Customized Fertility Treatment

At New Direction Fertility Centers, we do not use one-size-fits-all protocols or treatment plans. We create a specific plan around your goals, take each step together, and adjust it to your needs.

No Hidden Fees

We are transparent about costs. If insurance covers 100%, there are no hidden out-of-pocket charges often seen at other clinics, such as “facility fees” or “coordination fees.”

Advanced Laboratory

We did not set out to build a futuristic laboratory; our goal was to bring the laboratory of the future into the present. It starts with air quality. That is why we installed a revolutionary filtration system designed to remove airborne pathogens and contaminants more effectively than other available systems.

Our LifeAire filtration system differs significantly in technology and performance from other air purification systems used to improve laboratory and clinical environments.

Optimal air quality supports

Embryo viability

High pregnancy rates

Individual Incubators

IVF incubators are among the most important pieces of laboratory equipment. Embryos require precisely controlled conditions to develop in the laboratory. Each patient has an individual incubator, minimizing disruptions.

We also invested in high-technology incubators to minimize embryo exposure to temperature and pH changes. Optimal conditions are restored in just three minutes in our IVF incubators, compared with nearly two hours at other centers.

Each patient has an individual incubator

Maintains stable temperature and pH

Supports high pregnancy rates.

My experience with this clinic has had many ups and downs. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns in writing and by phone with several staff members, communication and scheduling problems continued and left me very frustrated. After I said I planned to discontinue care, several staff members began working to resolve my concerns and improve my experience. Given how far I had already come, I decided to continue treatment. I am sharing my experience so other patients can be prepared and make informed choices. At the initial consultation, we were told we could begin IVF within two months. In reality, unclear clinic processes meant it took four months to complete the pre-IVF requirements. Staff often referred to a “checklist,” but although I requested it, I did not receive it until all testing was complete. If we had received it at the initial consultation, including which tests needed to be timed with the menstrual cycle, we could have asked to combine tests or have lab orders sent closer to home and made the initial workup more efficient. My husband drove 90 minutes for testing, canceled his own patient appointments, and lost income, only to be told afterward that a required blood test had been missed because of a scheduling error. Although the order was eventually sent somewhere closer to home, the mistake caused another delay. When we raised it with the clinic manager, she deflected responsibility onto the doctor. Scheduling was an ongoing problem. One appointment was changed without my consent. I missed a call from an unfamiliar out-of-state number—previous appointments had all been arranged by text—and then received a voicemail saying my time had been given to someone else because I did not answer. Two of my four in-person appointments were not on the schedule when I arrived. The first time, I called that morning because I had received no written confirmation after the doctor scheduled it verbally. It was not on the calendar. Later that day, I received a text implying the mistake was mine. The clinic manager called me, but only admitted the error after I pressed the issue. It delayed my testing by one cycle. The most concerning incident occurred during an appointment to determine whether IVF needed to be delayed for health reasons. I had a text and document showing the appointment time. When I arrived, I was not on the schedule and was told Dr. Johnson was not there. After I showed the receptionist the messages, staff scrambled to find someone and I waited 15 minutes. Another doctor performed my ultrasound and said treatment appeared likely to be delayed, but that Dr. Johnson would call the next day with the result, which was also the IVF deadline. Dr. Johnson did not call. A few days later, I said I would discontinue care. Over the next several days, Michelle Murphy, NP, and Dr. Johnson called and met with me several times. They explained that, based on all my results, IVF did not need to be postponed. They investigated what had happened, accepted responsibility for errors in my care, and worked to improve my communication experience with the clinic. I appreciate their efforts to repair the situation and rebuild trust, but it is frustrating that action was not taken until I explicitly said I would stop treatment. IVF is already difficult, requiring tests, medication, and substantial expense. More importantly, many patients carry emotional trauma from prior reproductive-health experiences. I hope New Direction improves its communication processes so other patients do not have to experience the same setbacks.

