“We just want to get you pregnant. We do not want to investigate the root cause at all.” I was shocked by this clinic’s attitude. The front desk staff were inattentive, calls were never answered, and it took weeks to get an appointment—only to meet a doctor with no interest in reproductive health. It was all medication, hormone therapy, and more medication! This clinic epitomizes everything wrong with healthcare in 2026.

I left two voicemail messages with ample time to cancel the service, yet received a $100 bill without any cancellation notice.

We are incredibly grateful to this team! Our experience at ICRM was excellent. They made a complex medical process clear, organized, and compassionate. Dr. Slater is outstanding. She is highly skilled, kind, and reassuring, even when the process had setbacks, as biology does not always cooperate. Every staff member was warm and thoughtful and ensured we always understood the next step. Thanks to them, we are now parents. They supported us from the first consultation through pregnancy and even when we visited postpartum with our daughter. We highly recommend this clinic!

Amazing! They helped me have my first child at age 36. I will always be grateful for their help and support. When I did not know what else to do, they helped me find everything I needed. I have referred all my friends with fertility problems to them, and so far they have been just as successful as I was. Thank God that with their help, I finally have my miracle baby.

Dr. Tobler and his medical assistant Melissa are the best. My husband and I went to ICRM for fertility testing when we were in our early 40s. After the test results brought good news, Dr. Tobler did not pressure us into IVF and encouraged us to try on our own. We succeeded, but unfortunately experienced two miscarriages. Throughout the process, Dr. Tobler and Melissa were very kind and compassionate. I read a study saying that a supportive medical team can help people experiencing recurrent miscarriage, and I absolutely believe that is true. I am very grateful that Dr. Tobler tried different approaches step by step before deciding whether to pursue IVF. He is also highly knowledgeable about fertility literature and current research. Ultimately, we succeeded without IVF, and our baby boy was born this year. Melissa gave me a big hug when I graduated from ICRM. I highly recommend them!

This clinic is a complete disaster. Four years ago, we attended a pointless consultation with a terrible doctor who then lectured us about the importance of COVID vaccines. Afterward, we received numerous fraudulent bills from an employee who was later fired, and despite repeatedly asking not to be contacted, we continue to receive patient portal updates. Stay away from this clinic!

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. About a year ago, after a disappointing experience at another clinic, I called to schedule an initial consultation, and today we have two beautiful babies. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind and caring. Every step was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and I never had trouble reaching someone when I had questions or concerns. Dr. Slater changed our lives in the most incredible way, and I can confidently say we would not have our two little miracles without her.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at ICRM. From the financial counselor to our IVF team and Dr. Tobler, we have only wonderful things to say! We previously visited another clinic and had a terrible experience, so we were nervous, but everyone at ICRM calmed us and discussed everything with us. Our insurance tried to require 6 IUIs before IVF, but after ICRM conducted a peer review with our insurer, we were able to bypass IUI and proceed with IVF. We are now 16 weeks pregnant with our IVF miracle, all thanks to Dr. Tobler and the ICRM team.

Not recommended unless you have a simple, straightforward case. If travel restrictions make this clinic your only option, I believe Dr. Tobler is the best choice. In my experience, relocating for care is the best approach. After paying a great deal for SIS imaging, I would not use ICRM’s outside monitoring services again. I believe the images were poor, costing multiple cycles and thousands of dollars. Outside-monitoring laboratory results also seemed to have been confused with another patient’s—the repeat laboratory or cycle information did not match—costing another month of waiting and hundreds of dollars. Updated addition: After transferring to another clinic, I am now 31 weeks pregnant despite a 5.7 mm lining. I want to reiterate that if you are struggling and do not want to relocate, Dr. Tobler remains the best doctor here. I also added another star for the laboratory. Although 2 retrievals yielded only 18 eggs despite good AMH and AFC, I ultimately stored 11 embryos, and over time I realized this was a very good attrition rate. The laboratory staff were also always friendly and reachable by phone.

The doctor and receptionists are terrible. All 5 people I interacted with were rude and impatient. Dr. Tobler’s bedside manner leaves much to be desired; I felt like a number, not a person. They do not accommodate us, only what works for them. They call after normal business hours, which is extremely frustrating because if you need a response about something happening the next day, they give you only a few hours’ notice. I was disgusted by the way I was treated.

Our process was very challenging, and we felt supported at every step by the entire medical team, especially Dr. Tobler. They genuinely cared about us and did everything possible to help us realize our dream of building a family, even during the most difficult times. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to their international liaison, Alberto Perez, who made the entire process much easier. He was always there to answer our questions, resolve any concerns, and guide us warmly and openly. His support was invaluable, and he made what could have been a difficult journey smooth and manageable. Thanks to the dedication, care, and hard work of the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine team, we are now closer to realizing our dream of becoming parents through surrogacy. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone considering surrogacy as a path to parenthood. They truly make a difference and will support you every step of the way.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this clinic. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth as possible. One of the most notable aspects for me was having a liaison like Alberto from ICRM Spain. His dedication and willingness to help at every step of the journey made all the difference. He was always available to clarify concerns, provide guidance, and ensure that you felt supported throughout the process. I sincerely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar journey. If I decide to begin another process, I would return here without hesitation. A truly first-rate experience!

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our experience here. I initially called the center to find a provider who performed tubal ligation reversal. I even supplied the insurance billing code to ensure I was asking about the correct service. When my wife and I met the provider, he directly told us that he no longer performed tubal reversals and had not done so for many years. He stated that he was the most experienced provider in the state, but nevertheless no longer offered the procedure. From that point, our consultation became a highly focused effort to persuade us to pursue IVF at the clinic. I understand that IVF is their specialty, but our stated goal—a consultation to evaluate tubal reversal—was clearly disregarded in favor of a rehearsed, standard IVF sales presentation. For example, the provider dismissed tubal reversal because its cost was similar to IVF, but our insurance actually covered tubal reversal and not IVF. They did not ask about this information, and when we raised it, it was immediately dismissed. More troublingly, when my wife later visited a new gynecologist and mentioned the possibility of tubal reversal, the OB-GYN independently contacted the center to ask about it. The OB-GYN was told that it was not a service the center provided. My wife and I feel we were misled about the availability of a procedure simply to bring us before a provider for an IVF sales pitch. This was extremely frustrating, and if we proceed, we will consider other care options. The provider we met was knowledgeable and the staff were friendly, but our needs and circumstances did not matter in the conversation or care we received. In addition, no notes, ultrasound results, or consultation records were posted in the online portal for us to access.
