The Fertility Institute was Louisiana's first fertility clinic. Since its founding in 1976, FINO has remained committed to advanced patient care. We believe patient education, empathy, and expertise provide the best strategy for fertility success.

FINO was the first to achieve many advances in fertility medicine in New Orleans and along the Gulf Coast. We use our experience to continue leading and innovating. Our experienced physicians teach current fertility medicine to the next generation of obstetrics and gynecology and fertility specialists at Louisiana State University (LSU) and Tulane University School of Medicine.