After a difficult journey, I was referred to New Direction. I was an out-of-state patient and nearly broke down after two failed transfers. Everyone on the team who saw my message replied. Dr. Derman gave me hope, and I could text Dr. Amoros on weekends and receive a response. At my lowest point, I had my third transfer in 2025. The third attempt worked, and both embryos implanted. The journey remained very difficult, with early bleeding and a short cervix that ultimately required a cervical cerclage to protect the pregnancy. With God's grace and the doctors' help, I delivered healthy boy-girl twins at 35 weeks in late January 2026. I highly recommend this fertility clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about this fertility clinic and its entire staff. From reception and phlebotomy to the ultrasound technicians, doctors, and everyone else, choosing to trust New Direction was one of the best decisions I have made. Communication was quick and efficient, results were always delivered promptly, and everyone genuinely cared about my experience, even during a simple blood draw. I used to be very afraid of blood draws, but the staff were always professional and kind and found ways to distract me. The ultrasound technicians were consistently prepared, able to answer all my questions, and extremely helpful. Thank you for taking such attentive care of your patients!

My time with Dr. Johnson at New Direction Fertility Centers was wonderful! When we graduated from the clinic, we felt both incredibly happy and genuinely sad to leave because they had helped us become pregnant. I underwent IVF, two frozen embryo transfers, and one intrauterine insemination—the IUI succeeded, which seemed impossible in our case. I will truly miss the warm welcome at the front desk and Charlotte's thoughtful care! She was very kind and made me feel completely comfortable whenever she assisted Dr. Johnson. The phlebotomists were also amazing. Each one genuinely cared and chatted with us, helping us relax and feel less nervous. We truly did not want to leave this clinic! I would recommend Dr. Johnson and New Direction Fertility Centers to every friend and family member struggling with fertility.

I am very disappointed by this clinic's lack of financial transparency. Before each intrauterine insemination (IUI), I specifically asked about insurance coverage and was repeatedly told that it was "covered by insurance," which is why I agreed to treatment. However, it was not until two cycles later that I received a very large bill because I was responsible for a portion of the costs, something the clinic never explained in advance. The clinic never gave me a reasonable estimate of my potential financial responsibility, even though this is information they handle regularly and could have communicated more clearly. Patients undergoing fertility treatment are emotionally and financially vulnerable. Discussing potential costs should be a basic part of patient counseling so that patients can make truly informed decisions. I hope they improve how they discuss insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs with future patients.

While everyone’s situation is uniquely their own, I know now, after experiencing a different provider, that my time here resulted in a major deficit of communication (and support) — a critically important facet of this entire process. Additionally, it is equally important that there is a care team that is there to answer questions by *phone* (in addition to the existing patient portal) and in a compassionate manner. Not only is the medication process extremely disorganized (at one point, resulting in me paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket in unneeded meds), but due to communication issues, my treatment plan was also disrupted. The notable positive I had was one team member who truly seemed like they were invested in our journey. This person exuded compassion … but fertility treatment is a highly integrated, collaborative and inter-professionally driven process, and unfortunately my experience at ND did not encompass this. I have no doubt that the team cares about their patients, but the communication process is extremely flawed, and when you’re dealing with such a significant issue as communication in this environment, it unfortunately affects many aspects related to the patient’s experience and treatment … and in this case, unnecessary mistakes. Overall, I would not recommend this center — especially knowing there are other quality providers equipped with the right communication acumen to handle the intricate, sensitive, and timely needs that patients undergoing fertility treatments require. (The fact that the owner of this clinic is replying to some these reviews, expanding upon a patient’s personal medical / treatment journey — based on their records — is an egregious violation of PHI furthering showing the lack of professionalism and humility needed in this sensitive environment.)

We are incredibly grateful to have welcomed our second baby. This journey has meant so much to us, and we sincerely thank New Direction Fertility Centers, Dr. Johnson, and his outstanding team for their support, compassion, and excellent medical care! 🙏 We are extremely pleased with Dr. Johnson, the embryologist, and the entire staff at New Direction Fertility Centers. For years, we had given up on having a child, but ultimately decided to try once more. After consulting many other fertility specialists, we chose Dr. Johnson. After one attempt, I am now 9 weeks pregnant. The center is very clean and modern, with all the latest equipment. Most importantly, Dr. Johnson is a highly knowledgeable specialist, as is the embryologist. We are very fortunate to have found New Direction Fertility Centers and are happy to recommend it highly to everyone. Look no further; the best care is here! Update: Two months ago, I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Dr. Johnson and everyone at New Direction, words cannot express our gratitude. Thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents!! ❤️

I am speaking with Susan. I updated my survey because of contact issues. But I have spoken to Susan and she reassured me of prices and procedures. I’m waiting to see if my insurance covers anything.

