For 15 years, we have provided advanced, compassionate medical and surgical care for patients with infertility.
From day one, we have pursued a simple but demanding mission: to provide the highest-quality fertility care in Chattanooga and the southeastern United States. Because every patient is unique, we tailor care to individual needs for both women and men.
Our Fertility Treatments and Services
We offer a wide range of services, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), donor egg programs, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), male fertility treatment, in vitro fertilization (IVF), and preimplantation genetic testing.
We also treat conditions such as recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome.
TRM offers robotic and minimally invasive surgery as well as egg cryopreservation.
TRM's Leading Physicians
Our founding physicians, Dr. Rink Murray and Dr. Jessica Scotchie, are both board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) and obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). They are also members of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI). Drs. Scotchie and Murray are supported by our new medical consultant, Dr. Natalie Vukmer.
Dr. Murray's decision to become a reproductive endocrinologist was strongly influenced by his and his wife's own experience with infertility. He has been named one of America's Best Doctors every year since 2006.
Dr. Scotchie is associate director of the minimally invasive gynecologic surgery fellowship program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has repeatedly been named one of America's Best Doctors and is Chattanooga's only female fertility specialist.
