and more positive. They patiently answered every question, took every concern seriously, and made me feel genuinely cared for. This clinic and team have had a profound impact on my life, and I will always be grateful.

I had an excellent exam at RFC yesterday. The medical staff were kind and highly skilled. Blood draws are usually difficult for me, but the nurse succeeded on the first try, which impressed me. Dr. Lin was very thorough, took time to explain the entire process, and clearly described what to expect. I now feel very confident about continuing treatment at RFC.

**Edited** This clinic ignored me for two months and responded only after I filed a lawsuit. Unfortunately, this delaying tactic is very effective against traumatized victims who are already exhausted. As a former patient, I wish I had known about their other pending lawsuits, publicly available in Riverside County court under case numbers CVRI2501147 and CVRI2403049. Once this matter is resolved, I will post a complete review of my experience.

I am in my early thirties and have some ovarian function issues, particularly an AMH below 0.4. I previously attempted egg freezing at another facility, with disappointing results: all the retrieved eggs were poor quality and could not be frozen, leaving me very discouraged. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Lin, for which I am deeply grateful. From the first consultation, Dr. Lin impressed me with his thoroughness and the wealth of information he provided. He patiently explained everything, giving me greater confidence in my options. I decided to begin treatment immediately, and I am now very glad I did. Throughout treatment, Dr. Lin and his team were professional, thoughtful, and always available to answer questions. Their prompt responses were crucial to my experience. I am delighted to share that I successfully froze 6 eggs during my first cycle! I am now undergoing a second cycle and feel confident about the process. Our nurse coordinator Paula and the entire staff played a vital role throughout our pregnancy journey. Paula guided us patiently and clearly through every step and was available whenever we needed help. At each visit, the staff's genuine warmth and calm manner put me completely at ease, whether for bloodwork or ultrasound. They celebrated our progress with us and provided unwavering support throughout. Now that we have transitioned to obstetric care, we can feel the difference—we truly miss visiting RFC.

We chose to transfer our embryos here from another clinic. The process was very smooth, with clear and timely communication. Head nurse Abby was highly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. We have now selected the right surrogate and are preparing for the upcoming transfer. I have been an RFC patient for years but never left a Google review, mainly because everything went smoothly and I never felt the need. After a recent insurance authorization experience, however, I had to share how outstanding this team is. Throughout my fertility journey, Florrie has been my main contact for all insurance matters. Her knowledge and experience with different insurers are unmatched, and she truly understands how to maximize patients' coverage. Recently, although one cycle had already been approved, my insurer contacted me just days before treatment and threatened to cancel coverage unless an application was submitted that day. I came to RFC through a friend's recommendation and am truly grateful. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Lin, my husband and I decided to pursue IVF. Dr. Lin is not only highly skilled but also very kind and considerate. During my first retrieval, he collected 32 eggs and created 8 high-quality embryos, leaving us very happy and confident about treatment. Every appointment with Dr. Lin was pleasant. This clinic is amazing! We worked with top professionals here. We left our San Diego clinic and chose to drive to Irvine, and the difference was remarkable. They listened carefully to our concerns and treated us like family. Thanks to Dr. Lin and Dr. Williams, our first IVF cycle gave us twins. The staff are all women and should understand how you feel, but the receptionist showed no concern at all. The nurse’s clothes and shoes were dirty, and her uniform even had holes in it, like a child who had been playing soccer outside for hours. I do not understand why a nurse is unclean in an institution responsible for people’s health.

Dr. Lin is wonderful and highly skilled! I had 18 eggs retrieved and hardly felt any pain. I transferred from another hospital, and communicating in Chinese is much easier for me. My nurse Michelle also gave me a great deal of help and support, which helped me relax. My transfer is tomorrow—wish me luck!

Last December, during the holiday season, my brother and sister-in-law underwent IVF treatment with Dr. Lin at RFC. After visiting another clinic in San Diego, they ultimately chose Dr. Lin because they felt confident in his experience and treatment approach. During IVF treatment, they came to the clinic almost every day for injections because my sister-in-law is afraid of needles. They ultimately obtained 12 healthy embryos that passed PGT-A testing, with transfer planned for August this year. Dr. Lin and his team truly are the best in the world. From the beginning, Dr. Lin treated me like family, with fatherly care and concern. I came to him feeling hopeless with an AMH of 0.3, but he gave me the hope I needed. Throughout the process, he provided thoughtful, personalized care and went above and beyond to help me. After only a few months under his expert guidance, I am now pregnant! Without question, Dr. Lin is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors you will find. They are very nice when taking your money. You have to beg them to send your records. I had to call five times to get a copy of my results. This happened on two separate occasions. A very inhumane approach to care.

If you do not have infertility issues and have money to burn, RFC is the place for you! But if you truly have infertility, I would avoid this place at all costs! These people spent 5 months performing various ultrasounds and laboratory tests on my husband and me, with no results. The ultrasound and laboratory technicians were inexperienced; they often missed my veins or could not find follicles. I was told that my “hormonal cyst” delayed treatment. I was told I was a “poor responder.” We spent thousands of dollars. We finally began stimulation medication, but every dose was wrong for my body. Extremely high doses caused my FSH to spike, which they did not even monitor, and then they blamed me and my body for “not responding.” I left every appointment in tears. Finally, I had enough. I trusted my instincts and changed clinics. The new clinic had no problem with the occasional cysts that are common during IVF. They never blamed my age or my body. They prescribed medication suited to my body and specific ovarian function. We were able to afford 5 retrievals and now have 6 embryos ready for implantation in January! If you have low AMH or age-related infertility, go to Life IVF Center in Irvine and save yourself time and money.

Communication from the staff was extremely poor and confusing, and it was difficult to reach anyone to discuss the next steps. When we finally spoke with someone, they clearly did not give us accurate or clear information, causing delays and wasting the time and money spent on several previous tests. We were very disappointed by the poor communication and decided to start over at another fertility clinic.

One day, I had to take this injection at the office. The nurse who gave me the subcutaneous injection was terrible. Either her technique was poor or she simply did not care. She pushed the syringe plunger with too much pressure, and the medication shot out of the tip like a firework. She said, “Oops!” Very little medication remained in the syringe. She did not even apologize for her mistake. I regretted it immediately. Even if I had never injected myself before, I should have done it myself; I would have been more careful and would not have wasted medication. That was the worst cycle I experienced at this center. The center is also all about money. Prices are extremely high compared with some other places, without necessarily producing the best results. The staff did not clearly explain the cost of each step, causing confusion. When I asked for clarification, she blamed me and said I had signed the forms and should have understood better. That is not the attitude I expected after paying so much money. I gave 2 stars because the woman at the front desk who checked me in was always nice. If I could choose again, I would not choose this center. Stay away! They care only about money.
