The Fertility Institute of Hawaii was founded by Dr. John Frattarelli, a world-renowned infertility and IVF specialist with more than 20 years of experience treating couples with infertility. Our aim is to achieve pregnancy and the birth of a healthy child through an approach that makes the best use of your emotional, financial, and physical resources. Treatment options may include ovulation-inducing medications to promote healthy egg development; minimally invasive surgery such as laparoscopy or hysteroscopy to correct anatomical abnormalities of the female pelvic organs; precisely timed intrauterine insemination (IUI) with washed sperm; or advanced care such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), donor-egg IVF, and gestational carrier cycles.