If you are considering an appointment, schedule it! I visited three clinics and consulted four physicians before knowing Dr. Amols could help me—and he did. After four failed transfers, he provided information no other physician had. I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a baby boy due in April after my first transfer with NDFC. Dr. Amols is dedicated, intelligent, thoughtful, and exceptional. Dr. Johnson and nurse Michelle were also wonderful and made the journey as smooth as possible. Thank you to everyone at NDFC for making my dream come true.

Our fertility journey at New Direction was wonderful. Michelle and Dr. Amols patiently answered every question and understood our needs. Thank you, Dr. Amols, for listening, developing a plan, and guiding us to success. We highly recommend New Direction Fertility Centers.

Terrible experience. In short, they care about your money and their convenience, not you or your health. Dr. Deman insisted I take hormonal birth control before egg retrieval because it was supposedly better for egg maturation, although several other fertility clinics dispute this and do not require it. The real reason appeared to be easier batch scheduling. I objected at my first consultation because other clinics did not require it and I had previously reacted badly, but he said they would not schedule retrieval unless I took it. I immediately developed a severe reaction, with continuous painful cramping that required maximum-dose pain medication just to get out of bed. After two weeks, I became concerned about my liver and anemia. Instead of showing compassion or helping me stop, they told me to try another hormonal contraceptive. I did, but after three more days the pain and discomfort were unchanged, so I stopped and ended the cycle. They said my deposit could only be applied to another cycle if I completed the next course of birth control without stopping. I said I could not, but they still refused a refund. My scheduled retrieval was still weeks away, and I had received no services at the clinic. They took a month to decide whether to refund me. Even if you are sure this will not happen to you, please consider a more ethical clinic.

The staff at New Direction Fertility Centers and Dr. Derman were tremendously helpful during my fertility journey. The front desk staff were always thoughtful, patient, and welcoming—they answered every question, returned my calls promptly, and made sure all my paperwork was handled properly. The doctors were equally wonderful, guiding me through every step with exceptional compassion and expertise. Despite all the tests, procedures, medications, and emotional ups and downs, I am now successfully pregnant thanks to their dedication and attentive care. The journey was not easy, but having such an excellent team by my side made all the difference. Words cannot express how grateful I am for everything they did. I highly recommend New Direction Fertility Centers to anyone struggling with infertility or looking for a supportive, knowledgeable team. I have already referred a friend and colleague who is considering transferring because I truly believe this clinic goes above and beyond for its patients.

Patient Review Fertility Misdiagnosis and Second Opinion Abroad I am sharing my experience to help other women advocate for themselves and avoid unnecessary procedures. Dr. Seth Derman first reviewed my HSG results and concluded that my left fallopian tube was blocked, documenting that it would be “impossible” for me to conceive naturally. Dr. Amols later issued a report repeating the same conclusion, and every fertility specialist I saw afterward relied on those notes to recommend removal of my only remaining tube and to proceed directly to IVF. When I requested a laparoscopy because I was still having pelvic pain and spasms I was told it was “not medically necessary” and unlikely to be covered by insurance. My concerns were dismissed and IVF was presented as my only option. Feeling unheard, I traveled overseas to Dr. Vivek Salunke, a renowned fertility surgeon in India, for a diagnostic and fertility optimization laparoscopy. During surgery he performed a methylene blue dye test and provided a video of the entire procedure. The footage clearly shows dye spilling freely from my left tube, confirming that it is open and functional, not blocked. He also discovered and excised a small area of superficial endometriosis, something no prior U.S. doctor had ever mentioned, and repositioned my right ovary for optimal alignment. Dr. Salunke explained that natural pregnancy is very possible in my case and recommended trying IUI before considering IVF. This evidence directly contradicts Dr. Derman’s and Dr. Amols’ earlier reports. I share this to remind patients that an HSG alone can produce false blockage results and that irreversible recommendations such as tube removal or immediate IVF should never be made without laparoscopic confirmation. Advocate for yourself. It can change everything.

This fertility center has been wonderful for my husband and me. Every staff member I met was kind and helpful. Today I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) performed by Dr. Johnson and his nurse Charlotte. Both were excellent. Dr. Johnson was very kind and explained everything throughout the procedure. I immediately felt comfortable having him as my doctor. Charlotte talked with me during the HSG and professionally explained all aftercare. They were both warm, and I am grateful for such a positive experience with them. We feel lucky to have found this fertility center. Thank you for everything you do!

