Effective fertility services at our Carmel fertility center
Our physicians provide a range of effective fertility treatments that can help patients overcome many fertility concerns and welcome a healthy baby.
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an assisted reproductive treatment in which an embryologist combines sperm and eggs in a laboratory. A physician then transfers one resulting embryo to the uterus. Our fertility specialists perform egg retrievals and embryo transfers at our Carmel fertility center.
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) involves monitoring ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit. The day after ovulation, a physician uses a catheter to place sperm in the uterus.
Semen analysis is important because male-factor infertility contributes to about 40% of cases. We use semen analysis to evaluate sperm count, motility, and morphology.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) involves injecting a single motile sperm into the center of a mature egg. It can bypass challenges related to low sperm count, poor motility, or abnormal morphology.
Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) can help determine whether chromosomal abnormalities are preventing pregnancy or contributing to pregnancy loss.
LGBTQIA+ family-building services, including IUI with donor sperm, IVF with donor eggs, and surrogacy, can help gay and lesbian people become parents.
Before recommending treatment, our physicians review each patient's medical history and perform appropriate evaluations to reach an accurate diagnosis.