I cannot say enough good things about New Direction Fertility Centers. From the moment I entered the clinic, the staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept me updated, answered questions quickly, and clearly explained every step, so I was never left uninformed. Dr. DeMann is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. I always felt I was receiving the best care. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my treatment was successful, and I am very grateful for the attentive care I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a supportive, professional, and efficient fertility team.

My husband and I came to New Direction after a difficult experience with our previous clinic and doctor. When I scheduled the consultation, the receptionist asked whether I preferred a particular doctor. I said I only wanted someone who would listen, take time to communicate with us, and answer our questions. I assumed she simply scheduled the next available doctor, but after meeting Dr. Johnson, I no longer believe it was random. He was exactly what we needed. He was always kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. He listened to our concerns and reassured us. We also saw Michelle several times, and she was equally excellent. Questions submitted through Clara were always answered promptly, even silly ones, and I never felt judged. We completed several IUI cycles, and the second was successful! We cannot wait to meet our baby boy in December! Thank you to Dr. Johnson and everyone at New Direction. Everyone we met was wonderful!

Every visit and conversation with the staff and Dr. Amols made me feel warm and reassured. They answered all my questions carefully and thoroughly. I am very grateful to have found a new direction. My first IVF treatment was successful and resulted in a healthy boy, and we are now trying for another child. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Dr. Mark Johnson was truly a godsend and helped us achieve our dream! I hope he remembers us if he sees this. We had planned to try IUI first and see how it went. But they found an issue when examining my ovaries, so they treated my cyst in various ways! I remember I had never traveled far without my husband before. It was my first time driving there, and I had to be strong. Yes, I did it, and it really happened. They later removed the cyst, and I conceived naturally. Without them, I certainly would not be this happy, because I finally have my son. Many thanks to everyone on the fertility team. They were very helpful and kind. Thank you 😇

I had such a great experience at New Direction and I meant to leave this review so much sooner! My husband and I had tried to conceive for 6 months with no success. I saw 2 different OBGYN providers who both didn’t seem to know why I wasn’t conceiving and their suggestions of things to try did not work. I saw Dr. Derman at New Direction who recommended medicated cycles with timed intercourse, and I got pregnant with the second cycle. I saw Michelle for my monitoring ultrasounds and the ultrasounds to confirm the pregnancy, and she was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and helpful with fast response times. Their messaging system, Klara, is easy to use too. I gave birth to my daughter 1 month ago and she has brought me so much joy and happiness. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Dr. Mark Johnson is truly a blessing. After two and a half years and two clinics, we finally found him at New Direction. My husband and I had unexplained infertility and had undergone multiple intrauterine inseminations (IUI), two egg retrievals, and one unsuccessful transfer. We are both in our 30s, and it was devastating. We came to New Direction in January. Their fees were reasonable, and their laboratory and live birth rates were very high. The real selling point, however, was that I saw Dr. J at nearly every appointment. As a fertility patient, I had unfortunately often felt like I was on a conveyor belt, seeing exhausted, detached nurses and rarely seeing a doctor. Dr. J is experienced and exceptionally kind. He treated me like family! We gladly drove 40 minutes to see him at the Gilbert clinic. I had another egg retrieval in February, which produced only one chromosomally normal embryo. We transferred it in June, and incredibly, it worked. Fertility clinic reviews often read like fairy tales... To anyone reading this, I understand how heartbreaking unsuccessful treatment can be. Having a doctor who knows your name, answers your questions, and lifts your spirits seems like the least anyone going through this should expect. For us, that doctor was Dr. Mark Johnson, and I highly recommend him.

I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience so other women can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, New Direction Fertility Centers made me feel like a number. When I met Dr. Amols, he initially seemed excellent and came highly recommended. Before egg retrieval and IVF, I needed extensive surgery for stage IV endometriosis. I specifically asked Dr. Amols to review my surgical records to ensure I was ready, as I was only one month postoperative. Instead, I received a message from his team simply saying, “The plan is IVF first. Do you still want to do it?” There was no comment on my surgery, request for imaging, or follow-up assessment of whether my body was ready. This was very disappointing because the surgery was extremely painful and recovery took months. Refusing to perform imaging before beginning the ER process seemed unbelievable. Their priority was collecting a nonrefundable $500 deposit and placing me in an egg-retrieval cohort with other women, regardless of my individual circumstances. If you have endometriosis or another condition that may contribute to infertility, I recommend choosing this clinic cautiously. You deserve a doctor who takes time to understand your condition and ensure the best outcome. I went to another clinic and had a completely different experience. Before even creating a retrieval protocol, that doctor wanted imaging rather than placing me in a group schedule with other women and using a completely different treatment plan. If your case is straightforward, New Direction may be suitable because the staff are wonderful, but choose your doctor carefully. I also recommend reviewing their Facebook group to learn about other women's experiences.

Dr. Mark Johnson, you are amazing! I am deeply grateful to you. Having him as our doctor gave us an exceptional experience. In 2023, we received treatment from him and this fertility center and became pregnant on the first attempt, without medication, using only ovulation induction and IUI. Unfortunately, it ended in an ectopic pregnancy, which was very painful for us, so we later stopped treatment. We still drove from Tucson because we loved this place so much. 10/10, forever grateful and highly recommended.

It is difficult to express what makes New Direction so special. Dr. Amols cares deeply about his patients and is genuinely committed to their recovery. He develops individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific infertility issues and is meticulous in his clinical decisions. This applies to more than IVF. Dr. Amols approaches intrauterine insemination (IUI) with the same care and attention as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Michelle is another exceptional person at New Direction. She cares deeply about patients, and her warmth and kindness are obvious. She takes time to answer questions and ensure that patients are fully informed. If an egg retrieval does not produce the best outcome, she kindly reaches out to express her sympathy. The nurses and medical assistants (MAs) are also excellent. They are always smiling and welcoming and genuinely care about how you feel. They take time to answer questions and understand the emotional experience of this journey. New Direction charges less than most clinics while providing service that exceeds most clinics. Their high success rates demonstrate this, and the figures are available on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website. They outperform most clinics and have success rates above the national average. Thanks to the New Direction team, I have a two-year-old son and am now eight weeks pregnant with my next baby. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Amols, Michelle, and all the wonderful staff at New Direction for helping us throughout this journey. They will always hold a place in my heart, and I will always be grateful that they helped complete my family.

New Direction was our second fertility clinic. We came from South Dakota specifically to Arizona because of the high success rates and lower costs. We consulted with Dr. Derman in July 2024, and by March 2025 we were finally expecting our miracle baby. Dr. Derman was very straightforward and always told us our chances of success in advance, which we greatly appreciated. We are extremely grateful to everyone at New Direction—Dr. Derman, Dr. Amols, Michelle, Gigi, and the nurses—for helping us achieve pregnancy.

As the FET scheduling coordinator once told me, “Scottsdale is a mess, and no one knows what they are doing!” My treatment there was very unsuccessful. I found certain aspects of their care, or lack of care, concerning. When new doctors reviewed my records, they were surprised that basic standard practices had not been followed, such as bloodwork before FET to confirm that my body was in an appropriate state for a successful transfer. This seems like an easy thing to overlook. They were also shocked by the doctor's “kitchen sink” approach to treating unexplained infertility, which involved several very powerful medications without solid medical justification. The nurses were excellent and kind, but the clinic operates like a factory. A doctor assigns a protocol that they say works for “9 out of 10 patients.” If you happen to be the 1 out of 10, as I was, this may not be the right place for you. Their business model and pricing are not designed around individualized care, so personalized service is very limited. If you decide to transfer your care, be prepared: their records are disorganized, poorly maintained, and difficult to sort through, and staff assistance is very limited. It was extremely disappointing to spend more than the price of a midsize car on multiple cycles of care there. Please request bloodwork before FET so you do not waste your hard-earned embryos. I wish I had done so before losing two embryos. Incidentally, I became pregnant as soon as I changed providers.

New Direction Fertility Centers turned my IVF journey into a heartbreaking ordeal. As a 33-year-old from Chicago, I chose this clinic for their promised “personalized care,” but instead, I’ve had to beg for basic answers, leaving me feeling dismissed, ignored, and like a burden. The slight cost savings isn’t worth this emotional toll. I pleaded repeatedly for a clear IVF timeline, charge details, a treatment chart, and lab orders sent to my local clinic. The staff, including Susan and Jessica C., responded with vague, provisional calendars or not at all, forcing me to chase them for weeks. When I begged—sometimes three or four times—for these essentials, I got condescending replies like “you should know this” or “I can tell you are frustrated,” as if I was the problem for asking them to do their jobs. Their dismissive tone made me feel like an inconvenience, not a patient in a sensitive time. The worst was their neglect during my medication crisis. Prescribed norethindrone, I suffered severe cramping, nausea, and headaches. My desperate 5:27 AM message on June 26, 2025, went unanswered until 3:58 PM—too late for pharmacy access. Makes me insecure on what would they do in a more intense emergency ! Their curt response and failure to send lab orders left me abandoned. Dr. Amols and Dr. Derman ignored my need for written communication, treating my pleas as bothersome. I’m hesitant to post this, fearing retaliation mid-cycle, but I hope New Direction stops treating patients like burdens and delivers the compassionate care they promise. I shocker to sayi regret choosing them. Save yourself this heartbreak—look elsewhere.

From the moment we walked into New Direction, we felt we had come to the right place. After years of struggling with infertility, we were emotionally exhausted and, honestly, a little scared. Dr. Amols, Michelle, and the entire team were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They took the time to listen to our story, answer all our questions (and we had many!), and create a personalized treatment plan for us. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The nurses were always friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent. We never felt rushed or like just another number. They clearly explained every step of the process and were always available to address any concerns. We underwent IVF, and after our first FET, we received the news we had always dreamed of—we were pregnant! The clinic continued to provide excellent care during the early stages of my pregnancy, and we felt supported every step of the way. Now, as we await our beautiful baby girl, we are so grateful to the entire New Direction team. They made our dream of growing our family a reality. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that provides exceptional care, compassion, and expertise, we highly recommend New Direction. They truly changed our lives.

I am so glad I chose New Direction! Dr. Amols and his entire staff are kind, professional, and easy to work with. I especially appreciate their messaging system, which makes scheduling appointments and getting answers to questions so easy. I also highly recommend acupuncture! I had it before my transfer, and it made me feel very relaxed. On a day filled with so many emotions, it truly put me at ease. Yes, there is a wait for an appointment, but trust me—Dr. Amols is absolutely worth it. I am extremely grateful for my baby girl and for the care I received at New Direction!

Everyone at the clinic is wonderful and very kind. They respond quickly through the online system. Dr. Amols is truly the best, and NP Michelle and the others really are the best team. After several failed IVF transfers, I am extremely happy and grateful that I found them and came here.

We had an amazing experience with New Direction. When my husband and I decided it was time for IVF, we looked for the best affordable clinic and are glad we found this one. Dr. DeMan was wonderful. I know I am one of the lucky ones. We obtained only one healthy embryo from our first retrieval, but thankfully the transfer succeeded, and he is now in my arms. I know many people have had more difficult journeys, but I believe this facility is top-tier and has a high success rate for a reason. I liked that they offered on-site acupuncture on transfer day, as I think that helped too. I could always reach someone in the office when needed. Everyone was very kind and professional. I liked the app they use to communicate with patients because it made things easier, and the staff were very responsive. My husband and I also came from out of state. Wherever you live, this facility has a good process for finding labs and completing testing. They were always helpful and made this part of the experience seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone on a fertility journey.

Before moving to Arizona, we saw several doctors and had multiple rounds of IUI. After discussing our history, Dr. Amols told us we could try one more IUI before turning to IVF and that he believed his protocol would work. It did! We achieved a healthy pregnancy on the first attempt, and he and his staff were outstanding! We will always recommend them!

I first saw Dr. Amols in September for an HSG to check whether my fallopian tubes were open. Thanks to social media, I was terrified of the procedure. The moment Dr. Amols came in, he assured me everything would be fine and explained that many people are hurt because their doctors do not take their time. He reassured me and injected the dye slowly. I did not experience any of the extreme pain I expected! He was so reassuring and caring. I cried with relief, and he thought I was crying from pain and kept asking with concern whether I was all right. When I explained that I was crying from relief, he was very happy for me. He suggested calling him if I wanted to explore fertility treatment. My wife and I were doing at-home insemination and planned a consultation in January. We did become pregnant but lost the baby this week. We decided to proceed with the consultation, and I met with Dr. Amols yesterday. He was so kind to us and even remembered my appointment from 4 months earlier, although we had met only once. Our consultation was very detailed, and I never felt rushed. He took time to explain every process and answer every question I had. Most consultations involve constant pressure, but that was not our experience. We were not pushed into any decision. We had several options, and he told us to consider what was best for me and my partner. He is very LGBTQ-friendly, which made our decision much easier! Once we have the deposit, we will begin the process of having our rainbow baby. I am excited to work with Dr. Amols to help us have our rainbow baby.
